On the San Francisco Bay, aboard the illustrious Allura, where the elite of Hollywood have gathered to celebrate the successful launch of a new film as well as conduct some business over a few mixed drinks, reports of a murder that closely resembles those of a notorious serial killer bring SFPD’s Inspector Horace out to investigate.
