  Acknowledgements

Publishing a book takes a village, and I am lucky to have such wonderful and passionate people in my life that, without them, the new editions of the Black Dawn series wouldn’t have been a possibility.

First, to all my family. Thank you for your endless support and enthusiasm as I pursue my passion for writing; Mom, Nate, Dad this one is for you. Mom, Matt, and Jess a special thank you for reading all the initial versions of this series, I can’t put into words how much it means to me.

Thank you to my readers for cheering me on and following Emory’s story as I got the new editions out- your endless support means the world to me.

To Emerald and Rae, thank you for being THE BEST editors a girl could ask for. Your support and suggestions brought Queen to Ashes to the story it is now, and your enthusiasm for the world of Kiero literally is a dream come true.

To Jaime, thank you for only being an email away; you are an amazing publicist and confidant.

To Matt, you are my rock, and you pushed me to see the potential in myself when I refused to look. Especially this year; battling Lyme disease was my personal demon and you helped me get stronger each day. You are my best friend and an amazing husband. Writing sometimes takes an author into the over caffeinated, binge watching The Office non-stop, sleep deprived stage, and thanks for always taking me to Starbucks when the opportunity calls.

Lastly to Link, Leonard and Lola, thanks for being the best dachshunds in the world, and even though you can’t read this, thanks for all the snuggles as I go through the many stages of drafting a novel.
