The Blue Note

It was Memphis, Tennesee, summer 1952, a beautiful jazz singer by the name of Michele Dubois disappeared without a trace from a night club called "The Blue Note." Former private investigator from Los Angeles, Dirk Bogart had fallen in love with her and vowed to find her.After a trip to New Orleans, he finds out what Michele really was and had to hurry back to save the mayor's life.Dirk Bogart, an ex-private dick from Los Angeles, is in Memphis Tennessee, hiding out from a mob hit man by the name of Vinnie "The Pick" Demucci. He had testtified against the mob hit man after witnessing a murder. He is working as a doorman and bouncer at an after hours joint named the "Blue Note" when he falls in love with the beautiful new singer, Michele Dubois. When Michele suddenly disappears, Dirk reverts back to his old private investigator ways and vows to find her, something the Memphis PD has been unable to do. He enlists the help of the piano player at the club in attempt to find his lost lover. The trail leads them into the scary world of Voodoo and the criminal world of a Memphis crime boss. The trail eventually leads the duo to New Orleans where they find out a dark secret about the beautiful missing singer and a plot to kill the mayor. They have to hurry back to Memphis to save the Mayor's life from an unexpected monster.
