“Take your time and work this out,” French added. “Come on Naidu, I need to dance the tequila off.”
Chee and Burns followed them. Jamie suggested a dance floor trick to spice up the fun. The women formed a circle, then each woman took to the centre of the circle to display her own brand of dance moves. Logan watched them laugh and catcall, a smile playing about her lips. Dance floor traffic almost stopped when Jamie twerked. She turned to see Chuck smiling at her. She smiled back.
“I’m sorry,” she said.
He took her in his arms.
The dancing women did not see Chuck and Logan leave The Fisherman’s Hut.
