Bashaa and Laliya came and settled in the sand next to him. The cocky male flashed a grin. “Since everyone else has run off, why don’t you finish that tale of Amata and King Hillalum. It was just getting interesting when we were interrupted.”
“Ah, yes. Where was I?”
“Hillalum hunting Amata, but not for food.” Bashaa and Laliya said in unison.
Hashur laughed. Mortals. So focused on mating.
“Very well, where did I leave off? Oh, yes…”
