  Vivian shrugged.

“I have roommates but they all usually work late nights, but it’s okay, I can manage it on my own,” she replied.

Vivian and I were looking into each other’s eyes again. I wasn’t sure what the next step had to be. The truth was that the only thing my brain could focus on was the fantasy of throwing her over my bike right now and taking her from behind. But I didn’t even want to begin to count how many ways in which that would be inappropriate. Fuck.

Vivian gulped and licked her lips nervously. Maybe she was thinking of something inappropriate too? It was highly unlikely.

“Listen, Cash…” she began, interrupting the silence all of a sudden. “I can’t just let you go like this. You saved my life, like literally, you saved my…anyway, I want to thank you. Coffee maybe? A drink or a sandwich?”

She had her hands clasped tightly together. She was searching my eyes nervously. I could see it had taken her a lot to say this to me.

I started getting off my bike.

“A drink sounds like a good idea. I’m sure we could both use one right now,” I said, and I knew I felt relief. I wasn’t going to leave now; I had some more time to spend with her yet.

  * * *

Vivian’s apartment was small, and it was hard to imagine that she shared it with other people. But she claimed she had two other girls living there with her.

She instructed me to sit on her couch while she walked over to the fridge in the corner of the living room which also served as the kitchen. She pulled out two cold beer cans and brought them over.

She held hers up to her lips and finally, there was a smile on her face.

“This feels good,” she said and sat down on an armchair across from me.

“You still need real first-aid,” I said as I snapped open my can. Vivian just shrugged.

“I think I’ll be alright. I’m not bleeding from any other place, it’s just a split lip. And these bruises…” she looked down at her arms. “They’ll heal and vanish over time. They didn’t do as much damage as I thought they had.”

Slowly, Vivian seemed to be recovering right before my eyes. She didn’t seem so shy and quiet anymore. This was a good sign. It wasn’t taking her long to get over the trauma.

“I hope you’re doing okay. I mean, I’m sure that wasn’t an easy experience to live through,” I said, taking a swig of my beer. She sat back in the chair and sipped her beer as well.

“Yeah, I think I’m still in shock. It doesn’t feel like it happened to me. It feels like it happened to someone else. I don’t know how to explain it,” she said.

“We don’t have to talk about it. We can talk about something else. Like why were you walking alone in a dark deserted alleyway in the first place? And you weren’t that close to your apartment either,” I remarked.

That blush returned to Vivian’s cheeks and it seemed like I might have embarrassed her a little with my question.

“I kinda…foolishly, very stupidly, wanted to avoid taking the bus.”

  “Why?”

She shrugged and looked around the messy living room.

“To save money, is the short answer. I’m trying to live as frugally as possible. I thought the walk would be good for me. I didn’t have the best day and I figured I needed some time to myself to think. I just hadn’t estimated that the walk would involve bad neighborhoods.”

Vivian didn’t want to look at me while she spoke.

“I’m sorry. Didn’t mean to be nosy. You don’t have to tell me all this, it’s none of my business.”

She bit down on her lip and shook her head.

“It’s okay, it was a stupid mistake, and I won’t do something like that again. Just to save a few bucks!”

I nodded slowly. It was not my place to give her advice.

She was sitting up straight in the chair now, looking at me for a reaction maybe and eventually she sighed and ran a hand through her hair. Even though I didn’t want to pry, she seemed like she wanted to talk.

“You must have noticed…from everything here…everything I’ve said, things aren’t going too well for me.” Vivian had her can of beer perched on her knee and she was clutching it tightly now.

“Everyone goes through rough patches in life,” I said, and she breathed in deeply, looking embarrassedly down at her feet again.

“Well, it’s been rough for me for some time now,” she continued. It was hard to imagine how someone who looked as beautiful as she did, had anything to be sad or upset about. You would just assume that beautiful women like her had everything come easily to them.

“Is it work?” I asked and she nodded slowly.

“I came to LA with a dream of breaking through in the modeling industry, but I’ve had three jobs so far in the past eight months. None of which paid a lot.”

I didn’t know much about the modeling industry, but I assumed it was tough.

“I’m sure it’s a hard industry to crack,” I said, and Vivian nodded and tucked some more hair behind her ears, not facing me still.

“Yeah, that’s what I thought and it’s what I was prepared for…but not to this extent, where I’d be trying to save some measly bus fare and put my life in danger.”

She sounded sad and there was nothing I wanted to do more than walk up to her right then and hug her. I couldn’t claim to exactly be an expert at consoling people; in fact, I had no clue how to deal with emotions, but with Vivian, when she was speaking like that now…I wanted to do something. I realized I felt very protective of her.

I cleared my throat and clenched my jaw. I wanted to help, but I didn’t know how.

She was a beautiful woman, fragile in her own beauty and it looked like she was beginning to lose hope. I didn’t want her to.

“Maybe if you give it just a little more time,” I said and Vivian looked away, cradling the can in her hands.

“I have to get a job. Like a full time job, so I can make enough for rent and lead a decent lifestyle, you know?” It seemed more like she was talking to herself, rather than talking to me. I still wanted to hold her and stroke her hair. It felt strange to want to do that to somebody, somebody I didn’t even know.

This was making me uncomfortable. I felt like I needed to leave, get out of there before things took some kind of drastic turn. I didn’t know this girl. I’d done my bit. I had no reason to want to stay here a minute longer.

“You know what I mean? I need to take charge of my life instead of relying on other people’s opinions.” She was looking intently now, like she wanted my honest response to that. But the truth was I didn’t know what to say…other than that she was the most beautiful thing I had ever seen.

  Vivian

Cash was barely even looking at me now. I didn’t know if it was because he was uncomfortable because of what I was saying or because he had somewhere to be.

Whatever he was thinking—all I knew was I wanted him.

I didn’t know what it was. What made me so bold tonight. Maybe because I came so close to being in real abject danger. Because he had rescued me, and I felt like I needed to show him how much I appreciated what he did for me.

Something was definitely going on inside my body and mind because as I sat there on the chair, on the edge of my seat, staring at him, all I wanted was for him to get up and come to me. To hold me.

That bike ride was intense. I had my arms wrapped around him. I’d felt the muscular strength of his body under his leather jacket back there. Even though I was in shock, I couldn’t help but acknowledge how hot this man was, how animalistic my physical response to his presence was. There was no denying that I wanted him in my bed tonight.

And now, it felt like maybe I’d told him too much about myself. Too much that made him uncomfortable. He didn’t need to hear about the struggles of my life! My money problems!

“I’m sorry, I’m probably keeping you from your life. I’m sure you have better things to do right now than sit here listening to my
woes.” I even tried to add a smile at the end of that, even though it looked like the most forced thing.

Cash looked into my eyes now. He was too sexy to look away. Under that thick beard was a chiseled face, a strong jaw, he had a sharp Roman nose. He would get plenty of callbacks if he ever thought of modeling!

“It’s no trouble, Vivian,” he said, and when he said my name, I felt like my knees would buckle and I’d collapse—even though I was sitting down. I just hoped against hope that I wasn’t blushing and making an utter fool of myself!

“Well, either way, I won’t keep you. Please feel free to leave when you want. You shouldn’t feel like you need to keep me company or anything.” I forced that smile again.

Cash looked at me for a moment, intently, like he was deciding on what to do. Then slowly, he emptied the remaining beer from his can down his throat and stood up.

“I guess you should get some rest. And seriously, have that cut looked at before it gets any worse,” he said, and I nodded.

I watched as he slowly started heading in the direction of my front door. I felt a panic rising in my stomach again. I didn’t want him to leave! If he walked out of my apartment now, I knew it would be the last time I ever saw him, and I didn’t know how to wrap my brain around that.

He may have been a complete stranger to me, but for some reason, it felt to me like I truly knew him now. I didn’t know anything about him!

“Cash!” I blurted his name and he stopped in his tracks and turned to me. “Th…thank you, again. I don’t know how to thank you for helping me.”

His eyes seemed to burn a hole in me as he glared. It felt like he could see right through me. Like he knew exactly what I was thinking. I was afraid he would figure out how much I wanted him right now.

“You don’t need to keep thanking me. I did what anybody should have done. I’m glad you’re doing okay now.”

I took a few steps towards him, bridging the short gap between us.

“But it wasn’t anybody else. You’re the one who stopped when you heard my screams.”

I was forcing myself to take charge of the situation, to stare into his eyes. For the first time in what felt like a very long time, I thought I knew what I wanted. And I definitely needed it tonight, of all nights.

Cash was towering over me now, his deep dark eyes glaring into my face. Maybe he could sense it too. How desperately I needed him.

“You’re going to be alright,” he said, like he knew everything. I knew a definite sure-shot way he could help me make everything alright.

I gulped as I stared up at him. It felt like my throat had gone dry and was intensely constricted. There was only one thing I wanted to taste.

I stepped around him, my back against the door now. I wasn’t being aggressive but in that one swift movement; I’d made it very clear to him that I didn’t want him to leave. I wanted him to stay.

  Cash clenched his jaw.

“You sure you know what you’re doing?” he asked and now his voice sounded like a deep growl. His eyes had darkened too, if that was even possible.

I held my chin up confidently and then I nodded. He breathed in deeply, squaring his shoulders. Like he wished he didn’t have to do this. Like he was doing me a favor. But favor or not, I was willing to take whatever he was giving me. I just needed to feel something, and it seemed like Cash was the only one who could give it to me.

“Get down on your knees then,” he growled. I felt a tingle run down my spine when I heard his voice again. He was commanding, overpowering, strong.

I dropped to my knees right there. No questions asked. No hesitation. I felt a thrill at the tips of my fingers. It was so sexy that he was taking control of the situation now.

I looked up at him pleadingly as I knelt in front of him. Cash looked harsh, like he was a changed man now. Not the same guy who had been so tender and caring just moments ago. He towered over me as he started to unbuckle his belt and slither it off his waist. He pushed his pants down next and I saw those muscular thighs. My mouth watered, just because of how sexy he looked. How sexy this all was.

The truth was that either of my roommates Nora or Moss; could come in through that door any moment now. And if they did, they would find me on my knees in front of an absolute stranger. A sexy tattooed stranger.

He pulled his boxers down too and just like that, his big throbbing cock was in front of me. I gulped. I hadn’t realized he was already erect. I thought I was the only one turned on like this, but his cock told a different story. He had been hiding it well.

I could see it now. I was close enough to touch.

“Open your mouth wide, Vivian,” he growled and once again, I did as I was told. I stretched my mouth wide open as he stepped up in front of me, so close that his erect hard cock was pointed straight at my face. He reached for it now, holding it in his hand as he pushed it slowly in my direction.

I tilted my neck backwards, so I could look up into his dark glittering eyes. He was directing his cock at me at the same time and my tongue eventually tasted the salty tip of his thick throbbing cock.

I moaned just from that, because of how sexy this felt. He was a stranger. A strong protective stranger who saved my life, and now I was repaying him by taking his cock down my throat. It was something like out of a fantasy. Something I’d never imagined could happen to me.

I’d always been such a good girl.

Cash’s big cock slithered down my throat and I thought I would choke but I didn’t. My throat accommodated him, inch by inch as he reached as deep as he could and then just as slowly, he pulled out. I breathed in, I could taste the sticky juices of him and then Cash grunted. Before I knew what he was going to do next; he reached over and grabbed me by my hair.

  Yanking me in position.

Keeping me strictly in my place.

This time he didn’t just slowly slide his cock in but thrust himself into my mouth and grunted again.

It was the sexiest thing I ever experienced. I reached for his balls, slowly squeezing and massaging them; as he started pumping himself inside my mouth. My head bobbed back and forth while he directed me, keeping a firm grasp on my hair.

I knelt there in front of him, feeling the sticky dampness of my pussy too while he kept thrusting himself over and over into my mouth. With each thrust came a deep grunt from him. I could sense exactly how much he was enjoying this.

With one hand, I reached down to my pussy. I was still completely clothed, so the only thing I could do now was stroke myself through my clothes. Even so, the sensation was over the top. I could feel every nerve on my body on edge. I thought I would fall back, collapse; if Cash wasn’t holding me like that. I moaned as his cock thrust in and out of me.

  And then, he exploded.

I heard his grunts becoming heavier and I could predict what was going to happen. He held me tightly, with both hands now in my hair while he thrust with his hips. I felt like I would choke but I didn’t. Instead, I could feel this thrill run down my whole body as he started to empty himself in my mouth. His cum slid down the sides of my lips while he filled up my mouth and throat.

Then, when he was done, he stepped back and watched as his cum dribbled down the front of my chin. I stared at him, while he stared at me too. I didn’t know what to say. The only thing I could do was breathe heavily, my shoulders shaking as I tried to keep sitting still there on my knees.

But then Cash lunged towards me and I had no idea what he was going to do next. He grabbed me by my shoulders and started to pull me up.

My back slid up against the front door. I could feel the power and strength of his fingers digging into my arms as he held me there, pinning me to the door. I searched his eyes, for any clue of what he would do next.

The next thing I knew, he was unbuttoning my jeans and hurriedly rolling them down. He just pulled them down to my knees. That was all the access he needed.

With one hand, he kept me pinned to the door, and with the other he started rubbing me.
I squealed, but it came out as more of a moan when I felt his rough fingers digging and rubbing through my panties. He touched my swollen clit too; knowing exactly what to stroke and how. My panties were dripping wet with my juices and I was gasping for air while he brought me to an orgasm.

Cash was not about to let go of me till he got exactly what he wanted—and it was an orgasm. It didn’t take long before I was coming. Hard. My toes curled in my shoes while Cash kept me in position. Stroking and rubbing and pushing himself into me till I was gasping for breath.

I was worried I’d dug my nails too hard into his back, but he didn’t seem to react. His focus was entirely on me and making sure I came as hard as he wanted.

I was out of breath, feeling totally drained by the time he was done with me. My orgasm faded and Cash stepped away from me, running a hand quickly through his hair. I knew I was covered in his juices everywhere. I could still taste him in my mouth. And my panties were filled with mine. My breasts rose and fell as I stared at him.

Cash was pulling up his pants, buckling his belt. So, I did the same.

He looked around the room, unsure of what to say or do now. Now that it was over.

His eyes looked less intense now, they were darting all over the place like he was looking for his escape route. I licked my lips nervously. I had no idea what to say. No clue what any of this meant.

“I think I have an idea,” he said all of a sudden, when I was least expecting him to say anything at all. He’d left me stumped.

  “What…”

“For you. Work for you, I mean. You don’t have to take up my offer if you don’t want to. It’s just a suggestion.”

I’d just finished buttoning my jeans and I looked up at him intently. Feeling completely at a loss now.

Cash pushed his hands into the pockets of his jeans, like nothing had happened.

“I hang out at this bar, the Pit, it’s off Culver Road, behind Tom’s Garage, you can’t miss it. Loads of motorbikes always parked outside. Anyway, yeah, so, I can you a job there as a bartender. Pay will be decent. I’ll make sure of it, and you don’t have to do it forever. Just till you figure your shit out. And nobody’s going to make you work hard and you’ll be well treated.”
