Over the next few weeks, as Eugene told police and the FBI where to find the other girls, all the families of his victims would be able to as well. It wasn't much, but it was something.
Tess took one look back at her father's grave in the distance and then glanced around the woods that circled the old cemetery. She exhaled and squeezed Michael's hand.
"Let's go."
He squeezed back and together, they walked out of the cemetery to his Jeep.
They left Paradise Hill, taking the highway that led through the mountains, bound for Seattle and their new lives together.
