Two weeks after the first of June, the sheriff had stopped by the clan to inform them a human male had finally been captured by a grizzly clan outside of Salt Lake City, Utah. He had been identified as the hacker who’d started the war against the shifters. The sheriff didn’t have much information other than the threat had been taken out and the message boards had been removed. Gunnar was grateful it’d been stopped before anyone else had been killed. All the shifters ever wanted to do was live in peace.
Gunnar was thankful for the friendships they’d built with the panthers, and he was more than excited for what that meant for his clan. They’d come together because of Anna Claire, and as horrific as their first encounter had been, Gunnar was glad he had been there the day she was freed from her father and his reign. He’d taken it upon himself to heal the female, promising to love her until they found themselves in the afterlife…and then he’d love her for the rest of eternity.
