GUY: A Graveyard Girl Spin-off Novel

by Ann, Bry

  “Agreed.”

She tugs me a bit closer, licking her lips a mere inch from my face. That’s it for me. I close the last bit of space between us. She immediately groans. I take control of the kiss, tugging lightly on her hair and closing any space between our bodies. She mewls when she feels my dick against her stomach. Her leg wraps around my back and she starts to grind herself against me. I'm seriously ready to lay her back against the rocks and make her cum right here.

  “Well, I see you’re alive.”

Swack! One minute, Kiki’s grinding against my dick, and the next, Frances’s fist is in my face and I'm lying in the dirt with him on top of me with a knife to my throat as Kiki screams in the background.

“Uh, hey, kinda ruined the moment,” I rasp.

  “You motherfucker!”

  He punches me again.

  “Shit!” I snap. “Fucking ow!”

“You motherfucking son of a bitch.”

His fist raises again and I close my eyes, but his fist never connects. I peel one eye open in time to see Kiki, wide eyed, with her hand around Frances’s fist.

“Uh, sorry.” She lets go quickly. “Please don’t punch him again.”

Did Kiki just—did Kiki just stop a punch for me?

I'm dazed and my face hurts like fuck. I rub the swelling spot on my face with a groan. Jesus fuck, he didn’t hold back with that first one.

I'm snapped out of my pity party when I see Frances approaching a now very wide-eyed Kiki with purposeful steps. I leap to my feet as Frances pins Kiki to a rock by her throat.

“It’s you!” he hisses. “Guy never pushed it this far until you came along.”

Kiki chokes and her face turns the slightest shade of purple.

“Hey!” I growl, ripping Frances from Kiki as she gasps for air. I get right in his face, feeling my blood boil in my veins.

“Don’t ever lay your hands on her.”

“You lost the right to order me around when you teetered on the edge of a cliff!”

He shoves me in the chest. I shove back.

“I worried you. I get it. Put aside your goddamn issues for one second and quit acting like a fuck ‘cause you care and I scared you!”

“You’re one to preach about issues!”

He swings for me again, but this time, I'm prepared. I duck and dive into his stomach. He goes down. I punch him twice just to, you know, make things even.

  “You almost left me.”

“I did. I'm sorry.” I grab the sides of his head with my bloody fists. “I'm sorry. It was a mistake.”

Frances pushes me off and studies me with dark eyes as he wipes blood from his lip. After a minute, he nods and glances over his shoulder at Kiki, who hasn’t moved from the rock, eyes still wide. Despite everything, I smile a little. My strong little coward.

“Make sure she’s okay,” Frances mutters under his breath.

I leap to my feet and go to Kiki.

“Hey, sweetness.” I take her face in my hands. “You okay?”

I glance at the bruises forming on her throat and want to rip Frances’s goddamn eyes out. Kiki’s had enough bruises in her life!

I trace her throat with light fingers. “Sorry.”

She shakes her head. “It’s fine. What’s another bruise, right?”

  I growl. She giggles.

  “What could possibly be funny?”

“Other than Rain, no one has ever been mad that I was hurt before. It’s nice.”

She wiggles out from behind me and goes to Frances. She stares at him a minute. He’s still in the dirt with his face in his hands. She leans forward, getting a little close but keeping her distance.

  “Here.”

She extends a shaking hand to help him up. He stares at her a minute before taking it. He gives her a nod. That’s all the apology she’ll get, but at least he’s sorry. And I do notice the way he winces at her throat when she turns away. God, he has issues. Why can’t he just say he regrets hurting her? Jesus.

  “What now?” Kiki murmurs.

  Good question. What now?

I look at her, then Frances.

  “I think it’s time I go home.”

Frances storms ahead without a word. He’ll be okay. I glance at Kiki. She’s kicking dirt, fidgeting. I lift her chin with my finger.

“I gotta go. This place isn’t for me, sweetness. It fucks with my head.”

She steps into my chest and places her cheek against my beating heart.

  “I know.”

  “It’s not you.”

She sniffles and nods. Sighing, I cradle the back of her head. It’s getting easier, knowing how to handle her emotions. In fact, it’s actually not too hard to do. Just caring is usually enough.

“I know. I hate it, too.”

  “When do you leave?”

  “Tomorrow, Keeks.”

She squeezes my bicep. “Come home with me, then.”

  My eyes widen. “What?”

“If this is your last night here, let me make it memorable. Go to Frances’s, spend time with them, then come over tonight.”

She steps away from me then and goes to the beginning of the trail. She waits for me there, I guess not trusting I won’t try to jump again. I won’t. That was a mistake. I'm glad they came for me.

When she sees me coming, she jogs ahead.

How could I possibly be with her for the night and leave her?

  Kiki

I pace the floor of my room over and over again. What was I thinking?

  What was I thinking?!

My bruises aren’t even healed yet!

Oh my God. That was so rash. My fucking dad is here!

Why am I insane? Answer me that, please. Why am I completely and totally crazy? My insanity is what got me into this mess in the first place. My phone chimes on my desk.

  Rain: You did what?!!!!!!!!

I groan and type out my reply.

Kiki: I wasn’t thinking. He’s leaving tomorrow. It just slipped out.

Rain: You really wanted that dick lol.

  Kiki: Shut up.

Rain: What about your dad? Hahahahahahaha…

  Kiki: IDK. SHUT UP.

Rain: Omg, is he gonna put a gag on you Fifty Shades of Grey style :p

I hate the way my panties dampen at the thought. It apparently takes me too long to reply because my phone chimes before I can respond.

Rain: Holy SHIT. That turns you on. Wow, kinky. I wouldn’t have guessed.

  Kiki: We’re no longer friends.

Rain: Haha aw, you love me. It’s not my fault you’re horny and kinky.

  Kiki: I officially hate you.

Rain: That’s fine long as you tell me how it goes.

  Kiki: If he comes…

Rain: OH HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA. He’ll come. In more ways than one.

  Kiki: RAIN!

  Rain: KIKI!

  I pause. I need a good comeback.

Kiki: What about Ajax, hmmm. See him lately?

I get the long pause from her I was looking for. After a full four minutes, I get a reply.

Rain: I don’t care about Ajax.

Kiki: Okay, if you’re gonna lie you gotta at least only half lie. I know you care about Ajax. It’s okay. I don’t blame him for what Anthony did.

Rain: He’s a coward. Never stood up for you. You know how I feel about relationships.

I do, unfortunately. Rain doesn’t trust anyone. It’s truly tragic. She could land someone amazing because she’s stunning inside and out.

Kiki: One day you’ll find someone.

Rain: Maybe… if so, it won’t be the muscled Frenchmen.

  Kiki: Maybe…

Tap, tap, tap… I glance up to see Guy in my windowsill. He raises his eyebrows in the tree he climbed to get here. Fluttering all over, I approach the window and open it. He grins at me.

  “Hey, sweetness.”

  “Hey.”

I wave awkwardly. He chuckles. He’s already happier knowing he’s going home
tomorrow. It saddens me.

“Um, can you just stay here for one second?”

He cocks an eyebrow and chuckles. “You’re telling me to wait in the tree?”

  I wince. “I’m asking?”

He laughs harder and leans back casually after checking his stability. “No problem.”

His eyes dance. He knows why I’m making him wait, which is embarrassing.

  “Are you stable?”

“Kiki, go do what ya need to. I’m the one in a tree out your window, sweetness. Just don’t take too long.”

“It’ll be less than a minute,” I promise.

I half way shut the window and run to the back of my room behind my closet door so he can’t see me. So yeah, being the weirdo I am, I leave him there so I call Rain immediately. It’s a need. I’m freaking out! And I can’t call her if he’s in my freaking bedroom.

“He’s here!” I squeal quietly when she picks up.

  “Told you he’d come!”

  “What do I do?!”

  “Uh, fuck him.”

“What if I suck in bed?”

“I promise you won’t. Hang up this phone and have a great night. You deserve it.”

She clicks off first, giving me no choice but to face Guy again. I go back to the window and open it all the way, inviting him in.

“I’m so sorry. Thank you for waiting.”

“Still want me to come in?”

“My dad’s here. We’ll have to be quiet.”

“Really thought this through, eh?” he says as he leaps into my bedroom.

“Inviting you over was a spur of the moment thing,” I mumble.

He lifts my chin with his finger. “I can go. No problem. Or we can watch a movie. Or…”

Oh my God, I really like this crazy man. I stare at his still-moving lips and literally jump on him like he’s a tree. I fist his hair and kiss the shit out of those perfect, tender lips. He fists my hair right back and walks me to the bed. Carefully, but swiftly, he throws me down on the mattress. I bounce a moment, but not long after, he’s crawling over me and kissing me again.

  Oh my God.

“Guy,” I whimper, wishing he were closer.

I reach for him, running my hands up his bare stomach under his shirt. His abs clench beneath my fingers.

“Kiki, tell me this is okay,” he whispers, pained. “I’ll be careful.”

“Yes, don’t be careful. Just… please.” Jesus, please.

“If something’s not okay, just tell me.”

  “‘Kay,” I murmur.

His eyes fill with heat as he gazes down at my satin button-up night dress.

“I like this,” he murmurs, tracing the top of my cleavage.

  “I hoped you w-would.”

He nods and starts to unbutton the dress, kissing down my chest as he does. Mmmm, this is why I wore this. I hoped he’d do this sensually. Yes. He’s rocking my entire world right now.

  “You’re beautiful, Katrina Wilson.”

My gaze snaps up. He looks at me, unsure. He cups my cheek.

  “No hiding.”

“It’s okay when you say it,” I whisper.

He leans down and kisses me—passionately. My dress is completely open now. His fingers find my panties and he traces the wet spot in the center.

“For me?” he questions like there actually is someone else.

“Yes, crazy boy. All for you.”

  “Fuck. Fuck.”

He removes his hand and grinds against me. Desperate need fills me.

  “Clothes off. Now.”

I tug at his clothes. Without wasting a second, he starts tearing his clothes off, not giving one shit what happens to them. Then he’s on me again.

“I'm gonna have to be quiet somehow.”

Guy stops then and looks at me warily.

“What kind of sex do you like?”

It’s kind of an awkward question but valid.

“Don’t know. I’ve never had a chance to explore, really.”

He nods. “What do you get off to?”

I blush. Not normal things. Rain sorta nailed it earlier. If you looked at me, you’d never guess, but yeah, I'm kinky. Anthony hated it, but I am fascinated by all things BDSM and kink.

  “Don’t know.”

“Oh,” Guy chuckles, “sweetness, your eyes just heated the hell up.”

He traces my now way damper underwear.

“And this is soaked, sweetness,” he murmurs seductively. “Tell me.”

  “I think—I think… I don’t know. Something other than missionary, I guess.”

He cocks his head. “How do you feel about a gag?”

  Shit. “Umm, I'm open.”

I blush. He grins and leans in closer.

  “Being tied up?” he purrs.

  Holy shit! “Please,” I whimper.

Smiling now, he nods. “Oh, I got you, Katrina.”

Twenty minutes ago, I hated it, and now I never want him to stop saying my name. Just him. Just in this moment.

  “Close your eyes.”

I do. I wait in pure darkness as he wanders around my room. A moment later, he tenderly traces my lips.

  “Open these lips for me.”

I do as he says. He fills my mouth with a cloth.

  “Nod if this is comfortable.”

  I nod.

“Good girl.” Shit, I like that. A lot. “If something is too much for you, snap your fingers. Understand?”

  I nod.

  “Wonderful,” he rasps.

Oh yeah, he’s feeling it, too. His dick is hard as a rock. ‘Cause, yeah, I peeked.

  “You can open, officially.”

I giggle. He pokes my nose. “I'm in charge here. Clear?”

Oh, fuck. Crystal. Crystal clear. I nod.

“Good. This should keep you quiet then,” he says, looking heatedly at the gag.

“You need to come,” he whispers. “You’ve known too much pain.”

Before I can absorb how beautiful his words are, he’s crawling down my body.

  Thump.

I feel his breath on my center.

  Thump.

  He leans forward.

  Thump.

His lips land on me and I'm so happy for the gag. An inhuman sound escapes my lips. Nothing has ever felt so good in my life. He continues until I come and even then, he stays, milking every last bit of pleasure from me he can.

Once he’s done, he crawls back up and peels the gag from my mouth.

  “How was that?” he whispers.

I snatch his shirt and pull him to my lips. It feels like the right reply.

“Let me return the favor?” I murmur against his lips.

  “Happily.”

I giggle. He stands and throws his boxers down his hips before lying back casually with his hands behind his head.

“This is what we should have been doing on the island.”

  I burst out laughing.

“I think it would have freaked me out if you came onto me.”

He winces a little. “Valid point. Creepy. Moving on.”

I laugh at him as I openly ogle his hard length.

  “You’re so hot, Guy.”

He smiles. “Thanks. I don’t agree, but uh, that’s a mood killer. Sorry.”

He’s so sure, yet so unsure.

  “You’re definitely hot.”

I place my knees between his spread thighs. His cock twitches. When I grab the base of his cock, he groans.

“If I do this, you have to be quiet.”

“There’s no if,” he sorta snaps, flattering me. “But I’ll be quiet.”

  “Alright.”

I lean down and take his dick in my mouth. This is something I'm good at from my time with Anthony. I got good fast because I was scared he’d hurt me if he didn’t come. I hated every moment of that, but now I'm so happy it happened because I can bring this amazing man pleasure. I know I can.

Sure enough, just a minute or so later, Guy’s hand is i
n my hair, pulling hard as his hips jerk up to meet my mouth.

“Shit, I'm gonna come, Katrina. Move if you don’t wanna…”

I take him all the way down my throat and use my tongue to make him come right then. He bites his lip to hold back his groans as he comes down my throat.

I pull away and crawl back over him. “Sexy.”

“I thought I was crazy,” he rasps.

“Sexy and crazy usually go together.”

  He chuckles. “True.”

He looks me in the eye then. In that moment, it hits us. I may never see him again.

“I did say I’d go with you and make sure you were okay.” I bite my lip.

He cups my face. “We both know I will be. It won’t make this any easier. You need to stay home, sweetness.”

I nuzzle his neck. He pulls me into his side and strokes my back as my heart aches.

We don’t have sex. I just… can’t. And he knows it.

  He doesn’t even ask.

  Guy

Saying goodbye to Kiki sucked. It really sucked. Her eyes were so sad, but it’s time to go home. I wish I could get her voice out of my head. Last night helped nothing. The whole twelve and a half hour drive to the coast I was thinking of her. But right now, I have Marley, Alex, Carl, and Frances in front of me as I get ready to board my boat.

Marley hugs me first. We’ve already spoken in private. There’s nothing left to say. She told me about her suicide attempt last year and how Frances saved her. We spoke for a while about street life. Marley is not an open person, so it was a brief talk, but it showed how much she cared that she even tried to talk to me. If we’re speaking about people with hard lives, Marley has had the worst life. As psycho as my best friend is, there’s no denying it, he did save her and she brought joy to his miserable soul. She softened him. A bit.

Then comes Carl. Carl and I aren’t close, so it’s brief.

  Then there’s Alex. I’ll miss her. She’s crazy, but… I don’t know, she’s one of a kind.

“Your knife is in your black Nike shoes.”

  She grins. “Perfect.”

She glances down at her black boots. “I’ll keep my promise to you.”

  “I know.”

She nods. “Good luck with your island. I’ll come visit when Mom lets me.”

“So, when you’re eighteen,” I laugh.

Alex nails me with a look that says she’ll be grown long before she’s eighteen. I don’t doubt it.
