  About Sarita Armstrong.

A Lifetime of Travelling and an Inner Journey

Sarita Armstrong’s unusual lifestyle has brought her into contact with people from many different nations and walks of life. British by birth, her ancestors on one side were Cornish tin miners and on the other from the British Raj in India – a diversity she has always considered to be an advantage.

Since childhood she has seen life as an inner journey of discovery amidst the reality of living daily life to the full, balancing the inner contemplations with the outer activity.

At present she is travelling the waterways of France with her husband on a converted Dutch barge.
