Jane Yolen’s books and stories have won the Caldecott Medal, two Nebula Awards, two Christopher Medals, the World Fantasy Award, three Mythopoeic Fantasy Awards, the Golden Kite Award, the Jewish Book Award, the World Fantasy Association’s Lifetime Achievement Award, and the Science Fiction Poetry Grand Master Award, among many others. In 2017, she was honored with the Damon Knight Memorial Grand Master Award by SFWA, the Science Fiction Writers of America.
Yolen lives in Western Massachusetts and in St. Andrew, Scotland.
