“Because we’ll be on a plane to Spain,”
Elise pushes me away just as I go to bury my head between her now naked thighs.
“What?” She looks at me with her eyes open wide.
“Izzy finishes school next week. I think, given what she’s been through, they’ll let her out early. We can travel to Spain and check up on my mamá, then travel around Europe a little bit. Get away from everything. You always promised Izzy you’d show her the world. I’m going to come with you.” I suddenly get nervous. Have I done something wrong? Have I pushed Elise into a decision she wasn’t ready to make? Fuck, I’m an idiot. She’s taken her life back, and I’m already pushing her into things. “If you don’t want to go, we don’t have to. I’ve not booked anything. It’s fine,” I quickly add.
Elise’s mouth breaks out into a big smile.
“No, I love the idea. I can’t wait to show her everything. It’ll be amazing. And you can propose to me at the top of the Eiffel tower,” she adds with a teasing look at me. I growl with frustration. “Ten year old’s are appalling at keeping secrets, Leo. You’ll soon learn that.”
“Maybe I will propose then, and maybe I won’t. You’ll have to wait for me to surprise you.” I wink at her.
“I can’t wait.” Elise lays back as I spread her legs wide and lower my mouth to her sensitive folds. Parting them with my fingers, I lick the length of her sex and delve my tongue inside her warmth. “I’ll say yes, you know.”

“I’m pregnant.”
“Pregnant?”

“Yes, it’s only a couple weeks, of course, so anything could happen, but I’m pregnant.”
