This is a short story of a 5 year old boy, while on a passenger liner, finds himself in the middle of an adult war. This leads to an extraordinary encounter with an alien species.Larco and Poo Poo have called a meeting of Snub Nubbins, and some attend. They soon realise there is a Wizard in their midst, the Wizard has great knowledge, and speaks of teaching and schools. Larco becomes a member of the new grand council.
