All the while, the Raptors continue to hunt Phantoms and the Phantoms continue decreasing the human numbers. Who will have complete control over the city of Alexandria? The city is rKurma, an ambitious seventeen year old, is now the leader of all Raptors: territorial, winged creatures that feed on Phantoms. Santino, her ex-boyfriend and mortal enemy, still leads the carnivorous Phantoms against the humans of the city in Alexandria.
