  “You did so good Princess,” my father said rubbing hair from my face

  “Thanks daddy,” I said looking at him he had tears in his eyes;

  I woke up a few hours later everybody was still in my room besides my mother and Mary I knew they had to go and start the food for thanksgiving Hershey stayed in the hospital with me, she said my spoil ass couldn’t wait to have the babies until after Thanksgiving while laying down on the bed with me. I told that Bitch didn’t she think I wanted to keep them in till my due date? Shit everybody knew I was ready to pig out on some food Hershey busted out laughing calling me a fool and greedy; laying my head on her shoulder I was glad I had a best friend like Hershey most bitches would’ve came to the hospital seen the babies and left. Not Hershey she stood in the hospital with me for the two days that I was in labor and didn’t leave me yet, Eddie came in the room followed by Teddy, his mother and sister. I really didn’t care for Ashley we was the same age and Eddie spoiled her rotten, Teddy walked to the bed telling me congrats and hugging me, I hugged him back asking all of them if they see the babies.

  “Yea they are too cute, omg they look like Eddie and Teddy when they were born.” Tammy said kissing my cheek Ashley rolled her eyes then said something slick out her mouth, she said Fantasy didn’t look like them both Hershey and I couldn’t stand Ashley so Hershey had a comeback for her ass

  “Well we didn’t ask you your opinion,” Hershey said about to get off the bed, Tammy and Teddy warned Ashley to shut up while giving her the eye;

  “Well Ashley I didn’t get to see my kids yet so I don’t know who they look like,” I told her. An hour after they came they left, Eddie helped me into the wheel chair so we could go to the NICU to see the babies, I dressed into the blue gown then Eddie pushed me inside the room where my babies was;

  “Oh, Eddie they are Gorgeous,” I said touching Lil Eddie hand “Yea Goddess they are perfect, Fantasy look just like you with that red hair we didn’t get to see her eye’s yet. But Lil Man have green eyes like me,” Eddie said smiling hard like a proud father. Fantasy looked just like me but I seen traces of Kevin in her.

  I was only in the hospital for two days everybody came to see me and brought flowers, balloons and teddy bears for the babies, everybody couldn’t go inside the NICU to see the babies. Only the parents and grandparents were allowed inside. When I got discharged Eddie and my father picked me up the babies wasn’t discharged with me Lil Eddie had to gain a pound and Fantasy had to gain two pounds plus they wanted to keep an eye on her because they found a small heart murmur.

  Me and Eddie took turns staying at the hospital, I fed the babies and bonded with them. Lil Eddie seem like he was the only one gaining weight, I pumped my breast milk for the hospital and left it with the nurses in the NICU. Two months passed since I gave birth to the twins Kevin seen them by pictures and wanted a DNA he was pissed off because he wasn’t in the hospital when I gave birth and had to find out that I had the babies from the hood, me and Eddie was just that me and Eddie I didn’t know what we were anymore it seem like we only seen each other when we wanted to fuck or something to do with the babies, the new year came bringing us into 2009 and a whole lotta shit change. I was laying in my bed when my phone rang I picked up my cell phone after the third ring “What’s good baby girl?” I heard Barkeem say on the other end A smile came on my face, Eddie was in the shower since he wanted to stop by the night before for what I didn’t have a clue, I leaned my head back on the head board with my eyes closed. I told Bar that I was going to the hospital and asked him what he had plan for the night, after the stunt I pulled while I was carrying the twins me and Bar got closer. I didn’t have no stretch marks from carrying the twins and I was so grateful for that, I walked over to Eddie smiling he lean to me kissing my lips and picking me up, I wrapped my legs around his waist while he slid inside me we fucked standing against the wall. Eddie left an hour after we had our quickie and I went and met Barkeem, I stayed the night with Bar at his spot in Queens that became our place to relax and chill. The next morning, I went straight to the hospital to see the babies my father was sitting inside the NICU holding Lil Eddie when I got there,

  “Hey Princess, it’s time for us to get their room ready.” he said beaming with pride and joy, I loved my father he was already hooked to the kids even more to Lil Man because he was a boy and he always wanted more kids after me but Mary couldn’t have kids and he vowed to never break her heart by having random females having his babies so my kids was his kids. After me and my father left we went shopping for the babies the Nurses informed me that Lil Eddie was being released from the hospital in the next two day, My father hired painters to come to the house to paint and fix the babies room. Eddie wasn’t answering his phone once again so he wouldn’t even know when Lil Eddie was coming home. The day I brought my baby boy home was so joyful everybody was at the house waiting for us Hershey and my father came with me to pick him up. Eddie was nowhere to be found and Asia was MIA also I knew they was together I was starting not to care.

  CHAPTER 4

  Lil Eddie was out the hospital for two days before Eddie brought his ass home to my crib, I was feeding Lil man a bottle when his dumb ass father walked in the room I looked at him and rolled my eyes he had a tan like he been sitting in the sun all day he seen the baby in my arms;

  “When he came home?” he asked walking towards the bathroom I heard the water run in the sink turn on and off he walked back towards me I grilled him he must’ve thought I was going to question him on his whereabouts I was sick of playing his games;

  “Well if your ass answered your phone you would’ve known when he was coming home,” I said burping the baby trying to hold my anger in check I wanted to go upside his head but calmed myself down because the baby was in my arms‘D just let it ride’ I kept repeating in my head

  “I had business to take care of and I can’t answer my phone every time you fucking call,” he said trying to take the baby from me,

  “Don’t touch my son, and what business you had to take care of? You look like you was in the sun somewhere and your girl been MIA to. Don’t try to beat me in my head,” I said rolling my eyes at him he cracked a smile that I wasn�

  “You really need some fucking help, why every time you don’t get something your way you throw this bitch in my face. I told you that’s not my girl, and what you mean don’t touch your son?” he asked giving me a deadly look while taking the baby from me, standing up from the bed I was only wearing a sports bra and shorts Eddie eyes roam over my body before he licked his lips “Don’t even think about it playa, I don’t know where your dick been these past few days.” I said. I left out the room bumping into my father as he was coming out the kitchen .

  “Princess you have to let shit ride and stop stressing about it, if the Lil nigga said he was handling business then let it ride.” my father said looking at me

  “He just be pissing me off with the lying and shit,” I said looking at him I wanted a man just like my father and I settled for Eddie and his fucked-up ways

  “Yea well you have to deal with it, you have two kids by him not one like me and your mother,” he laughed shaking his head

  “Tell me about it, I don’t know how you deal with her,” I joked sitting on the stool in the kitchen

  “Shit I don’t know how I deal with her, but Meka is cool she just lost a little bit. After your grandfather died it was like she shut down and changed,” he told me sipping on his beer I told him Fantasy was due to come home in two more weeks I couldn’t have been happier. My father smiled telling me I was going to need some help with the babies; Maggie was due to leave in a week. She was taking her two living children and moving to Virginia, Hugging my father I walked back towards my room. When I got inside the room Eddie was sitting on the bed with my phone in his hands, Lil man was in his swing sleep with his whole fist inside his mouth;

  “Why the fuck Hershey brother keep calling your phone, you fucking him?” he yelled walking towards me I laughed at him, Eddie knew I wasn’t scared of him and he knew firsthand how I got down about men putting their hands-on females.

  “First of all, why you in my fucking phone? Second Barkeem can call my phone whenever he wants, that’s Hershey brother get real.” I said walking to the bed Eddie followed me with his eyes, he asked if I was fucking Bar throwing the phone on the bed. “Wouldn’t you like to know that little bit of information,” I laughed grabbing my phone I seen Barkeem had called twice, Eddie glared at me with a cold look. “Diva don’t get that nigga killed, you’re going to call that nigga in my face?” he asked walking to me he got up in my face, I rolled my eyes and laid on my bed and started texting Bar back“Eddie shut the fuck up and get out my fucking face, you got some real big balls to be questioning me and threatening somebody when you the one fucking around on me with your dirty dick,” I yelled tuning him out

  “You a dumb bitch,” he said going into the bathroom,

  “I know for fucking with your whack ass,” I yelled at his back.

  After that day in my room Eddie and I stayed away from each other, he would come spend time with his son then leave. February,14 came which was mine and Eddie Anniversary; Eddie was still mad at me from the fight we had which I didn’t care I was due to pick Fantasy up in two days I was so happy to bring my baby girl home. My mother finally started talking to me we were finally talking civilize to one another without going at each other throat; thank god she was willing to lend a helping hand with Lil Eddie. I just wanted that mother and daughter bond with my real mother, even though I had that with Mary I always hoped my mother would change her ways when it came to dealing with me. I was making Lil Eddie bag and getting him dressed so I could take him to my mother house for the night I dressed him in a red Jordan outfit that Hershey brought. I took out my pink and red Prada dress with the matching heels,

  “Where you going?” I jumped when I heard Eddie voice, I turned to him he held a dozen of pink and red roses and a big chocolate heart in his hands. I told him I was taking Lil man to my mother house, he asked me again where I was going for me to need my mother to watch the baby he looked at me as I put on my pink Prada sneakers. He shook his head putting everything down on the bed that was in his hands then picking the baby up; Lil Eddie was smiling at his father with his big chubby cheeks

  “Me and Hershey going out, me and you haven’t spoken about doing anything today so I just said fuck it,” I said brushing my hair out its wrap

  “Call Hershey and tell her change of plans, your man home and I’m taking you out tonight.” he said I rolled my eyes at him

  “Now you my man? Funny Eddie,” I said laughing I grabbed my phone and hit Barkeem number he answered on the second ring, I really had plans to hang out with him. I told him I couldn’t make it and he just banged the phone in my ear, I knew he was pissed and so was I.

  “Let me jump in the shower then we can drop him off,” Eddie said going into the bathroom, I didn’t say nothing I just sat on the bed looking at the TV, until my phone rang I knew it was Hershey from her ringtone“What’s good sis?” I asked after picking up the call I checked Lil man who Eddie laid down on the bed next to me

  “You know my brother is tight right?” she asked laughing I told her I knew that because he banged the damn phone in my ear, she laughed telling me he’ll get over it then she asked what my lame ass baby daddy had plan for us; telling her I didn’t know but I was going to play nice caused both of us to start laughing Lil man jumped from me being loud so I picked him up kissing his chubby cheeks;

  “Well I think it’s a twin thing cuz this fool Teddy called telling me we going out,” she said

  “Well just play nice,” I joked

  “Whatever hoe,” she said we talked some more then hung up.

  Eddie walked out the bathroom ten minutes later and started getting dress, once he was done he grabbed Lil Eddie car seat while I grabbed his Gucci Diaper bag and we left the house getting inside Eddie Black Range Rover to take Lil man to my mother house; I plugged my IPod in and went to Mary J Blige‘Give me you’ Eddie looked at me then turn back to the road. We didn’t say anything on the way to my mom’s house and that’s how I wanted it to be. Eddie pulled up in front of my mother’s building she was standing there waiting for us. Eddie parked his car then got out walking to the back door to grab Lil Man from the back seat, my mother came to the Range Rover asking where her Grandbaby was. I told her he was sleep, she took the car seat from Eddie and started kissing Lil man all over his face; it was a cute moment to see my mother happy and smiling and my baby was the cause of it, after talking to my mother for a few minutes me and Eddie were on our way.

  Eddie took me to the spa where we got a full body massage, then we went shopping and I ran up a 10 thousand dollar tab, I was having fun with Eddie he took me on a helicopter tour and we rode around New York City the final thing that was plan for that day was a hotel room at Trump towers Eddie rented the pent house suite he had it laid out with rose pedals all over chocolate cover strawberries and much more shit, chocolate body paint that was sure to get some freaky shit popping off after we ate dinner Eddie looked like he had something heavy on his mind; “Thanks Eddie this was nice, it feel like the very first Valentine’s day we spent with each other,” I said he looked up at me and smirked he got up and got on one knee “Goddess I know this past year been hell between us, I want you to know it’s not in me to hurt you. I love you Ma and I want to make everything right between us for us and the babies, so I’m asking you today right now Diva Jordan Woods will you marry me?” he asked looking up at me the tears was making my vision blurry

  “Yes, Eddie I’ll marry you, I love you to baby,” I said getting on my knees with him I kissed him hard everything that happen between us was a non-factor at the moment Eddie pulled out a Cartier ring box when he open it a 7ct purple diamond sat in the middle with yellow princess cut diamonds around the setting, he slid the ring on my finger I couldn’t have been more than happy.

  After Eddie purpose to me everything was going good between us, Hershey wasn’t that thrilled that I got engaged to Eddie but she was happy that I was happy. Barkeem and Kevin went through the roof Kevin demand th
at I get a DNA test done on the babies, I told that nigga I liked my life and I wasn’t going to get killed because his ego was in the way fuck that I wasn’t stupid my babies looked just like Eddie and that was their father fuck what you heard. I told my father what Kevin wanted I had to tell him that we was still sneaking behind his back after he told us to stay away from each and he was ready to dead him, I told him not to and to let me handle it he stepped back like I needed him to. I made Kevin meet me at the hospital and they did the DNA test I paid for it and had them rush the results I didn’t need nobody in my business so I had the lab call my phone when the results was in. it only took 24hrs for the lab to call me and confirm that Fantasy was indeed Kevin daughter it felt like somebody threw ice water in my face, I had to ask them to run the damn test again. But I knew it could happen like that they was fraternal twins I watched enough Maury to know two different fathers can father fraternal twins damn.

  Chapter 5

  Fantasy came home from the hospital a day after the DNA test Kevin was on my back day in day out about being able to see her I had to tell him to chill, a month passed since Fantasy been out the hospital my father and Mary moved out the house leaving me the brownstone I grew up in, he moved into a 15 bedroom mansion in Jersey a few blocks from where my uncle lived, I changed everything in the house the room that I had I made it into two guest rooms and my old room upstairs was Fantasy room since Lil man already had his room, I took my father’s old room me and Hershey did it up I put a king size platform bed made from cherry wood and a leather head board, a 72” flat screen TV and everything you can name.
