Her father ran the streets and was well respected. To the outside world Duchess and her mother was living the American Dream but in reality life was everything but perfect. After his nurmerous encounters with other womens Emily decided to stick by Pookie side and be the perfect wife he and the streets always wanted, but after fining out that Pookie cheated again, might have another baby on the way, could possibly have AIDS, and was gay Emily dedcided that enough was enough. Afraid to lose his family Pookie killed Emily and turnedthe gun on Duchess. To everyone shock Duchess survived the two gun wounds and woke up after six and a half months in a coma. Having only her Big Mommy left to depend on Duchess cling to her, but was devasted to find her Big Mommy body cut up and delievered to their home. Convince that it was her father letting her known he was coming back for her Ducthess decided to take the streets of Los Angeles on head first. With the help of her boss and potential lover Bally Dutchess feels that she could finally get revenge on her father. This is only the beginning of the craziness Duchess has allowed in her life.
