SFX: Police sirens in the distance.
It's the same city streets in Act 1, Scene 1. The lights slowly rise over NAOMI, who is laying down still unconscious. Eventually, HER body stirs. SHE weakly sits up and looks around for anyone nearby. No one is there.
SFX: Police sirens go away.
SHE tries to stand up, but the wound in HER belly throbs with pain, and SHE falls back down.
NAOMI
God damn it. I'm still bleeding.
SHE takes a moment to breathe.
NAOMI
Jerry. Jerry, you there? [laughs] Of course not. You left me for dead. Asshole.
SFX: Sirens return in the distance.
SHE looks around again.
NAOMI
I hear the horns. Where's the fuzz?
SFX: Sirens go away.
NAOMI
Not here. Not looking for me. Lucky, I guess.
SHE tries to stand up again, forcing HERSELF through the pain further than before, but again SHE falls down. SHE laughs and cries at the same time.
NAOMI
Guess this is my spot. I'll just go back to sleep, and everything will be okay.
NAOMI lays on the ground.
NAOMI
Everything will be okay. Everything will be okay. Everything...
NAOMI passes out again.
The lights dim and all goes silent.

ACT II, SCENE IV
The lights rise. It's the scene where NAOMI first met COLOR. HE is sitting patiently beside NAOMI. Well, perhaps not so patiently.
Long beat.
COLOR lightly slaps NAOMI's head. SHE wakes up.
COLOR
Oh, look at that. Waking up already?
NAOMI
You hit me.
COLOR
Technically, I slapped you. And not very hard.
NAOMI sits up.
NAOMI
I'm back.
COLOR
Yes, you are. Hurray! I have to say, I'm surprised you made it through a second time.
NAOMI
Why?
COLOR
I've never seen anyone leave here and willingly come back. You're the first.
NAOMI
Okay.
NAOMI stands, and so does COLOR.
COLOR
Why did you come back?
NAOMI
I...don't know. [beat] I guess I wanted to.
COLOR
Know why you wanted to come back?
Beat.
NAOMI
It feels more truthful here. My whole life, everyone I know is a liar. Even me. It feels like I belong here. I've never had a real home, but this feels like a real home should feel like. No liars.
COLOR
It's my home. Would you like to move in?
NAOMI
I...I think I do. Yeah. I'd like that. What about the other guys?
COLOR
Bobby, General Deed, and Marry?
NAOMI
Yeah.
COLOR
You can visit them whenever you want. Do you want to now?
NAOMI
No. I wanna stay here. With you. Is that okay?
COLOR
You can do whatever you want. As always.
NAOMI
Thank you.
NAOMI sits back down, and so does COLOR.
NAOMI
Color?
COLOR
Yes?
NAOMI
Can you hold me? Just for a little bit.
COLOR
Sure.
COLOR moves in closer to NAOMI and puts HIS hand over HER shoulder.
NAOMI
Color?
COLOR
Yes?
NAOMI
Can I fall to sleep?
COLOR
You sure can.
NAOMI closes HER eyes.
NAOMI
Color?
COLOR
Yes?
NAOMI
Why is your name Color?
COLOR
Actually, I have no idea. I guess I never cared to ask anyone.
Beat.
COLOR
Naomi?
NAOMI
Yes?
COLOR
Will you be my friend?
Beat.
NAOMI
Yes.
The lights dim.
COLOR
