Trip throws his hands in the air and then walks out of the cubicle. The mother fucker definitely hit a nerve on the both of us when he mentioned that Britney wouldn’t be single forever.
She’s a beautiful woman. I don’t know if I can share her with my brother, though. That seems fucking cheap, doesn’t it?
If push came to a shove, would she choose me or him? And another thing, can I stand by and watch her be with him if she chooses him?
I don’t think I can do something like that. I don’t think I could stand by and watch a woman that I care about and obsess over be with my brother like that.

My back is sore from leaning over Mack Truck’s big ass fucking body all afternoon. I kid you not, there’s a reason why that’s his nickname and it has to do with the fact that he’s built like a semi-truck.
I love the man, but after our conversation, I don’t know what I want to think about Britney. I do know that I’m not going to allow him to move in and take her from me after I tasted her kiss.
“Here ya go, man,” he says to me and hands me over a stack of money.
Without even counting it, I slip it into my cut pocket. “You goin’ over to the clubhouse?” I ask him while I begin sanitizing my tools and equipment. There’s not a lot to do but it’s important to stay on top of it in case the health department comes. Plus, I don’t want my customers thinking that my place is dirty or some shit.
He shrugs and puts on his own shirt and his cut. “I don’t know, man. I might, uh, go over to Brit’s and say hi.”
Jealousy courses through my body like fucking poison and I fight the urge to punch him in the face. I try my best to pretend I’m cool and not burying his body in a shallow grave in my mind. “Yeah? Why you doin’ that?”
“Why you think?” He retorts.
I think you’re going over there because you’re jealous that she wants to fuck me and not you. I think you’re jealous that she wants me more than you and I can offer her more than you can.
“Well, uh, have fun?” I furrow my brow. All the equipment is put away along with all the cleaning that I need to get done.
Mack Truck turns to walk away but spins on his heels to look at me again. “Unless there’s a reason why you don’t want me goin’ over there?”
Yeah, I have a fuckin’ reason. I don’t want you hurting her and confusing her.
Shutting off the light in my cubicle, I walk past him to the main part of the parlor. “Fuck, this is going to get awkward, isn’t it?”
He nods his head, leaning on the partition between the cubicles. “It will, yeah. That’s why we need to be on the same page before we fuck shit up. In the end, you’re my brother and I’ll have your back.”
I get what he’s truly asking me but I don’t know if I should be truthful or not. Yeah, he’s my brother and I’d do anything for him. But does that include stepping aside so he can move in on Britney? He’s had two years to nut up and now it’s my turn.
“Fuck yeah, I have your back!” I say to him and do one of those men hugs.
He pounds his fist on my back and I do the same to him. “Let’s get outta here and get some dinner,” he suggests.
“Sounds good to me.”
Twenty minutes later, we’re pulling into Bubba’s, one of the restaurants that are in town with good food. It’s good food and cheap drinks.
A pretty hostess jumps to her feet when she sees us coming into the restaurant with a big smile on her fresh face. “Welcome to Bubba’s. I’m Chrissy. How may I help you?”
The waitress is leaning over the stand showing off her tits and curvy figure. She’s got this long red hair that’s not nearly as beautiful as Britney’s, but she’s a cute girl. Chrissy’s got a good body that would make her some good money at The Kitty.
“Hey there, pretty thing,” Mack Truck chirps in with his signature look on his face. He gets this hunter-like look on his face when he sees someone he’s liking. I’ve definitely watched many girls fall for that damn look and I don’t get it. He looks like a fucking serial killer or something.
I smile at Chrissy to showcase the dimple in my left cheek and wink at her. “Damn, where have they been hiding you?” I flirt with her.
Her face is as red as her hair and she’s getting excited. I can tell that she’s trying to keep it professional but I’m having fun- so is my brother.
We both lean over the hostess’ stand to touch Chrissy’s hands a little to get her more excited. She’s putty in our hands.
“Hands off my hostess, Lucifers!” A man yells at us with venom in his voice.
We both back up with one last wink at Chrissy. “We’ll see you later, doll face,” I promise her. “Two, please.”
Chrissy’s ass is shaking while she seats us in a section close to the hostess stand. I chuckle a little to myself at her flustered actions. Once everything is seated on the table, Mack Truck and I spread out in our chairs.
That was until we heard the laughter of a woman that has been the topic of the day.
“Did you hear that?” I question my bro.
The growl in the back of his throat answered my question more than his verbal answer. “What the fuck is Brit doin’ here with that douche?”
My eyes follow her laugh until I see Britney eating dinner with some suit wearing guy. So this is what she needed to do when she ran out on her job today? Go on a date with this dumbass who looks like a twig?
“What the fuck?” Mack Truck murmurs in sentiment to how I’m feeling. “I’m gonna go over there and kick that guy’s fuckin’ ass for touchin’ our woman!”
My mind snaps from the reality of me wanting to do the same exact thing. “Nah, man. You know we can’t do that. The fuckin’ bastard has no clue who he’s up against.”
That is the exact moment that I knew it was time to have some fun with Britney and her date.
BRITNEY
Do I even own a dress? Damn it. I can’t remember the last time that I wore a dress that wasn’t actually a tank top or a shirt before I turned it into a dress. Probably… Yeah, I got nothing.
I’m not the least bit surprised when my cell goes off as I rifle through my closet to see if there’s something cute in the way back. Rolling my eyes, I walk over to my phone that’s sitting on my bed. I consider sending it to voicemail but I know that wouldn’t solve anything. It will just make David even more pissed off.
“Hello?” I answer, faking being calm. I’m anything but calm but dealing with the bull shit that he’s about to spew, I’m trying to fake it.
“Care to tell me why our son was called to the principal’s office and my son’s mother didn’t think it was important to call me?” David’s voice sounds as if he’s been smoking a shit ton of cigarettes. The force has not been good to him- in fact, it’s aged him in more ways than one.
I was fresh out of high school when I met David. He was exciting, a rebel. No one could touch him especially because his father was the mayor at the time. I clung to the idea of him being the man I wanted, but he dumped me after we had sex. Actually, he dumped me after he stole my virginity. When I told him I was pregnant, he accused me of sleeping around and getting knocked up by all of these different men.
Needless to say, we don’t get along very well.
“Well, maybe if you would pay more attention to your son, these things wouldn’t be happening,” I retort boldly.
He takes a deep breath in before spewing some more of hatred at me. “Maybe if my son’s mother wasn’t such a biker whore, he wouldn’t be getting in fights at school. Did it ever occur to you that you being such a slut is hurting my career and our son’s life?”
“What the fuck are you talking about, David?” I spit. How dare he talk to me like this! “I’m not going to sit here and listen to this bull shit.”
“Oh, so now that you hang out with biker trash, you’re going to start talking like them? Don’t forget how easy it would be for me to get custody of Aidan. You think the judge would deny me the right
to have my son over his whore mother?”
That was the nail in the coffin. The minute he brings up taking Aidan from me, I go off every time. This isn’t a new threat, but it still hurts when he says it. He’s right, the judge would totally give him custody over me.
Taking a deep breath to calm my nerves, I try to reason with him. There has to be some way that he can understand that my son is my life and if he’s taken from me… shit. I can’t even think about that.
“David-” I begin but he cuts me off.
“Don’t worry, Britney. I’ll just see you in court.” Before I could respond, he’s hung up on me.
This is something that I have become used to. David threatening to take custody from me because he has a better job than me and more money. The issue? I’m scared shitless that if he presses this, I’m going to lose custody and he’s going to ruin our son.
I rub my hand over my face carefully to not smudge my makeup. I need to figure out what was said to Aidan in order to get him so pissed off like this. He’s never been a violent person but he’s fiercely protective of me. It’s sweet that he’s so protective, but I don’t want that to interfere with his schooling.
“Aidan!” I call to him to get him in here so I can talk to him about what the principal had said.
I’m met with the television being turned up. Are you kidding me? He’s blatantly ignoring me!
“Aidan Michael Lewis!” I demand while standing in the middle of my room with my bathrobe wrapped tight around me.
“What!” He screams at me from the living room.
Since our apartment isn’t too big, it doesn’t take much for our voices to be heard. He’s just being defiant because he doesn’t want to talk about what the kids in school are saying about me.
I could only imagine what they’re saying about me. Probably taunting him that I’m a biker whore or something. I know that the other parents in the school know about me or at least what they think they know.
“Get in here,” I order with my mom voice.
The stomping of his feet is the only proof I need that I’ve successfully made him mad and now he’s going to be a brat towards me. “Drop the attitude, sir!”
He huffs out a breath before pounding his feet against the floor until he’s in my room. “What?”
Ten, nine, eight, seven, six, five, four, three, two, one…
Yep, counting backwards from ten didn’t help me calm myself down before he gets in here. Aidan’s flung his little body over my bed with his shoes dangling over the side. “What did I say about the attitude?”
“Mom, Transformers is on right now,” he informs me as if this is going to change my plan on discussing with him what happened.
I smirk and place my fists on my hips. “Aidan, what happened in school today?” I ask him gently.
He mumbles something under his breath that sounds similar to you were there, you should know.
“What was that?”
“Emily and Sam and Katie and Joey, all say that you’re some biker skank and that’s why dad don’t like us.”
My heart thunders in my chest. “Why would they say that?” I hedge. Who are their parents? I don’t remember seeing any of them at The Lucifer’s Lair clubhouse or anything.
He takes a deep breath and rolls over to his side. “It’s true, ain’t it?”
I fight the urge to lunge at my son to protect him from the evil of the world. Sometimes I wish I could, but that wouldn’t be helping him. Unfortunately, he needs to know that the world is an asshole. “No, it’s not,” I try to reason with him.
“They said you boink all these nasty bikers and you like it. They even said you don’t know who my dad is.”
That is when I had enough of listening to what those little bastards are saying about me. “You don’t listen to what those kids say to you. You got me?” I beg him and walk over to where he’s laying down. “Their parents don’t know shit.”
Hearing what these little jerks are saying about me to my son has me on edge. More so than David’s bull shit. Is that what everyone thinks of me? Why would the parents tell their kids this shit? I don’t understand these parents and how they will tell their kids this crap.
He chuckles. “Oooo, you need to put a dollar in the swear jar!”
Trying hard to not let Aidan know that it bothers me what these parents are saying to their kids and then in turn, their kids ragging on my son, I try to joke my way out of this conversation. I giggle. “Do you take credit cards?” I ask him jokingly.
“Yeah, I take them!” He cheers while getting out of my bed. “Step into my office.”
“Before you take all my money,” I begin. “we need to discuss what happened. Those people are mean. They don’t know what they are talking about.”
I brush my fingers through his hair as carefully as I can. He doesn’t like being touched too much and the slightest touch can freak him out. As a mother, one of the worst feelings in the world is that I can’t comfort my child when he’s upset. One of the last things that I want to do is set him off.
“Mooo-om!” He wiggles his little body away from me so I don’t mess with his hair too much. “I know… But, it’s hard. You always told me to stand up for the people I love. I did it and now I’m in trouble!”
Feeling like a piece of shit, I take a deep breath. “You’re right. It is very important and I’m sorry about this. You’re not in trouble here but make sure you don’t solve your problems with your fists. Use your words.”
He chuckles lightly but leaves the room to demonstrate that he’s done with the conversation. “Aidan! You’re going to hang out with Kate and Briana tonight. All right?”
Kate is one of the other flies at the clubhouse. She and her daughter, Briana, are two of our closest friends which makes it easier for me to go out. Kate knows how to treat and act around Aidan to let him know that he’s safe with her, which is extremely important to me.
Aidan doesn’t respond but I knew he wouldn’t. I think he secretly has a crush on Briana who is just a year older than him. It’s cute to see them holding hands and whispering to each other.
By the time I’ve put on the finishing touches to my makeup and smoothed out my dress, there’s a knock on the door. Running through the small apartment, I check the peephole and throw open the door.
Kate and Briana are standing in front of the door looking fashionable in their matching outfits. Both of them have white blonde hair, big blue eyes and an amazing fashion sense. Today they are wearing camouflage pants with a black tank top on and a green belt cinched around their waists.
“Damn! Girlfriend, you are looking hot!” Kate praises me making me blush.
I wave her off to go back towards the living room. “I ordered pizzas, bread and a brownie for dessert. It should be here soon. It’s already paid for! Thank you for watching him.”
My heart hurts a little at the thought of going on a date with a man even though I was just thinking about Mack Truck and Flip. Our bodies sweaty, me in the middle… Them doing whatever they wanted to me.
Shit.
I need to get out of here.
There’s not a lot of choices in this town to get something to eat that’s not a fast food restaurant. I didn’t want to go to a restaurant that the club owned, so I suggested that we go to Bubba’s.
What I didn’t discuss with Kate, is the fact that I’m thinking of stepping away from the club. Sure, they’ve helped me in raising Aidan after my father passed away, but I don’t need my son being bullied because of who is mom is hanging out with. Also, it’s really hard to be around both Flip and Mack Truck.
Especially when they are hooking up with bitches right in front of me. It fucking tears me up a little more each time that they can give themselves so freely to other women but won’t even give me a chance.
That’s another thing. I don’t know how much more I can take with them doing this to me. Mack Truck knows how much I like him. I mean, if he doesn’t, he’s stupid. Why would he constan
tly try to push me away and then give me enough attention to make me want to stay?
Maybe he’s a sadist. That’s the only thing I can think of. Only a sadist would constantly hurt the one that loves you.
While walking into the restaurant, I consider my options here. Neal Cummings is a respectable guy with a respectable career. He’s the type of guy that would be good to me and my son. The only problem? I’m still so hung up on Flip and Mack Truck.
Neal is waiting for me with a bouquet of pink roses and a smile on his face. My heart does a flip making me realize what a bitch I am. I agreed to go out on a date with a respectable man with a good job but yet I still am thinking of the bikers.
With as much of a smile that I can muster, I walk up to him and kiss his cheek. “Hi,” I murmur while taking the flowers in my hands.
There has to be at least two dozen roses in this bouquet!
“Hello, beautiful. Thanks for agreeing to go to dinner with me.”
Nothing. Not one little flutter from a belly bat.
The hostess, who’s a big fucking whore, looks Neal up and down before snickering at me. Yeah, I have always hated this bitch. She’s one of those girls that tries to fit in with Lucifer’s Lair MC but they don’t want her loose pussy.
Jesus! I’m trying to be a class act here and be with a respectable guy and I’m still talking like a fly. Women who date respectable guys don’t say things like “loose pussy.” Even if it’s true.
Which it is. Stupid whore.
Okay, last time, I promise!
“How many today?” She asks with a fake smile on her face that isn’t fooling anyone.
“Two, please,” Neal answers.
He places his hand on my lower back to lead me towards our table. There’s not a lot of people in here which makes it nice. I don’t like eating in front of a lot of people.
It’s strange but it’s hard to get rid of the old habits that I had instilled in my mind so long ago.
“Here we are. George will be your server,” the slutty hostess says while dropping my menu but gently placing Neal’s down.
Fucking skank!
What’s the matter? Never seen a hypocrite before?
