Crimson Vampire Night

“Now give the kid his prize!” Weldon said. Deacon was carrying a massive Scooby Doo doll in his hands through the park. The two came across Yogi the Bear dancing around the park. The two of them got a picture with him. While Weldon was getting the some cotton candy, Deacon was sitting in the dining area with ovme other people. He was looking at the parks’ glowing lights. But then he noticed someone was next to him. He knew it wasn’t Weldon because it didn’t smell like him. Deacon turned around and saw a disturbing yet familiar sight. There stood that man he saw from the news. The creepy guy in the white suit but he was now standing just a few feet from Deacon. He was even more disturbing up close. Deacon stood up and had a edefenceive stand.
“Very lovely night! Don’t you agree sir!” The man said. “Yes! I guess so!” Deacon could just look and tell he wasn't’ a vampire or a werewolf, but there was something about him that didn’t feel right. He looked human but yet Deacon knew something else was off.
“Sorry! Where are my manners! I’m Ellis Wellington. I’m a local real estate owner and land and business developer around these parts.” He said with a bow.
“Oh! Please to meet you!” “I only wish to greet you and say thank you for coming to this lovely park. Especially youth such as yourself.” Then Weldon came walking up to Deacon. He took one look at the guy and grew suspicious. He stood next to Deacon like he was protecting him.
“Is everything ok Deacon?” Weldon said. The werewolf was staring daggers at the man. “Yues! I was merely saying hello!” Ellis said. “You have a lovely evening!” The man walked off into the park with the two boys making sure he was gone.
“Bet that guy's a serial killer! You ok Deac?” Weldon asked him. “Yeah! It’s nothing! It’s just I saw that same guy on the news where the police were investigating those grave diggings. I don't’ know! He just gives me the creeps!”
“Me too! No worries! If he comes back, I’ll just bite his head off!” Weldon said. The two laughed. The boys walked off with their cotton candy and left it behind them. Then the two got on the ferris wheel. They took it very chill and just talked for most of the time.
“So who is that guy with the super ong spear and amor last night. He sounds like a fun guy to have a conversation with.” Weldon asked Deacon.
“Oh Uthyxeth! He’s not much for talking I’ll tell you that. Well, he’s what you call a dhampir, half vampire, half human! He was the son of the brother of my great grandfather several hundred years old.” Deacon told Weldon.
“Dhampir huh? I thought they were just a legend?” “There really aren’t that many given they’re rare. Most die during birth. But the main reason was that most vampires don’t like them and would have them destroyed which is bullshit! Lucky my dad was able to get rid of that rule over two hundred years ago with the new law he put in place for them. But now days you don’t see them much because they live normal lives like humans. They can be ageless too like vampires if they drink human blood. If they don’t then they age like normal humans. They can go outside in the daylight, they can eat read food, they can just be regular people.” Deacon said. “Sometimes I wish I was like them. You know! They don’t always have to hide in the night. Plus, they get so see the sun. I wish I could.” Deacon said. Weldon helen Deacon close to him.
“Sun is overrated. Who needs it! The night is much better!” Weldon said. Deacon laid his head on Weldon’s shoulders. “You know, I haven't heard much about you and your life. Tell me more about the Crimson hounds and yourself.” Deacon said.
“Well what do you want to know?”
“Tell me about how you grew up?”
“Well, I grew up at his hick town high school full of douche bag pricks that I beat the crap out of growing up. I was a bit of a troublemaker at the school. But I was pretty good at sports, specially football and baseball. You should see me hit a baseball.” Weldon said. “What school did you go to Deacon!”
“I went to this stupid ivy league school for vampire children of noble families. I thought it was dumb. I wasn't into football but I was damn good at lacrosse!” Deacon said. “ Now that you told me about you were into football, do you still have your football uniform and stuff.”
“Why? You want to see me in them?” Weldon asked him. “Maybe? I always wanted to date a football player.” Deacon said with a smile.
“Is that so!”
“So you’re the next in line to be the alpha right?” Deacon asked Weldon.
“Yeah!” Weldon replied.
“You don’t seem that excited about it?” “I don’t know! It’s just all the pressure of being a leather and commanding a whole pack. I just want to live like I want to but my dad looks up to me to do the right thing. I don't’ want to let him down.”
“Does he know you’re gay?” Deacon asked Weldon. “Yeah! Tell you the truth, he was perfectly ok with. He just said to give you some grandchildren at least! But the whole thing about being the pack lester and the alpha of the Crimson Hounds just scares the hell out of me! I Don't’ know what do to!” Weldon said. Deacon pu his arm around Weldon’s shoulder and held his hand.
“Maybe you just need someone there to help you.help you. Just be with you during the hard times!” Deacon said. Weldon looked at the vampire with a tearful eyes. That moment time just stopped for them. Deacon and Weldon drew close, then they kissed. They both locked lips and hold one another like there wasn’t a tomorrow. Weldon rubbed his hands through Deacon's red hair while he moved his hands down Weldon’s back. The two were kissing for what seem to be an eternity, They both felt safe in each other’s arms there at the top of the ferris wheel. While they kissed, Weldon entered his tongue into Deacon's mouth but the vampire didn’t mnd. Deacon's rubbed Weldon’s neck and felt every muscle he could fin. Weldon moved his hands down Deacon’s chest, feeling his pecs and abs that were so defined and incredible.
“I love you Deac!” Weldon said. “I love you too Weldon!” Both had said those words and there was no turning back for them. They knew their feeling for one another and they loved each other. They started to kiss again on the ferris wheel.
But then they felt that the ride stopped. It wasn’t going anymore but just stopped at the top with two boys stuck up there. The boys looked around but found no one at the controls.
“That’s weird!” Deacon said. Weldon look around the streets of the park. They are empty. Those two were only living souls around there.
“Even weirder!” Weldon said. “Come on! Let’s just climb down!” The two just leapt down from the ride. Just like they though, the area around them was dead empty. The two searched around the other shops and stand nearby, no one was there.
“The park isn't even close yet! You’d think you’d find at least the workers around the rides.” Deacon said. “Yeah! Something isn't right” Weldon said. The two went wandering around the park. It was a ghost town in there. But there wasn’t any signs of death or violence. But the two of them found something odd. They found these strange creepy child dolls just handing up in the trees and light polls. The dolls were all broken and had cracked person faces. Some of them had missing arms and legs. The two found it disturbing.
“Where did these come from?” Deacon asked Weldon. “Hell if I know! They only have stuff out like this during Halloween!” Weldon said.
“To be fair, our lives is Halloween everyday.” Deacon said.
“You got that right!” The two kept walking, not noticing that two of the dolls tht were hanging there were looking at them. The two kpt walking til them found this one ride that caught their eye. It was this haunted house ride called The Dollhouse!
The ride was strange and looked like a lot of work was but into it. It looked like a real haunted house form all those Halloween kids books. The two boys looked at each other.
"Maybe their getting it ready for Halloween?" "Just 5 months from now?" Deacon said.
"Maybe they want to plan ahead you know. But I'm not buying it. This is a trap!" WEldon said. "Damn right it is! So what do you wan
t to do?" Deacon said. The to knew something was up. They were being staked and whoever it was meant business.
"Spring the trap! Let's see what asshole is coming after us." Weldon replied.
"Yeah! I could use a good fight!" "Met too!" Weldon said. Then the two of them heard something from around them. It sounded like muffled voices. It was coming from the trees and light poles where the creepy dolls were hanging.
"You hear that?" Deacon said. "Loud and clear!" Weldon said. The werewolf leaped up up the tree and climbed up bay the dolls. Weldon looked around then moved the doll out of the way. The thing dropped to the ground. Deacon saw it's emotionless face laying and the black top.
"Careful Weldon!" Deacon said. "Yeah! The one thing I can't stand more than clowns is dolls." Weldon siad. Then Weldon found one of the six flags workers handing right behind the doll but he was still alive and conscious. He was beaten up and all bruised. He had his hands and legs tied up with thick old yawn and doll wires while his mouth was gagged with a piece of dress fabric.
"Don't worry! You're going to be ok! Just relax!" The man nodded to him. Weldon released the gag form the guy's mouth. The man looked terrified as hell.
"You have to get out of here! We have to get out of here! We're surrounded!"
"Surrounded?" Weldon replied. "Keep your voice down please. They're hear you! They're everywhere!" The man said. Weldon didn't have to ask who he was talking about because he had a good idea. Deacon equipped his sword and stared down the doll. Suddenly, every doll in the park stitched then they turned their head towards the boys direction. They the dolls started to giggle in this nightmarish child laughter. Then the doll laying on the ground released this massive rusted blade weapon from it's right arm then turned its head at Deacon. Then the doll rushed up and slashed forwarded across at Deacon but the young vampire leaped backwards out of the way with lighting speed. Deacon landed on his feet with his sword ready for combat. The dool stood up on both feet and tilt its head. Then Weldon leapd down on top of the creepy doll, smahding it's top half of ti's body with his two feet.
"You ok Deac?" Weldon asked Deacon. Then another doll fell right behind the vampire. But right as it was about to strike with it's large kitchen knife, The vampire warrior head but the monster from behind, cracking up it's face and causing it to fell backwards. Then Deacon smashed it's head in with his right foot. He turned its face into splinters. But then the two saw it was also bleeding blood plus it had red organs combined with stuffing and hair.
"Never better!" Deacon said. "Well it's safe to say who ever was involved with those freaks from last night is responsible too."
"Oh good! Now I can pay them back!" Weldon said. Then more dolls fell from the trees and light poles. They all carried different weapons like rapiers, sickles, and crossbows too. The boys could hear the childish giggles along with the wood cracking of their joints and body parts. There came a linge of stumbling, creepy human sized dolls. Weldon started to up dress and take off all his clothes.
"Usually when a guy does this on a date, it's for something else." Weldon jokes.
"Maybe next time!" Deacon said. "Definitely!" Weldon said. Then the werewolf transformation into his massive beast form. "You bastards keep missing up my DATE!" The werewolf rushed at them with his clawed fist flying dorward. He hit three of them, breaking open their bodies and shattered them to pieces. parts of them went all over. Weldon grabbed one of them and smashed it's face into the black top. While it's clay face went all over, Deacon slashed one in two then smashed it's arms and head with a sweep kick. Deacon picked up it's sickle and threw it at another's face., the doll stumbled backwards into a game stand with the sickle deep in its forehead.
Then one of the dolls leaped up into the sky at at Weldon but the beast just backhanded the monster at one of the rides. The roller coaster ran over it, cutting it to pieces. Deacon saw a massive line of them heading towards him. He thought this was a time to do his ne move. It was one he had practiced with Uthyxeth. Deacon placed his left foot forward and his right foot on a railing. He raided his claymore back and waited for them to get close. Then he leaped off the railing and stabbed his sword forward. Deacon stabbed right through the crowd of murderous dolls in a flash. In a flink of an eye, Deacon was several yards across the black top and on the other some of the horde. Then the dolls feel to pieces. Deacon brushed off the wood pieces. He killed or destroyed at least 18 of them in one move. Weldon ripped up a bench which he used as a weapon. While more dolls came stumbling after the werewolf, but he just smashed them with the bench. Then he wacked four of them into several shops. Then a large horde of them started to gather on some of the stands and aimed their crossbows at the two. The dolls fired at them with a volley of crossbow bolts flying at Weldon. But Deacon rushed in front of the werewolf and struck away the bots from away from Weldon. They were no match for Deacon's fast speed.
Deacon grabbed two crossbows from the destroyed ones and fired at the others. deacon shot three of them down while Weldon threw a ice cream cart at the rest. Deacon leaped up on the game stand and struck down the last one with a downward slash. Weldon pulled the last one on the ground with both claws. The werewolf roared in victory. Deacon kicked one of their heads across the black top.
"Someone's grandma is going to be pissed when she finds out what happened to her doll collection. What a mess!" Deacon said.
"Just wait! This mess is just getting started." Weldon said to Deacon. The they remember the guy that was still tied up. Weldon went up and released him from his binds.
"Thanks! But you have to get the rest of them down." The guy said. "Rest of them?" Deacon said. The guy pointed up in the trees. The two saw there were others tied up there. There were workers, cooks, security officers, and other guest in the park. They were also tied up and still alive but a bit terrified.
"Don't worry! We're going to get you down!" Weldon said. He and Deacon released them from their binds and got them down. They were rattled byu thankful it was over for them. But there was a chance there were still dolls in the park. Weldon And Deacon gave the workers some of the dolls weapons.
"Get everyone out of here! We'll deal with the rest!" Deacon said. "Sure thing. Good luck you two, whatever you two is!" The guy said nervously. Weldon was still in his werewolf form. But it seems everyone was just glad the dolls were gone.
"Man! You're parents are going to have a fun time trying to cover all this up. I can see the Tabloids now with the stories!" Weldon said.
"I’ll have to worry about this later. But I guess he'll be more happy there wasn't a massive body count. Things are getting worse!" Deacon said. then the two looked towards the house ride. It certainly looked like a place full of dead looking creepy dolls.
"Let's take a look inside!" WEldon said. "The two walked inside through the double doors. they found this creepy main hall with cobwebs and fake creepy paintings. It was clearly a set. But the two saw the dolls hanging from the ceiling and they were sure they were real. The two dolls fell down and started coming after them. Then Weldon smashed the lone closet to him to wooden pieces while Deacon ripped it in half. The two kept searching the place for clues.
"Can't be a conquencedence that they are in here. This must be the right place." Deacon said. Then Weldon saw something on the walls. He walked up to this symbol painted on the wall paper. The two remembered this same symbol. It was in the church from last night. There were other symbols like it. They looked around the house. Most of it was just props for the ride. But then Weldon bumped into a part of the wall that was hollow. He beat the wall to check. Then he smashed down the wall, revealing a large old tunnel. Deacon went over with Weldon, looking down into the opening. It was so dark, there was no telling what or where it lead. The two did see that there were footprints going down tunnel suggesting someone had been there lately.
"Secret passage in a haunted house ride! I bet 1000 bucks that culist use this same tunnel to get around here and there. Figures!" Weldon said.
"I'm sure we'l
l find a few down here too or something else!" Deacon said. The two slowly stepped through, keeping an eye on the back and front. The two continued down the tunnel which seems to go on for half a mile. Then they reached this large door. It was bolted shut with 10 massive locks but the two with super strength just kicked the door down with ease. They entered this large chamber made of old greenish stone. There was a large symbol of a upside down Y letter with to circles on each side. There were lockers and weapon hollisters all over. They held different weapons and guns. Deacon found this neat sawed-off double barrel shotgun hanging up with a bunch of others. He took it and put it on his back. He also got a ton of ammo in his pockets.
"Can't hurt!" Deacon said. He still had the crossbow on his back too. "You know my dad still doesn't like guns!" "Mine too! Mostly because he's been shot by most of them." Weldon said.
"I guess the Nightworth and Crimson Hounds aren't so different you know!" Deacon commented. "Yeah! I guess so!" Weldon replied. Then another doll came bursting through the window with a old rusted hatchet. Deacon pulled out his double barrel shotgun and blasted it's head off. The force knocked back the doll too. The use and feel of the shotgun was nice to Deacon.
"Now I see why Bruce Campbell likes it!" Then more of the dolls came bursting in through the metal double doors on the other end of the room under the symbol. With them were some devourers but this time they were dressed in combat armor and wielding large axes and blades. One of the dolls crawled up the walls and on the ceiling but Deacon blasted it off and to the ground in pieces with the shotgun. Weldon crushed a devourer and a doll with his fist.
The werewolf wacked three of them into the wall while deacon stabbed his claymore through the last doll. Both asw this long hall through the metal doors. It was like they were being invited in. They slowly walked through the hall, noticing the paintings on the walls as they passed through. One was a small fishing town on the coast. Under it had the name Innsmouth. There was another of a old town with a cover bridge with the name under called Dunwich.
