And to my lawyer, Elizabeth Corradino, whose patience and calm demeanor keep me out of trouble. Thanks for always making time for me and answering the often tiny and sometimes dumb questions.
To Brenda Knight, Robin Miller, Natasha Vera, Hannah Jorstad Paulsen, Merritt Smail, and the entire team at Mango, thank you. Morgane Leoni: Thanks for nailing it.
Erin Turner, thanks for climbing that damn ladder on command.
To Jacqueline Krikorian, for an endless stream of support and encouragement, the occasional software purchase, and the comfort of knowing you will be there in a pinch.
To Jennifer Krikorian, for spending endless hours watching ‘80s music videos as we perfected our dance moves, for having a killer sense of humor (“What’s your second favorite?”), and to you and Mark Winterton for creating the world’s most amazing kids.
Kate, my favorite girl, you inspire me with your smarts, courage, and independence. I wish I had half as much of all three when I was your age. You are amazing and a full-on joy to be around.
Andrew, my little pal and fellow Aries, I love every minute we spend together and smile for days afterward thinking about our adventures. Just please don’t take me on a flight simulator ever again.
To my dad, Don Krikorian, a Renaissance man, whose little life lessons could fill a book. Thank you for your sense of humor, sharing with me your joy of cooking, and a lifetime of support. Thanks…for it all.
Sure, they call me a mama’s girl, but I don’t care. To the strong, witty, inspiring, and unwaveringly supportive Julia Krikorian: Every human on earth should be lucky enough to feel the kind of love you give. It keeps me smiling and fuels my days.
