Any World That I'm Welcome To

Dex knew from Neil’s tone of voice, and the playful smirk, that the man had a plan.

  * * * *

  “Let’s hear it.”

Neil wasn’t sure Dex would like it or not, but if he could convince the stubborn man to agree, he knew it would make them all happier.

  Especially Tamsin.

“I start punishing her. Not full force right now, obviously. But you don’t interfere. You can dish out the full punishment to me, and I’ll take it.”

“But she’ll still just break your rules.”

“No. I return to maintenance spankings like she and I used to do. Modified,” he quickly added, knowing Dex would object. “Punishment won’t be fun. Because I’ll mix in stuff I know she doesn’t like.”

  “Such as?”

“Forcing her to write lines. Which, now, with her handwriting being shit, will actually be OT for her, but she’ll hate it even more than she used to.”

Tamsin let out a well-timed moan Neil wasn’t sure was another orgasm or a half-hearted protest.

“What do you get out of it?” Dex asked.

Neil shrugged. “A happy baby brat, and a hubby who doesn’t have to take canings he’s not as fond of taking.” He waggled his eyebrows at Dex. “Unless you want to keep taking canings.”

Dex’s gaze was now on Tamsin, who—yep, orgasm—squirmed on the bed but couldn’t escape Dex and the vibrator. “I…I’m not sure I can watch her get spanked or physically punished.”

“Already thought about that. I’ll do it when you’re not home. She’ll be happy, you’ll be happy—”

  “And I’m caning your ass?”

Neil leaned in. “Caning, spanking—fucking. Dom’s choice. Let me sweeten the pot even more. We need to get your Dom game back in shape. You can use me.”

Dex’s brown gaze focused on Neil. “You’re serious?”

“I am. I wouldn’t make this offer to just anyone, you know. I trust you.”

  “Take the deal!” Tamsin gasped.

Dex switched the vibrator off, making her moan.

Neil wasn’t sure if it was a good moan or a disappointed one.

  “You really mean it?”

Neil cupped Dex’s cheek and leaned in for a kiss. “As long as we get to hold our sessions in front of the baby brat. You know she loves to watch.”

Even in her leather cuffs, she gave them a thumbs-up.

Neil reached over and unclipped the snap-clips to free her wrists from the headboard. “I take it that’s a green for you?”

“Yes, Sir.” She sat up and draped one arm around Neil and one around Dex. “I do love to watch you two together. Can I make popcorn?”

Neil tipped his head toward her. “See? Warned you the baby brat was back, but noooo, you were all worried about her.”

“I think I’m outnumbered,” Dex muttered.

“Give me a better solution,” Neil said. “Or be prepared to keep taking her canings.”

He seemed to need a moment to mull it over. “If I think this is too much for her,” Dex eventually said, “I get to call it off.”

Neil looked to Tamsin. “Your call.”

  “My call?”

  “What’d I just say?”

  She pouted. “Yes, Sir.”

“Yes, Sir, you agree to his term, or was that a yes, Sir, you were responding to me?”

  “Both, Sir.”

Neil reached over and tucked a strand of her hair behind her ear. “So I’ll get her all wound up for you, and you can come home, fuck her brains out, cane my ass—I’m good with whatever order that happens in—and then everyone’s a winner.”

“Okay, we can try it.” Dex waggled a finger at her. “Watch yourself with the pouting, baby brat, or you’ll be writing, ‘I will not make boo-boo lip at Sir and Sir,’ a hundred times.”

Now she sucked the lip back in. “Yes, Sir.”

  “Good girl.”

After Dex and Tamsin had cleaned up in the bathroom, they returned to bed, Dex snuggled between Tamsin and Neil.

Neil lay on his left side, facing Dex, an arm draped over him. “You know I wouldn’t put my ass on the line for just anyone, right, baby brat?”

She giggled, rolling onto her right side and draping her arm over Dex and Neil’s arm. “Yes, Sir. Thank you.”

  “You’re welcome.”

“I guess I need to learn to loosen up some, huh?” Dex asked.

“Duh,” Neil and Tamsin said in unison.

“I get it. A brave new world to explore.” He squeezed their hands. “I’ll get there, eventually.”

“I think with the three of us in it together, we’ll do just fine,” Neil said.

  “Yeah,” they agreed.

He knew he was the last one to sleep, based on the sound of their breathing. Dex, of course, was now exhausted. Tamsin couldn’t play night owl like she could before.

Yet this was so much more than Neil had ever imagined possible after the accident. Definitely not the world he’d imagined he’d be living in two years ago.

  It was even better.
