Acknowledgements
Many thanks to David Tenenbaum of Melbourne Books for supporting Dirty Fracking Business and for his creative input. My editor, Daan Spijer, made an invaluable contribution to the work through his insightful comments and finetuning the manuscript. My good friends, Paul Burn and Dave Kendall, read the manuscript prior to the completion of edit and both suggested meaningful changes that I was happy to adopt. I have already mentioned John Thomson of the Hunter Valley Protection Alliance in the Foreword but it would be remiss of me not to thank him again. John is a fine wordsmith in his own right and acted as my unofficial and unpaid editor in respect of content and how best to express it.
