Alright, I’ll get on with it, after I have another drink. Or two. Here’s one for you, too. There, now we’re ready. Here we go. Portugal is reputed in prophecy to be the one place ‘where The Faith would always persevere’ according to the one who gave us the greatest miracle of modern times, the Miracle of Fatima. And who made this prophecy and delivered this miracle, known as ‘The Miracle of the Sun’? Mary, the mother of Jesus. That would make her the Mother of God, in the Holy Roman Operating System. So, just what was this miracle of the sun? And is there a word-play going on here? As in, the miracle of The Son? Quite likely, I’d say. But here’s the story.
It’s the year 1915. Yes, the same year the HMS Lusitania was sunk by the Germans, and WWI was in full swing, devouring all of Europe, but America was not yet (officially) in the war. But that’s what the sinking was all about, right? To bring America into the war on the side of Angland, and against Germany, right? No, the real Anglish target was the final remains of the Holy Roman Empire, known as the Austro-Hungarian Empire, as well as the Czarist Empire of Russia. Anyway, in 1915, everything was in flux, and the outcome of the war was uncertain for everyone, everyone except the Chosen Ones who financed all sides, except Russia. The Chosen Ones were going to win, regardless, as always. Provided that Russia lost, that is.
And in 1915, the only real Socialist government in Europe (or anywhere) was in Portugal. Not Russia, silly boy, they didn’t get theirs until November, 1917, remember? Anyway, the Socialist government of Portugal was still busy in 1915, trying to exterminate the Holy Roman Church from the hearts of the people. Now this was a difficult task, as this demanded that the people abandon nearly 2,000 years of their history. Not an easy task, even for a big government in a little country. But they were busy beavers, these socialists. They were determined little atheists, but their unbeliefs would be their undoing.
Now let’s travel to the little hamlet of Fatima, where there lived three little children named Jacinta and Francisco Marta, and their cousin, Lucia dos Santos. Lucia was eight years old, Jacinta was five and Francisco was seven. These peasant children would take their family’s flock of sheep to the nearby coves (valleys) each day to graze. This made them no different from peasant children around the world for the last few thousand years. And their faith was the same as most peasants in Europe, again for the past few thousand years. They were not extraordinary in any of this. In fact they were quite ordinary in both their daily lives and their faith. The Holy Roman Operating System.
Now many people have heard of these 3 children, vaguely, and they always associate them with a happening in 1917 (the Miracle of the Sun) as predicted by Mary. But here’s what most people are not aware of; that these 3 children had been visited by an ‘angelic’ vision, several times prior to this, beginning in 1915. And this angel, known variously as The Angel of Portugal or The Angel of Peace, had begun to prepare them for the visions that were yet to come. But that year, 1915, the same year as the sinking of the HMS Lusitania, is way too coincidental for me to believe in coincidence. But that’s just my Barbarian nature, I suppose.
Anyway, let’s fast forward two years, to May of 1917. The war was still on, America was still ‘officially’ neutral, but the reality was that America was giving Angland everything it asked for, except men. But that wasn’t from a lack of effort on Churchill and Roosevelt’s part, and their work would soon come to evil fruition. And in Portugal, the Socialist Revolution was moving ahead at full speed. That meant that the socialist suppression of the Church was almost totally complete. And in Fatima, the children were still tending the flocks of their families, going to the coves each day to pasture their sheep. And then, on May 13th, 1917, as they took their flock to the cove, suddenly, the children saw a shining light above a small tree by an outcropping rock, and a ‘beautiful lady’ appeared to hover over this small shrub.
The children were of course transfixed by this sight, and this Beautiful Lady. She told them to come and see her each month, on the 13th of each month, for the next five months, and that she would re-appear to them each time.
The beauty of the apparition was enough to captivate the children, who made a pact not to tell anyone about this appearance. At first they did not know who the lady claimed to be, but she revealed herself over the next few months. She told the children that they needed to offer many prayers and sacrifices for all the sins of the world. The children embraced this message willingly, as it was totally consonant with their Holy Roman faith.
But, naturally, one of the children eventually talked, and word spread amongst their neighbors in Fatima that they had seen the Virgin Mary. Soon, the children faced taunts from both friends and family, as these people found it remarkably presumptuous that these children would be given such a signal favor by the Mother of God. How cheeky of them! What chutzpah! How dare they think that they should be favored in such fashion, while the rest of the village was ignored, as if it were populated by heathens! How typical. Relatives are such great friends, eh?
And yet, in spite of this ridicule, the children continued to pasture their flock, and to visit that particular spot (the Cova da Ira) on the 13th of each month. Soon, villagers began to follow them on the 13th of each month, and while the children still saw the vision of the Beautiful Lady each time, no one else did. But the villagers, and the villagers of the nearby towns weren’t the only ones to hear of this report of religious visions. The Provincial head of the Socialist Regime, Artur Santos, also heard of it, and it infuriated him. Why? Because Santos saw it as counter-revolutionary activity. It would surely cause him and his department to be ridiculed amongst their socialist-materialist-atheistic brethren. And, perhaps, it would stiffen the resolve of the people to resist the regime’s attempts to exterminate the people’s belief in the Holy Roman Operating System. This would bring Artur Santos even further grief amongst his fellow non-believers. And so, what was to be done, as Lenin would say?
Well, the answer was simple. He would kidnap the children, which he did, and then threatened them with various forms of death if they didn’t recant their story. Pretty simple tactic, trying to intimidate illiterate little children, right? So, kiddies, how about a little boiling oil? Maybe a hanging? A firing squad? And to make sure they caved in, Artur actually jailed them, confining them along with the common prisoners. Artur then took each child, one at a time, for a separate interrogation and for individual threats. And each child was told that the other children had already recanted, and that they were the only holdout in this fantasy that they had concocted.
Then a funny thing happened, or didn’t happen, if you look at it another way. That funny thing was this; none of the children would deny their story. Each one said that they would rather die than to lie about ‘the Beautiful Lady’. Well, what could Artur Santos do? Kill them? No, because by this time, the villagers (who hated the regime even more than they hated the 3 children), having discovered the kidnapping, came to demand the return of the children. They weren’t in any mood to bargain. And so Santos, looking like the idiot he was, had to let them go.
And yet the villagers, who had previously persecuted the children in their own way, by ridicule, began to see that there was something to this story. They began to see this, even though they couldn’t see this ‘Beautiful Lady’ who supposedly came to visit the children on the 13th of every month. And by this time, the national press had gotten ahold of the story and was busy ridiculing everything about the situation and the people of Fatima. This caused Artur Santos much socialist-atheistic shame, as it occurred on his watch. Pretty soon, word spread that the ‘Beautiful Lady’ had promised the children that she would perform a miracle on October 13th of that year in order to prove to everyone that she was real, and that her message was real.
And what was this message that she had imparted to the children? Well, there were three parts to it, but we’ll get to that soon. Let’s get back to the happenings on October 13th, as the entire continent of Europe had heard of this series of supposed apparit
ions by now. It drew showers of scorn and ridicule from the materialist intellectuals throughout Europe. In fact, these same ‘intellectuals’ and the press corp that served their purposes, were salivating for the arrival of October 13th. . In their minds, it would drive the final nail into the ‘superstitious beliefs’ of all these religiously inclined peasants throughout the world. After all, it was now the Modern World, and who believed in God, anyway? Surely this would be the day Artur Santos and the Socialist Party would be vindicated in their belief that religion was nothing but superstition. Soon his torment would be over and the glorious revolution would be seen as victorious!
And so, as October came, people from all parts of Portugal in particular and Europe in general began to gravitate towards Fatima. After all, who could miss this opportunity to laugh someone to scorn, in contrast to their own purely materialistic beliefs? The temptation was overwhelming! And so they came, by the tens of thousands. It was like Woodstock, as they all came to this remote, primitive area. And to make it even better, it had rained non-stop for days, reducing everything to a sea of mud, just like Woodstock. Everyone was there but the Grateful Dead. 70,000 people (although some estimates range up to 100,000) came to laugh and scream, but they only got half of what they bargained for. They did get to scream, but it was in terror.
Why? Because when the children came and knelt before the bush where they saw the ‘Beautiful Lady’ on the 13th of each month, something happened. Something that everyone saw. First, the rain stopped. Then the clouds parted, and then they disappeared. And the sun began to shine as never before, with a fantastic array of colors. Then the sun began to spin, and then it plunged towards the earth, causing all those people to think that the end of the world was upon them, and they screamed in terror and began to run as the sun appeared to be set to collide with the earth. And then suddenly, the sun stopped, just short of hitting the earth. Then the sun stopped spinning, and then it receded back to its proper position in the sky. And lo and behold, the ground, which a few minutes before had been a complete mud pit, was perfectly dry!
Here is a picture of the crowd, just prior to that occurrence on October 13th, 1917. This is one of many that appeared in the press throughout Europe in the days and weeks that followed this occurrence.

I know, this is too hard to believe. Yet it was reported all throughout Europe in this same fashion, by the same press that came to ridicule these simple children and their faith. And please note the mass of humanity in this photograph taken by one of these same press photographers at the scene (many more photo’s exist, all showing the same sea of humanity). Don’t believe me? Well, let’s look at what an eyewitness had to say and please notice his academic title- you can look this up at the following web site;

The Miracle of the Sun
An Eyewitness Account by Dr. José Maria de Almeida Garrett,
professor at the Faculty of Sciences of Coimbra, Portugal
“It must have been 1:30 p.m when there arose, at the exact spot where the children were, a column of smoke, thin, fine and bluish, which extended up to perhaps two meters above their heads, and evaporated at that height. This phenomenon, perfectly visible to the naked eye, lasted for a few seconds. Not having noted how long it had lasted, I cannot say whether it was more or less than a minute. The smoke dissipated abruptly, and after some time, it came back to occur a second time, then a third time
The children of Fatima: Lucia, Francisco,
& Jacinta
“The sky, which had been overcast all day, suddenly cleared; the rain stopped and it looked as if the sun were about to fill with light the countryside that the wintery morning had made so gloomy. I was looking at the spot of the apparitions in a serene, if cold, expectation of something happening and with diminishing curiosity because a long time had passed without anything to excite my attention. The sun, a few moments before, had broken through the thick layer of clouds which hid it and now shone clearly and intensely.
”Suddenly I heard the uproar of thousands of voices, and I saw the whole multitude spread out in that vast space at my feet...turn their backs to that spot where, until then, all their expectations had been focused, and look at the sun on the other side. I turned around, too, toward the point commanding their gaze and I could see the sun, like a very clear disc, with its sharp edge, which gleamed without hurting the sight. It could not be confused with the sun seen through a fog (there was no fog at that moment), for it was neither veiled nor dim. At Fatima, it kept its light and heat, and stood out clearly in the sky, with a sharp edge, like a large gaming table. The most astonishing thing was to be able to stare at the solar disc for a long time, brilliant with light and heat, without hurting the eyes or damaging the retina. [During this time], the sun’s disc did not remain immobile, it had a giddy motion, [but] not like the twinkling of a star in all its brilliance for it spun round upon itself in a mad whirl.
”During the solar phenomenon, which I have just described, there were also changes of color in the atmosphere. Looking at the sun, I noticed that everything was becoming darkened. I looked first at the nearest objects and then extended my glance further afield as far as the horizon. I saw everything had assumed an amethyst color. Objects around me, the sky and the atmosphere, were of the same color. Everything both near and far had changed, taking on the color of old yellow damask. People looked as if they were suffering from jaundice and I recall a sensation of amusement at seeing them look so ugly and unattractive. My own hand was the same color.
”Then, suddenly, one heard a clamor, a cry of anguish breaking from all the people. The sun, whirling wildly, seemed all at once to loosen itself from the firmament and, blood red, advance threateningly upon the earth as if to crush us with its huge and fiery weight. The sensation during those moments was truly terrible.
”All the phenomena which I have described were observed by me in a calm and serene state of mind without any emotional disturbance. It is for others to interpret and explain them. Finally, I must declare that never, before or after October 13 [1917], have I observed similar atmospheric or solar phenomena.”

Columnist Avelino de Almeida of O Século (Portugal’s most influential newspaper, which was pro-government in policy and avowedly anti-clerical),[3] reported the following: “Before the astonished eyes of the crowd, whose aspect was biblical as they stood bare-headed, eagerly searching the sky, the sun trembled, made sudden incredible movements outside all cosmic laws - the sun ‘danced’ according to the typical expression of the people.”[10] Eye specialist Dr. Domingos Pinto Coelho, writing for the newspaper Ordem reported “The sun, at one moment surrounded with scarlet flame, at another aureoled in yellow and deep purple, seemed to be in an exceeding fast and whirling movement, at times appearing to be loosened from the sky and to be approaching the earth, strongly radiating heat”.[11] The special reporter for the October 17, 1917 edition of the Lisbon daily, O Dia, reported the following, “...the silver sun, enveloped in the same gauzy purple light was seen to whirl and turn in the circle of broken clouds...The light turned a beautiful blue, as if it had come through the stained-glass windows of a cathedral, and spread itself over the people who knelt with outstretched hands...people wept and prayed with uncovered heads, in the presence of a miracle they had awaited. The seconds seemed like hours, so vivid were they.”[12]( end of citation46)
Well, I could cite a hundred more sources, but I’ll leave it to you if you’re curious at all. But this isn’t the main point of the book, or of my real point. The reason I cite this is to show you that miracles still happen. And tha
t the modern press is loathe to talk about them, and so this has gone down the modernist memory hole, as George Orwell would say. Yes, it got reported initially, in the shock of the occurrence, as the secular press has to admit something happened. But they can’t explain what it was. But never fear, they will soon produce an explanation, one that always relies on a psychological explanation (which is funny, considering that they are all materialists). And the explanation, pronounced by the Weiner-Dogs on the payroll, is always the same; it was a mass hallucination, of course!
Wait, isn’t that the same explanation they always use when they can’t explain something, like the miracles in the Old Testament? Sure, but why are you surprised- it’s the only explanation they have. Why? Because they are unable to believe in anything that isn’t material in nature (except the mind, which they also can’t explain). Therefore, anything they can’t explain from a physics perspective must naturally have simply been imagined, in exactly the same way, by 70,000+ people. At the same place. At the same time. With no prior collaboration amongst them (as the occurrence was unexpected). Oh, and the best part is, of course, they all imagined this for no particular reason! Sure. Hahahahah! Weiner Dogs.
OK, now let’s suppose I told you that there were 70,000+ people in a stadium, having come to watch the World Cup, and having watched it, they all simultaneously left the stadium saying that the Brazilians had lost to the team from Togo, when in fact Brazil had won by 10 goals. And then I told you that the reason that all of the fans (from both countries) said this was so was because of a mass hallucination. Yes, you would call me an idiot.
