“Like hell, I can,” I growled, and I wrenched the chains from the mounts on the wall.

My women gasped with delight as I caught Shoshanne, and I had her pinned on her knees while none of them tried to stop me.

Now that I was back in control, I fiendishly dragged my hands along the hourglass of the healer’s plush hips and tiny waist, and I kept my cock sliding against her heated entrance as she trembled with arousal.

Then I bent to bring my lips to her ear, and Shoshanne instinctively relaxed into my hold.

“I think I’ve waited long enough,” I murmured, and the woman quickly nodded.

I watched her bite down hard on her wine-red lip as she knotted her fingers in the sheets, and then I tightened my own grip on the cinch of her waist before I buried my full length inside the caramel beauty with one firm thrust.

The moment I did, Shoshanne climaxed with a wavering shriek, but I held myself back as I reveled in the mind-numbing sensation of her velvety tunnel. With every thrust, I felt my sanity gradually returning, and this only spurred me on.

Shoshanne was panting from the force, but she tipped her ass up while she moaned for more, and I delivered until she was scorching hot against my dick from the friction. Then I finally climaxed, and I almost collapsed from relief as I emptied a torrent of my seed into Shoshanne.

The caramel beauty quivered while she took every last drop, and when I was done, all she could do was stammer a thank you for saving it all for her.

Then she went limp under me, and when I pulled my cock from out of her, the other three women gasped when a river of frothy cum gushed from the healer’s still spasming tunnel.

After that, no one had any patience for more teasing, and my other women began begging me to give them the same treatment instead. Cayla wouldn’t let me go until I’d climaxed twice inside of her, and the second I finished, I turned around to find Aurora already on her knees waiting for me.

I made sure to torture my half-elf a little, though, since she was clearly in that frame of mind tonight, and every time I pulled out of her, I could feel her heat rising as she whimpered for me to keep going. I even gave Aurora a few light spanks for good measure, but I still had chains hanging from my wrists, and the feel of the iron against the back of her thighs only riled her up even more. When I finally let Aurora orgasm, she bucked so hard we almost fell off the bed, and I barely managed to keep my dick deep inside of her so I could fill her with my sperm while her shrieks echoed around the steel room.

Then Deya giggled as she crawled over for her turn, and I realized her breasts hung a bit heavier now than they used to. This and the bump on her belly kept me from pounding into her like I might have otherwise, and I took the beautiful elf with slow and deep thrusts instead while I savored the fact this incredibly gorgeous woman was carrying my child in her.

Deya met my rhythm seamlessly as her soft whimpers filled my mind, and I kept one hand latched on to her swollen breast with the other gently cupping her belly. I took my time giving her what she needed while the heat of Aurora’s flames pressed in around us, and as I listened to the sound of Deya’s pleasure, the same possessiveness I’d been warring with for days built up in my veins. The sensation made my grip tighten as I channeled it into the way I held Deya and moved inside her, and her whimpers turned into breathless moans as she became wetter with every passing minute.

My other women couldn’t resist sliding their fingers between their thighs as they watched the way I fucked my pregnant elf, and every time I glanced over at any of them, the burning look in their eyes showed me this was exactly what they wanted, too. The more I fondled Deya’s swelling figure, the quicker my women’s fingers moved against their clits, but I could tell they were all waiting for me.

When Deya finally let out a long moan from the heat of my seed pouring into her, the sound of my women’s orgasms filled my ears from all sides, and I watched them all writhe in the red firelight as I kept myself buried inside the elf.

I couldn’t let go of her, though, as I felt her full breasts heaving in my grip, and I’d just decided on going for another round when I heard Kurna calling my name from way down the track.

  Damn it.

“Mason, someone’s--” the elf gasped, but I was already reluctantly releasing the women.

Then I left her with a tender kiss before I swiftly got up to find my clothes, and I’d only gotten my pants and boots on when Aurora jumped up as well. I caught her to push her back onto the bed, though, and when she fought back, I used my magic to lock her down by the diamond cuffs on her wrists.

“If something’s wrong, we need to be ready,” the half-elf argued.

I silenced Aurora with a kiss that made her go limp beneath me, and when I pulled away, her emerald eyes were hooded again as she made no effort to escape.

“If something isn’t wrong, I’m not nearly finished with you,” I informed the woman. “Wait here. I’ll be right back.”

Aurora blushed at the command, but she obeyed me as I released her cuffs and grabbed my gun belt, and I took a last glance at my women before I left. The red firelight flickering across their naked bodies put lead in my feet, and all I wanted to do was bite at their lips until they were raw.

Kurna’s voice was fast approaching, though, and I forced myself to leave before I closed the door behind me.

The cool night air helped redirect my mindset as I jogged along the train toward the platform, but the sound of other Defenders yelling finally shoved my libido to the back seat.

“What’s going on?” I asked as Kurna met me a few cars down.

“Two Defenders said they heard--what are those about?” the brawny mage asked as he pointed at my arms.

I glanced down, and when I saw the iron still shackled to my wrists, I abruptly summoned my magic. Then I spliced the iron and sent it flying into the shadows under the train.

“Nothing,” I mumbled. “You were saying?”

Kurna blinked himself back to the conversation, and I shifted my stance so he wouldn’t notice the dried blood on my arms as well.

“Two Defenders heard a couple screams on the other side of Tellish,” the brawny mage reported. “They’re heading into the village now, but if--”

Both of us jumped as a jet of flames burst up from the darkened village, and I recognized the ominous crack of stone breaking apart as more screams rose up into the night.

“That bastard,” I gasped. “He sent his fucking mages here.”

Only a breath later, the bells of Tellish began to clang, and I recalled the hundreds who were slaughtered in Rajeen when the Master ordered the same attack to be sent there.

“Get every Defender we have out here,” I ordered, “and send ten to guard Lady Emonie’s estate.”

Kurna immediately sprinted back along the train, and I sent my magic to throw every door open as he raised the alarm. The Defenders we’d stationed in Tellish were already firing their pistols as they tore through the streets, and the others stumbled out of their sleeping quarters while they secured their armor as quickly as they could.

I didn’t move a muscle, though, because I could hear my women hastily grabbing their weapons, and they were wrestling to get their tits tucked into their tops while my elf told them everything she’d heard Kurna say.

All I could think of in that moment was the way my women had looked at me while I made love to Deya just now, and as my inner daddy demon flared with a vengeance, I did what any sane man would do.

I summoned my metal magic, sealed the door of our car shut, and ran like hell.

  Chapter 13

The Master’s mages had torn up the street leading from the station to the village by the time I got there, but I summoned my powers to repair it as I bolted toward the screams. The Defenders from the train weren’t far behind with their pistols drawn, and the moment we reached the innermost shops of Tellish, we were surrounded by the Master’s mages on all sides.

They catapulted from balconies and sent their m
agic to destroy everything in their path, and while treacherous flames blocked doorways and windows to keep the citizens locked inside, whole walls collapsed inward to crush them as well.

The few people who’d managed to escape their homes were barricaded in corners as the streets flooded up to their knees, and a fierce, howling wind threw debris up everywhere until my eyes were burning from it.

“Flumen mages, clear these streets!” I ordered the Defenders. “Fire on all targets as you go. The rest of you, fan out, we need to help the residents escape this!”

The Defenders dispersed as they summoned their powers, and I ran straight ahead as fast as I could while the water sloshing against my legs gathered a strong current. I fired on every tattered looking mage I came across while I kept my Terra powers sparked, and I managed to catch five walls before they could fully collapse in on themselves.

The possessed mages’ presence made the air heavy with static energy as I fought to reach higher ground, and I could sense the erratic nature of their powers as they wielded them without restraint. This only added to how disorienting the attack was as the elements warred against all of us, but I hadn’t expected the Master’s troops to be so uncoordinated in their tactics.

It was clear he had very little control over these mages as the ground broke open to drop both citizens and mages far below, and their lack of discernment between the two sides meant anything could happen out here tonight.

By now, the water had risen past my thighs, and the current ran in multiple directions while men and women were caught up in it. They screamed and gasped for air as they were dragged away from their families, and when I made it to a central intersection, I scanned every soldier in the vicinity for a sign of the Master’s Flumen Mages.

I managed to take down seven before the street broke open under me, but I caught my fall and resealed the street to keep from drowning in a pit. I left a wide enough crack in the cobblestone so the water could continue to drain away, though, and after I killed another four Flumen Mages on the next street over, my Defenders began to overpower our attackers.

Then I moved on to the Aer Mages, and I stalked them around shadowy corners before they could suffocate any more victims. As the winds let up by a few degrees, I was able to see more clearly, and I rubbed my burning eyes as I climbed up onto a stone wall to get a clear line of fire.

Blinding flashes of lightning burst from every corner of Tellish as my troops tore their way through the streets, and combined with the searing white flames from the fireball runes, the town looked like a deadly rave was raging at maximum capacity. The ground shook intermittently as walls crashed down, and new fires sprang up in every quarter of the village.

I could see possessed mages scrambling over rooftops now as they tried to attack without being shot down, but my generals were one step ahead of them.

Kurna lit half the roofs on fire in one amber flash, and when he doused his attack a second later, flaming mages were lunging to their deaths as their screams rent the air. Urn was using the Terra Mages’ assaults against them while he caught their crumbling walls, and he’d send the debris pelting down into the streets to flatten the bastards before he righted the stonework again.

In all the chaos, there was virtually nowhere for the citizens to hide, but when Haragh hollered my name, I turned around to see him and Taru leading about forty residents out of the fray.

They were heading toward the southern quarter since our troops had managed to clear this area of the Master’s forces, and I summoned my Terra powers to connect with Haragh’s circuit.

Then we wrenched the ground apart to create a twenty-foot divide between the citizens and the rest of the town, but someone must have been watching from above.

Haragh and Taru were about to head over the bridge he’d formed across the divide when the ground beneath the citizens began to tremble, and the half-ogre let out a furious roar as he summoned his powers to counter the attack. He managed to steady the ground while he warred against whatever possessed mage had tracked him, and then he urged Taru to continue without him.

“I’ll hold this lot,” I heard Haragh yell. “Gather as many as ye’ can and bring ‘em this way!”

Taru didn’t hesitate to barrel across the bridge while Haragh let it crumble behind her, and I leapt from the stone wall to help guide the citizens to safety.

I met up with Taru just as she dismembered a mage’s arms, and while she used the severed appendages to bludgeon another two Ignis Mages, I took down three incoming Flumen Mages. Then I shot down Taru’s attackers, and once we were out of danger again, we ran along the backstreets while the battle continued raging at the center of Tellish.

As we went, I sent every cowering resident in the direction of Haragh’s trench, but then we found about fifty merchants hiding with their families inside a smoky building.

“Come with us,” I ordered as I felt heat radiating from above. “This building isn’t gonna hold out much longer.”

No one moved as I turned for the door, though, and when I looked back, they were all staring in terror at Taru.

“She’s here to save you,” I growled.

“She’s an ogre,” someone pointed out.

“Who cares?” I scoffed. “She’s the sweetest ogre you’ll ever meet, and if you’re too much of a shit bag to appreciate help when it--”

I didn’t get any further because Taru let out a vicious roar, and every person in the burning building lunged for the door.

“That works, too,” I chuckled as I ran ahead of them, and Taru and I flanked the group while we wove along the backstreets.

We had to keep slowing our pace to make sure the older merchants and children didn’t fall behind, though, and it wasn’t long before we caught the attention of the Master’s mages.

A crew of twelve peeled in from the left as four more sent flames down from the balconies above, and as the people screeched, I whipped around and shot down the Ignis Mages in quick succession.

Taru took on three Aer Mages at once even though they’d gotten to her lungs, and when she wrenched two of their jugulars out, the third fled right past me where I could easily pick him off.

Then the ground began to shake violently beneath us, and as it cracked open, I caught a hold of two merchants before they could plummet to their deaths.

I was about to hoist them back to safety when my lungs collapsed, and I began to lose my footing while the ground shuddered more.

“Taru!” I wheezed as loud as I could.

Then the ogre woman let out a deafening roar, and the next thing I heard was someone’s head being crushed to a pulp as warm blood splattered my back.

The ground immediately stopped shaking, though, and once I dragged the merchants up, I dodged an incoming jet of flames and took down two Aer Mages to get my lungs back.

Then I drew a desperate breath as my vision spun, and Taru caught my shoulder to turn me around. When she pointed to the rooftops, I saw four mages sprinting along the metalwork and coming our way, and as the merchants began to scream, I took my aim.

One by one, the mages burst into flames while Taru threw our last two attackers against a stone wall, and by the time they dropped into a lump of broken bones, our path was clear again.

“Damn,” I panted as I scanned the street once more. “I think we got them all.”

Taru nodded as she extended her fist, and we shared a quick pound of the knuckles before I ordered everyone to pick up the pace.

More citizens joined up with us as we made a break for it, and I did what I could to throw up walls and block the jets of flames coming our way. Then I doubled back to shoot down the culprits, and when we finally got back to Haragh, I was relieved to see the half-ogre managed to keep his lot secure. There were another twenty or so merchants who’d found their way over, too, and I summoned my powers to rebuild the bridge across the divide.

“Get them over the bridge,” I ordered as I turned to the ogre woman. “I’ll cover you.”

>   Then Taru led everyone across to safety while I stood guard and shot down the possessed mages coming our way, and I could hardly believe the three of us had managed to lead nearly two hundred of Lady Emonie’s people to safety unscathed. I could sense how taxed Haragh’s powers were, though, and I knew there must still be a Terra Mage nearby who was fighting against him.

So, I sent my own powers through the ground and stonework of the buildings, and I found the bastard hiding behind a water wheel some thirty yards away. Then I zeroed in on the placement of his feet, and I dropped him beneath the cobblestone. Before he could retaliate, I slammed the ground shut so he wouldn’t stand a chance of surviving, and Haragh let out an exhausted huff.

“Let me take over,” I hollered across the trench.

“I’ve got it!” Haragh assured me. “Find the damned portal! Looks like you’re runnin’ out of mages to track!”

“Shit,” I growled as I ran toward the center of town.

My troops had managed to close in on the last of the Master’s mages, and I could tell these remaining soldiers were the strongest. Flames billowed into the night sky while the Defenders fought to contain the blaze, and a whole line of buildings collapsed at once as a strong gust of wind fanned the inferno.

From the shouts of my Defenders, it sounded like they were having trouble locating the mages who were orchestrating it all, and I sparked my Terra powers as I sprinted ahead at mach speed.

It didn’t do much good since most of my troops were in the area, and I had no way of discerning between them and anyone else, but as I came to a stop at the center of the chaos, one option occurred to me.

So, I closed my eyes to the flashing of the flames billowing in front of me, and while the Defenders yelled to one another to coordinate a counter-attack, I tried to silence my mind and focus on nothing but my element.

It was nearly impossible with the screams of merchants echoing all around, and the thundering of flames filled my head as the heat scalded my skin. Then several buildings ignited as the blaze spread, and more of my Defenders summoned their powers to make matters more complicated.
