I still haven’t found many references for that school of philosophy - ‘naturalism’ is as close as I’ve found. Since my buddy dropped off the face of the planet, I haven’t been able to ask him. If you find a clue, send me a note.
Previously, I have tipped my hat to the many sci-fi and fantasy authors I’ve read over the last 20 years, and last time I listed the books I read during the writing process. I honestly haven’t read as many this time, but I did make some forward progress on my backlog. These are some of the authors I particularly like: Shawn Keys, Logan Jacobs, M. Tefler, Eden Redd, Eric Vall, Michael-Scott Earle, Rodzil Labraun, P.S. Power, Laurence Dahner, Daniel Schinhofen, Randi Darren / William D. Arand, William E. Brown, Marilyn Foxworthy, Cebelius, Maxx Whittaker, and Daniel Pierce. There are so many good authors to read. It makes me extra grateful that you are reading my work.
My new web site will soon have links to some of my favorite books, so you can enjoy them too. I’m also planning to move my blog there from blogspot. In the immortal words of Darcie Conroy, “Work, work, work!”
I have a Facebook page and a Patreon site, which kinda follows the example of M. Tefler. As I said, my Patreon story, ‘Master of the Road,’ was planned to be a straight erotic story, but it changed over time. I won’t publish that series on Amazon until about six months after I have a book’s worth of content complete on Patreon. I need to do that to stay on my publisher’s good side. I’m maintaining a one premium post every 2-3 weeks at the moment. My patrons are telling me ‘give us more,’ so I will be looking at driving more content there in the future.
I have at least one more story in the main Accidental Necromancer (AN) storyline, as well as I expect some more short stories around them. However, I have a few other projects in queue before I pick that back up. First of all, I’m working to get a ‘Green Lord Thanksgiving’ short story done in time to publish for...do the math. I need to let ‘Master of the Road’ catch up a bit before I publish the next AN story. So my current plan is - 1) ‘Green Lord Thanksgiving,’ 2) my space story, (AKA ‘Cannon Fodder’), and 3) a sequel to Surrender. Official legend is that she was born Angela Marie Olsen on November 2, 1999 at the general hospital in Fort Collins, Colorado and adopted on 05 November, by Jacob and Lenore Silverstein of Littleton, Colorado. Left home when she turned 18, and her adopted parents died two months later in a car wreck.
•Marissa Tomlinson - initially Will’s playmate and Carla Jackson’s girlfriend. Later, she broke up with Carla, and committed to being William’s ‘wife.’ Irish-Mexican heritage, bodybuilder and martial artist. Works in medical equipment sales. Originally in a relationship with Carla Jackson.
•Audrey Cheung - Korean-American. Sorceress. William’s girlfriend in Phoenix. Audrey is submissive and likes Will to tie her up. Volleyball player for GCU. Studying Biomedical and Mechanical engineering.
•Josephine (‘Josie’) Carroll - apprenticed to her father, Gryffin Carroll, as a thaumaturge in the 1800s. Sold into apprenticeship to Julius Lafayette as a necromancer. He was a dandy apprentice to Laurence Clement. Gay man, but wanted to be a woman. Roughly 5’8” tall, very attractive young man. Asked Will to find him a ‘pretty zombie.’
•Erica Perez - Audrey’s roommate. Zombie. Curvy, blond Latina with glasses. Does online sex shows to pay for school at GCU.
•Bernadette Pasquale - (AKA Anne-Marie Pasquale, AKA Alöise Pascal) Born Babette Printemps as a necromancer on earth, but also born as Alöise Ravissement as a succubus. Alöise possessed Babette’s zombie to become first Anne-Marie Pasquale, and then Bernadette Pasquale. Runs a brothel, but prefers to call it a ‘salon.’ Has a law practice.
