Georgie Kaye is loving her life.  Her pet portrait business is growing, and she just won a day pass for a behind the scenes visit to a movie that is being shot locally.  Plus, her sister Aleta will owe her forever since the movie is starring their favorite actor, Dustin Stetson. Once on set, the feisty sexagenarian twins are caught up in the excitement of watching a movie being made.  Even when the action on set drags a little, the food tables loaded down with delectable sweets keep Georgie and Aleta occupied.  Their day comes to an unexpected conclusion however, when the producer of the movie collapses and dies, apparently of a heart-attack.Georgie thinks there is something funny going on so combines her knowledge of obscure medical conditions with some fancy footwork to get herself and Aleta invited back for another day on the movie set.  This time, Dustin Stetson takes a special interest in Aleta (and her fascinating feet), giving Georgie time to follow her hunches about why a rich movie producer ate a healthy meal and then keeled over dead. Georgie’s ex-husband Stan isn’t convinced there was anything unusual about the producer’s death, but once Georgie puts the clues together he’s there to arrest the suspect just the way they do in the movies.
