The Fae Mage Page 17

by Whiskey Flowers

“My father will see to us both” Glen said looking over at Darla. “He would have killed you and the guards you brought with you. Martha and Tavin would be dead as well. Just look around you, my friends have arrows trained on your allies. I thought you should know that, just in case you were waiting for help.”

“We will see each other again” Protector Gregory said as he climbed to his feet.

“Probably not” Glen replied. “I am certain my father will turn down your five thousand gold and make an official complaint. If he is ignored there are always other kingdoms willing to house us, kingdoms that hate the Empire.”

  AUTHORS NOTE

Thank you reader for taking this journey with me. I know this book is a bit graphic in some areas but I am trying to branch out my writing style. I know a few of you are angry with me for the way I write, I read all of my reviews and I know some of you think my books read like and outline instead of a fully fleshed out book. I just can’t do it, at least not under my real name. I absolutely hate reading books that spend pages and pages on a single fight or describing what the scenery looks like. I always find myself skipping pages or even chapters to get the gist of it and I suspect many of my readers do the same. Maybe in the future I will look at this and come up with something different but for now my answer is no. On a lighter note, I am practically finished with the Knight Mage Part 2 and three other books. I really don’t mind if you buy the book or get it through kindle unlimited, I write for the pleasure and not for the money. If you would be so kind though and leave a review on Goodreads or Amazon I would appreciate it, I read my reviews in the UK, Canada, Australia, India, Mexico, Spain, Germany and every other place this book is published. It is the reason Max the Dragon Warrior 3 is 75% completed and why one of my books is getting ready for audible right now. If any of you want to get in touch with me feel free to hit me up at [email protected]. I don’t even mind handing out freebies, like the books I am working on.
