“Oh, I will,” Colt promised. “Come on up to the house. The tale will go better with a glass of Kensington’s Wild Colt in your hand.”

Even the group of jaded media representatives hung on his every word at the reception later as Colt told his and Mal’s love story, culminating with the kidnapping.

“Mal was really very heroic,” Colt told them. “I have it from excellent sources there wasn’t anything he wasn’t willing to do to save me from the kidnappers.”

“I’d move heaven and earth for you.” The kiss Mal laid on Colt’s cheek caused a round of camera flashes. Colt and Mal were persuaded to pose for more photographs together.

“So all these photos will go with the announcement of our marriage and the new line of moonshine?” Mal asked the group.

“Romance, heroism, and a good drink. There’s no better tale,” the first reporter said, then held up her glass to toast them.

COLT settled against Mal and rested his head on Mal’s shoulder, sighing contentedly. “I’m glad the trial is finally over and done. Sully and Theo won’t be hurting anyone else for a long, long time.” He and Mal were in the SUV, headed for the airport on the way to their honeymoon at last. It had been a tough couple of months. The wheels of justice moved fast for no man. The trial was long and emotionally exhausting, but in the end, Colt appreciated the sense of closure. And not only Mal but everyone from Kensington’s, including Jeffery, had supported and encouraged Colt through the whole ordeal. This chance to finally get away and spend quality time with Mal was exactly what he needed.

“You’ve come a long way from the homeless kid from Toledo who struggled to survive,” Mal said softly.

“I’ll give you a little credit for that,” Colt teased.

Mal laughed. “Gee, thanks.” He squeezed Colt and added, “Your moonshine has outsold most of our other products since we released it six months ago. That’s some sort of record and all because you worked so hard creating and promoting it. Seriously, you amaze me.”

“Feeling is mutual.” Colt watched the scenery roll by and counted his blessings yet again. He had a wonderful husband and a great job in a place he loved. And now a romantic adventure awaited them in Belize.

Colt couldn’t think of a better way to begin the rest of their lives together.

Mystery, action, chills, and thrills, spiced with romance and desire. ELIZABETH NOBLE started telling stories before she actually knew how to write, and her family was very happy when she learned to put words on a page. Those words turned into books and fan fiction that turned into a genuine love of M/M fiction. Being able to share her stories is a dream come true. She has a real love for a good mystery, complete with murder and twisty plots, as well as all things sci-fi, futuristic, and supernatural.

Elizabeth has three grown children and is now happily owned by an adorable mixed-breed canine princess, a spunky Welsh Corgi, and their sidekick, a tabby cat. She lives in her native northeast Ohio, the perfect place for gardening and winter and summer sports (go Tribe and Cavs!). When she’s not writing, she’s working as a veterinary nurse, so don’t be surprised to see her men with a pet or three who are a very big part of their lives.

Elizabeth has received a number of amateur writing awards. Since being published, several of her novels have received Honorable Mentions in the Rainbow Awards. Jewel Cave was a runner-up in the Gay Mystery/Thriller category in the 2015 Rainbow Awards. Ringed Love was a winner in the Gay Fantasy Romance category of the 2016 Rainbow Awards.
