by Janie Marie

Logan relaxed and settled himself on his forearms. “So I’ve made you a freak and a bad girl. I like it.”

“I am not a bad girl.” She didn’t want to be associated with being bad, at all. She was better than that. “Maybe you’ve made me a little bit of a freak, but I’m not a bad girl.”

He chuckled and played with her hair as he glanced around the room. “You know, I’ve never snuck into a girl’s bedroom before.”

“Really?” She didn’t know if he was joking or not.

He kept looking around before looking back at her. “Really,” he said, settling his eyes on a picture of her with her real parents.

In the position they were in, it probably wasn’t a good time to bring up his ex, but she was super curious. “Not even with Janie?”

Logan looked away from the family picture to frown at her. “What?”

She sighed and leaned upward to kiss his neck. The way he’d tense and tilt his head to give her more access made her think he would spill his secrets. “I asked if you ever snuck into Janie’s room.”

“Are you trying to kiss me into answering?” He chuckled and dipped his face to take the kiss she was aiming at his neck.

Turning her head, she giggled as he performed his torture on her neck. “I was just curious,” she said, moaning when he slid his hand up her shirt.

“Are you happy that you’re my first sneak-over?”

“Surprised.” She sighed, closing her eyes as he kissed her chest.

He grinned when his lips kissed her shirt, just on top of her nipple.

Kylie peeked her eyes open to see him smirking at her. He darted his tongue out to lick her through the soft fabric. “Jesus,” she hissed, squeezing her legs against his sides.

He leaned forward to kiss the spot he licked before moving to gift her other breast with equal attention.

She sighed, running her fingers through his thick hair. “Fuck, I’m so wet and . . .”

Logan started laughing, almost a little too loudly, so she pulled his face between her boobs to muffle the sound.

“Shh,” she tried to hush him.

He kept shaking from laughter. His hot breath created more moisture where his mouth was pressed against her shirt.

  “Dammit, Logan.”

He laughed but overpowered her, pushing out of her hold. “I’m sorry,” he said, grinning as he rubbed his wet lips. “You just talk so dirty now. It’s funny.”

  She glared at him.

“It’s not funny?” He genuinely looked confused.

“I was talking about my shirt, Logan.”

His eyes went to the two wet circles over her nipples, then he smiled.

  “Don’t smile.”

“It looks like a smiley face though.” He snickered, lowering his face to her chest.

She smacked his arm, stopping him.

“Do you want to punish me with your tits again? ’Cause I can be a bad boy if you want me to.”

  “Just answer the question.”

He exhaled and moved to put his head down on her stomach. “Why do you want to talk about my relationship with her?”

“I don’t.” Lie. She wanted to know everything, and she didn’t like that he didn’t say ex-relationship. “I just want to know this one thing.”

“No,” he said, annoyed, “you want to know everything because you’re a girl, and girls can’t just keep shit simple.”

Breathing became difficult, like sucking air through a straw. She hated he was so defensive about Janie but quick to snap at her. “Don’t get angry.”

“I just don’t want to fight. There’s nothing for you to worry about. I’m with you, not her.”

Kylie knew it was stupid to talk about Janie. But for this instant, at least, she was just excited to be his first at something. She needed details. If she was his first, she felt almost like she’d won some sort of battle over the other women Logan had been with. “I only wanted to know this. It’s not about her. It’s just—is this really the first time you’ve snuck into a girl’s room?”

Logan lifted his head and smiled. “Yes, baby. I’ve done a lot of stupid shit with women, but I’ve never stayed the night at one’s house. I’ve never climbed through her window, or snuck inside any other way. You’re my first.”

She grinned, too happy to contain her giddiness.

He chuckled and kissed her stomach, snappy attitude forgotten. “That makes you happy?”

  She nodded, still smiling.

“Well, good”—he pushed himself up to hover over her before giving her a soft kiss—“’cause you’re my first and last sneak-over buddy.”

Her stupid smile slipped. “Buddy?” Her mind hadn’t even registered the first part of his statement.

Logan stopped his kisses and shrugged. “You know what I mean. My girlfriend.”

Her breath audibly sucked in, and her body trembled. “I’m your girlfriend?”

Logan nodded. “Hood, I told you from the beginning; you’re mine. My girl.”

She was almost in tears as he kissed her cheeks, her nose and chin, then finally her pouting lips because she was trying so hard not to cry from everything he was making her feel.

  “Aren’t you?”

She nodded quickly, wondering if this was his way of officially asking her out. Obviously, things with Logan weren’t going to follow the traditional rules she’d read about in her novels. But being his was not a question for her. “I’m yours, Logan. Only yours.”

Her lips trembled as he brushed his back and forth across them. It wasn’t quite a kiss, but it felt like he was taking her breath away all the same.

“And I’m yours, Hood.” He caressed her cheek, smiling. “I know I told you I wasn’t looking for a girlfriend, and I wasn’t, but I still considered you mine.”

“Now you’re being romantic,” she said, reaching up to pull him down.

He didn’t disappoint her. Just like every kiss he’d given her, he led the way but made sure she stayed with him—teasing her, though, by making her think control was hers before dominating her again. She didn’t care. He was her boyfriend! He could dominate her all he wanted.

“Did you lock your door like I told you to?” His low voice was huskier than it had been before, and she felt his excitement begging for her attention.

“I locked it,” she whispered, dropping her hands to grab the top of his jeans. He let her snap the button but pulled her hands away before they slipped inside.

“Does he have a key?” he whispered, his gaze darkening.

She blinked through her lusty Logan daze and nodded. “Lorelei has a key. I’m sure he has one too.”

He pushed himself up to get off the bed they had worked their way to the center of.

She fixed her shirt and sat up to watch him look around the room. It was dark, but there was still enough light from the moon to see most of the objects around them. A wooden chair by her desk gained his attention, and within seconds, he was carrying it to her door.

After he pulled out his phone to give himself some light, he quietly slid the back of the chair under her doorknob, moving it a few times until he seemed satisfied, and walked back to her.

“I don’t like that he has a key to your room,” he said, pulling his shirt over his head.

The sight, even just in the moonlight, left her speechless.

He’s so sexy. And he’s mine!

Logan turned to sit on the edge of her bed and bent over to take off his shoes. “We’re getting you out of here as soon as possible.”

Watching his muscles flex under his skin and tattoos was sort of lulling, and when Logan turned, she could barely hold her eyes open.

  “Hood? You sleepy?”

  She nodded, smiling.

He tugged his jeans off and placed them by his shoes. “I forgot you have school tomorrow.”

“It’s okay,” she whispered as he leaned over to lift her up and pull her blanket out from under her.

“No, you need to get som
e sleep. You’re still healing. I don’t want you getting in trouble for falling asleep in class.” He got her situated before he climbed in beside her. “We can talk after school tomorrow.” He slid one hand under her shirt to rest against her stomach and pulled her close. “This is another first for me, baby,” he whispered, kissing the back of her neck.

“You mean cuddling?” She kept her eyes closed but smiled as he placed a few more kisses along her neck, his hand never pausing its exploration under her shirt.

He chuckled, the low tone soothing to her sleepy state. “Just being in bed with a girl without fu—”

She tried to buck him off her before he could finish what he was going to say, making him laugh again.

“Sorry, Hood.” He reached up to pull her face toward his. “I like this.” He kissed her, smiling against her lips. “Let’s sleep, honey.” There were several more kisses and nibbles to her cheek before he moved back into place behind her.

  “Night, Logan.”

He kissed her hair, murmuring, “Night, baby.” Then he smacked her butt. “And don’t back this ass up again unless you want me in you balls deep.”

“What?” She tried to turn around, but he just kissed her head and held her still.

  “Go to sleep.”

She stared into the darkness, trying to figure out what he was saying until she got it. Gasping, she tried to smack his hand. “Logan, that’s so nasty.”

He smacked her hand back and hugged her tighter. “I’m horny.”

  “When aren’t you?”

“Go to sleep. I’m tired too.”

They settled into silence, a sleepy smile on Kylie’s lips as he continued giving her a light massage wherever his hand could reach.

“Are you going to sneak out before I have to get up?” Her eyes were closed and her words soft.

“I’ll wake you up before I go,” he murmured, kissing her head. “I’m just going to run down to where I parked and come back to get you. Kevin can suck my left nut if he thinks he can keep you away from me.”

She smiled, falling even more into the sleepy bliss that Logan gave her. After a minute, she said, “Just don’t get into a fight with him. I feel bad for yelling at him before. He’s just worried, I guess.”

“Not worried enough. And the bastard is itching to fight me. Don’t worry about anything though. I’ll handle it. I’ll take care of you.”

She wanted to talk more, but with his body weight pressed against her and his strong arms hugging her tight, she was asleep in no time.

  REMEMBER THIS

  “What are you doing, man?”

Trevor looked away from Logan’s drawer to see Ricky standing outside the bedroom door.

“Just keep an eye out,” Trevor told him.

Ricky looked nervous as he glanced over his shoulder. “I don’t think you should sneak around in here, man. He goes nuts about the slightest thing. What are you even looking for anyway?”

Trevor shrugged. “I know he’s fucking Kylie. I’m just trying to find proof to burn his ass.”

“I think he really likes her,” Ricky said. “Maybe you should let it go.”

“He doesn’t like her. He’s using her like he uses every girl.”

Ricky took a small step back, shaking his head. “I don’t think so, dude. Janie even helped her yesterday. And if Janie’s on her side, that means Ryder and all his brothers are with her too.”

“Stop being a pussy.” Trevor sneered.

“I’m not. It’s just—the rumors that went around after Janie got raped.”

“She wasn’t raped,” Trevor snapped. “She made it up—just like the pregnancy.”

Ricky hesitated but said, “I believed her. You saw how depressed she was when school started up again, and she was wearing all those baggy clothes after cheating with Ryder. Then the Knights were all over the place, and they let those boys off.”

  “So?”

“So, you saw Logan with Ryder, and then Leo and Lycius vanished. So did their families, including the old police chief.”

“What’s your point?” Trevor looked up but then started digging through Logan’s drawer. “He bought her lingerie. That proves it!”

“Dude,” said Ricky, gaining Trevor’s attention again, “that doesn’t prove anything. And do you realize what can happen if you try to take him on? Those guys disappeared. Their families just vanished from town.”

“So what? They moved to get away from the rumors that whore started.”

“Stop calling her a whore, man.” Ricky glared at him.

Trevor laughed, shaking his head. “You’re such a dumb fuck, Hermes. Janie will never look at you.”

“It’s not like that,” Ricky snapped. “Just stop calling her that.”

“Whatever.” Trevor took photos of the lingerie. “Just keep your mouth shut, and I won’t let it slip to Logan you saw her naked when he was—”

Ricky shoved him. “I didn’t mean to see!”

Trevor pushed him back. “Get out of here. And keep this shit to yourself.”

“Fuck you.” Ricky brushed past him, leaving Trevor alone in the apartment.

“Idiot,” Trevor muttered, pausing when he saw a picture of Janie at the bottom of Logan’s drawer. He shook his head, closing the drawer.

  So fucking gorgeous.

Kylie knew she probably looked like a stalker or something with her face inches away from Logan’s as he slept, but she couldn’t help herself. He was lovely. There wasn’t anything about his appearance she’d change.

She smiled because, for once, she was waking up happy, and it was all because Logan, her official boyfriend, had her pulled against his bare chest with a possessive grip on her thigh, which was draped over his waist. She stifled her giggle when he mumbled something and tightened his grip on her.

“Oh, my,” she said softly. The boy was hard in his sleep, and simply knowing that part of his body was surging with blood caused a tingle to grow between her legs.

  “Baby?”

Damn that husky voice of his. She had to squeeze her legs together just to keep from climbing on top of him so he could thrust inside her. I have serious problems. She really hoped the wetness that started to soak her panties would go unnoticed. “I didn’t know you were awake.”

He kissed the top of her head. “I’ve been awake for an hour.”

She tried to hide her face in his chest as he laughed. “I wasn’t being a weirdo.”

“Staring at me with your face just an inch from mine while I sleep isn’t weird?”

“No, I read it’s how couples greet each other in the morning.”

He chuckled but quieted himself quickly. “Well, I guess tomorrow morning you can expect my face hovering over yours when you open your eyes.”

“Shut up.” Tomorrow? She had never been so embarrassed or giddy before. “I wasn’t trying to be creepy.”

“Stare all you want, baby. I know I’m sexy. No one will blame you for it.”

“You’re so full of yourself.” She pushed herself out of his arms even though she wanted nothing more than to stay right where she was.

“You’re just jealous because you’re not,” he said, letting her go. “Yet,” he added, winking.

“Do you always have to talk about us having sex?”

  “Yes,” he said, completely serious.

“What?” Her happiness smacked a brick wall. Was that really all he wanted? Still?

“Kidding, Hood.” He tilted her chin up, smiling tenderly. “But I am imagining the fact that all I have to do is slide your panties over to sit you down on my co—”

“Dammit, Logan!” God, every time he was sweet, he followed it up with something dirty. It made it so hard to believe this still wasn’t just sex for him.

  “What? I’m horny.”

Her happiness deflated even more. “But we just did stuff yesterday.”

He stared at her, confused. “So?”

  She was nervous about havin
g the sex talk. Of course, she couldn’t stop her thoughts from imagining how it would feel to have him moving in and out of her, but it was still insane. She really didn’t know much anyway. There were those few erotica novels last year she’d been so embarrassed over reading, but was that how everything worked? So far, those naughty chapters she’d once stared wide-eyed at were all the instructions she had to guide her. Logan hadn’t laughed at her efforts; she was always a bright student. But how did guys work? Did they need more? “How often do you—you know?” She pointed to his bulge.

Logan chuckled. “Hood, I’m hard several times a day. Since meeting you, it’s been a little more than normal. But that’s because the moment I laid eyes on you, I imagined stripping you right there in my kitchen and bending you over my table.”

“What?” She couldn’t believe he was imagining that the first time he saw her.

He shrugged. “I’m a guy. We’re always horny. And having a hot woman close by, especially one I get to hold and kiss—I’m going to be walking around with a boner until I can at least jack off.”

  “Does it hurt?”

  He chuckled, nodding. “It’s uncomfortable.”

“I’m sorry,” she said, looking away from him. “You won’t go . . . to another girl, will you?”

Logan didn’t answer her. Instead, he pulled her face to his and kissed her. The knowledge that they hadn’t brushed their teeth barely had time to bother her.

“Let’s take a shower,” he murmured, still kissing her as he began to pull them both out of bed. “Then you’ll see I don’t need another girl.”

That wasn’t very comforting, but she was ready to do anything to keep him. “But what about Kevin?”

Logan began kissing her neck. “He better not come in when he thinks you’re showering.”

She grinned at his angry tone, moaning as he sucked her neck. “No, he never comes to wake me for school. I think we’re good as long as we keep it down.”

  “Good.”

“Shh,” she whispered when he placed her on her feet. “Let me brush my teeth.” She wiggled out of his hold, glancing at his massive hard-on before she raced to her sink.
