The Stranger Next To Me

  “Tasha…”

After a brief hesitation, she somehow found her voice, “I want you so much that I can’t think of anything else but you driving deep inside of me. I promise…no regrets. Take this ache in my body and my soul away. Please…make love to me.”

Her raw need was his undoing. Tim wasted no time taking off his shirt and pants as his lips re-connected with hers. He thrust his tongue inside wanting to devour her.

Tasha kissed him back just as hungrily. Her hands were everywhere, as if she’d been released from whatever was holding her back. She wanted to touch him all over and everywhere at once.

How was he going to take his time when he’d been dreaming and waiting so long for this? The answer was he couldn’t. The last shred of patience vanished the moment Tasha asked him to make love to her.

He quickly and expertly discarded all of her clothes. Somehow they managed to get completely naked without ever breaking the connection of their kiss.

Tasha spread her legs wide as Tim lay in between them. The pleasure of his taunt body making skin on skin contact with hers was indescribable.

In her attempt to hurriedly guide him into the eager depths of her body, she wrapped her hands around his hardness. How was it possible that he was hard as steel yet, velvety smooth to the touch?

He’d dreamed about this moment too many times and knew exactly how it was supposed to unfold. And, if he didn’t try to slow Tasha down, at least a little, it would be over way too soon.

“Tim, I’m on fire. I…I…please. Please help me.”

His hand joined hers. “I plan on it.”

Then, he guided himself to her entrance rubbing the head of his throbbing member against her weeping core. He knew exactly where he needed to be.

Tasha bucked upwards as her head thrashed from side to side. She scratched his back trying to hold on and grip something.

“Damn. Tasha…I don’t know if I can be gentle.”

  Tasha gasped, “Me either.”

Tim surged inside and buried himself as deeply as he could. He didn’t know where the will to be still came from. It was killing him when all he wanted to do was go fast, go hard, and go deep.

It had to be his love for her that allowed him to give Tasha a moment to adjust. She gripped him like a glove. Her inner walls clenched him so tightly that it felt as if he were being sucked. She was making it impossible to be still with her writhing underneath him. His restraint snapped and he began to move.

  Tasha screamed, “Yes!”

His growl sounded not quite human. Tim pulled almost all the way out before he plunged back inside. She was so wet. Was it possible to be so wet and so tight?

He wrapped his hands around her waist hoping she could handle the power of his thrusts. Tim fully intended to release all of his pent up hunger and desire. He completely lost all self-control once he felt her cavern walls squeeze him. He couldn’t help from pounding and pounding into her.

Tasha took him deep into her body as he continued to stretch her to her limits. He filled her so completely and she held on as he continued to drive into her. She arched upward as he surged downward. She met him stroke for every delicious stroke.

Their heavy breathing filled the room along with the scent of their love making. It just heightened their passions even further. Their bodies were covered with a sheen of sweat.

Tim did his best to ruin Tasha for anyone else. She was his and she needed to know that. Panting heavily, he told her. “From this moment Tasha Stevens, this is all mine. You’re all mine.”

Soon after Tim made his declaration, Tasha exploded into a million pieces. She bit her lip so hard it hurt. It took everything within her not to shout out how much she loved him.

While continuing to drill into her, he felt her come apart in his arms and spasm all around him. Moments later, without any doubt or care, Tim erupted and spilled his seed deep inside.

He didn’t think he was ever going to stop. Tim wanted to make sure Tasha captured every single drop.

It took a few moments for them to come down from the height of their climax. Still breathing heavily, Tim bent over and lovingly kissed Tasha on the lips. With just as much passion, she returned his kisses.

He decided right then and there, no matter what it took, Tasha was going to be his wife and he was going to create a family with her.

In the afterglow of their lovemaking, they just held each other. After fighting their attraction for so long, Tim still couldn’t believe he’d just made love with Tasha. It was better than anything he’d conjured up in his mind.

Even as he laid down next to her and gathered her in his arms, it still felt like a dream. But it couldn’t be a dream because the sun was starting to come up. The sun itself was proof of that.

Tasha finally was able to fall asleep, content and completely satisfied.

Tim looked down upon her sleeping face knowing that round two would have to wait a little longer. He would do his best to go to sleep too but he was wired. He wanted to shout to the roof top how happy he was. Instead, he whispered softly onto the side of her sleeping face, “I love you.”

  Chapter 29

It was early afternoon before they woke up. The sun was shining brightly into the cabin as if there hadn’t been a wicked storm the night before.

All it took was a simple touch from Tasha to light a flame between them. Last night Tim couldn’t wait another second to be inside of her and impossible for him to take it slow.

However, he still couldn’t wait to be inside of her but was able to exercise a little more restraint. He wanted to get her off of the floor and make love to her properly.

“Let me take you to my bed.”

She didn’t want to make love to him in a bed that he’d shared with Sabrina. That was the first time she’d even entered Tasha’s mind.

He could see her thoughts run across her face, “I never touched her there. She’s never been here.”

Tasha refused to give into the feelings of guilt. She wouldn’t. She would have the rest of her life to deal with that. She would only allow herself to deal with what was happening between them right now and to be fully present in this moment.

Tim carried Tasha to his bed and gently put her down in the center. He crawled on top of her and they wasted no time making love. When he entered her, this time it wasn’t rushed or hurried. But, it was every bit as intense.

He was taking her higher than any man had ever taken her. She squeezed his ass as he plowed in and out then in and out over and over again. He was like a machine…stroke after stroke after glorious stroke.

All of her inhibitions melted away with him. In the past, she’d always been insecure and would let her partners take the lead. She didn’t feel that way with Tim.

She whispered into his ear, “My turn. I want to be on top.” Tasha pushed Tim onto his back and slowly moved on top of him.

He didn’t think he’d ever seen anything more beautiful in his life. Her hair was wild and out of control. Her lips were swollen from his kisses, and those eyes which had always been his weakness, were trained directly on him. They were hungry. Her smooth caramel skin still had the glow of his touch all over it. Tim couldn’t help but cup and knead her breasts. They were two of the best creations ever made.

As Tasha hovered over Tim, it was impossible for him not to capture those sensitive hardened peaks in between his lips and tongue. He greedily suckled on one and then the other.

Tasha was on sensory overload as she slid down his hardness and it impaled her inch by glorious inch. Once she was fully seated, Tasha forced herself to slowly rotate her hips in small circular motions.

Tim pushed up into her channel and rotated his hips in the opposite direction in rhythm with her movements. He hit her G-spot every time. With each thrust, their love making started to get more and more intense. He sat up and cradled her body to get a better grip. Tasha held on to his shoulders and rode him hard.

She bounced up and down riding him as ha
rd as she could. Seconds later, Tasha felt the beginnings of an orgasm. Tim felt her tightening too.

  “Baby…get on your knees.”

She was so into their love making that it took a moment for his command to register. Somehow, she managed to get on her hands and knees without them ever breaking apart. Tim held her hips in place as he drilled into her fast and hard. This time when he surged forward, Tasha pushed backwards. She didn’t think he could go any deeper but she was wrong. All you could hear were the sounds of him pumping in and out and the backs of her thighs slapping into his.

It was a painful pleasure. Her inner walls started to clench and contract. She was coming. Tim loved the sounds she made when he brought her to orgasm.

Tasha screamed out his name, “Tim!”

He closed his eyes as he continued to surge and thrust into her pulsating core until he found his own release.

She collapsed on her stomach and he collapsed right next to her. They faced each other. They were exhausted.

  “Wow.”

Tim, rubbed his hand down her back, “Wow, amazing, incredible, and so much more.” Then he kissed her softly on the lips.

Tasha’s stomach growled. With other men, she would have been so embarrassed but with Tim she wasn’t.

  He laughed, “Hungry?”

  She laughed too, “Starving.”

Tim couldn’t stop touching her. Whether it was a caress on her cheek, a touch on her shoulder, he didn’t want their intimacy to end. Let’s shower and I’ll make you breakfast.

“It’s lunch time. If I take a shower with you…it might be dinner time before I eat anything.”

A wolfish grin spread across his face, “It won’t be dinner time exactly.”

  *****

Tasha was still in the bedroom getting dressed when Tim came out to make them a late lunch. He only wore a pair of sweat bottoms and didn’t bother to put on a shirt.

The power had been restored. And, he’d received a couple of text messages so that could only mean that their cell phones were probably working too. He debated telling Tasha just yet. Who knew how much longer their own little paradise was going to last once the real world began to intrude. He wasn’t going to apologize either for wanting her to himself for just a little longer.

There was a phone call he dreaded having to make…and that was a call to Sabrina. He needed to tell her not to try coming down today.

Tim picked up his phone and dialed her number. The sooner he got it over with the better. Surprisingly, Sabrina answered the phone while it was still on the first ring.

  “Hey honey.”

“Hey. Look…um…I don’t know if you were planning on coming down today but you shouldn’t.”

“Well, I was actually going to try and head out in about a half an hour. I was hoping maybe we could talk.”

“Sabrina it’s already three o’clock. The drive down is four hours. It’ll be seven by the time you get here and we’re leaving in the morning.”

“That’s okay. I know it’ll be a short trip for me, but I didn’t want to let you down.”

Tasha walked out of the bedroom and into the kitchen while he was on the phone. The light in her eyes died immediately once she realized he was talking to Sabrina.

He tried to grab her by the waist but Tasha managed to elude him as she walked into the great room. Since the rooms were connected she could still see and hear everything.

Frustrated, Tim rubbed the back of his neck, “The roads are pretty messed up from a storm last night. It just doesn’t make any sense for you to come down. I’m not even sure if the bridge is passable. We’re even going to have to take an alternative root home that might add an additional two to three hours to our travel time.”

“Tim…I’ve made some decisions that I think you’ll be happy about. I didn’t want to share my feelings with you over the phone but I will if I have to.”

“No. Not now. We can do that when I get home.”

Sabrina hesitated, “Okay. I’ll wait until you get home. But, Tim…”

  “Yeah?”

  “I love you.”

“I’ve got to go.” He disconnected the call, turned his cell phone off and put it on the counter. He’d hoped to have at least another day before real life snuck in.

Tim came out from behind the breakfast bar and walked into the great room. He needed to tear down that invisible wall that had just gone up between him and Tasha. He spoke softly, “Are you still hungry?”

Although Tasha had a book opened as if reading, she hadn’t been able to see anything on the page. Hungry…was he serious? She had completely lost her appetite...and her damn mind. What was she doing? She was screwing Sabrina’s husband that’s what. It was official, she was a slut.

Tasha wouldn’t look at him and continued to look at her book, “No. I’m fine. I can’t be mad at you for talking to your wife. That’s what married couples do. They talk to each other.” The words on the page suddenly started to blur.

  “Will you look at me?”

She couldn’t move, so Tim bent down to make sure he could see her eyes. He used the tip of his finger to lift her head. His heart almost broke when he saw the unshed tears.

“Baby…I’m so sorry. I had to talk to her. I had to tell her not to come here. You know I would never purposely do anything to hurt you.”

A tear slowly rolled down the side of her cheek. Tim used his thumb to wipe it away. “I know that. It’s just…there’s no way this situation is going to have a happy ending? How can it? I’m caught between the man I love and…my sister.”

  “So, you’re saying…you…love me?”

She whispered, “You know that I do.”

“And…I love you. I’ve loved you for a long time and I’m not going to allow you to give up on us before we even have a chance.” Tim tenderly pressed his lips against hers.

“We’ll figure this out. I promise.”

The ringing of Tasha’s cell phone interrupted them. It was Sabrina. She debated not answering it…but how could she do that? Tim could tell by the look on her face exactly who it was.

“I have to answer this.” How was she going to talk to her after she’d made love to her husband? She took a deep breath and answered, “Hello.”

“Tasha, thank goodness you answered your phone. What the hell is going on up there?”

  “Wha…what do you mean?”

“Well, I just spoke with Tim and something was off. I figured since you’re there you can give me the real deal. Anything happen I should know about?”

Tasha hesitated, “No. Not that I’m aware of.” What was she going to say? I just made love to your husband and it was the best sex of my life? Oh and by the way, let’s schedule a spa day for next Friday.

“Hmm…well. Keep an eye out for me. He’s been acting differently. Anyway, I’m quitting my job? I’m really going to do it.”

Tasha swallowed hard and forced her voice to sound normal, “Wow. Seriously? That’s…That’s almost unbelievable.” Tasha looked up at Tim, “We haven’t really talked much today.”

“Well, I’m trying to line things up now. I’m thinking after the New Year. I’m not an idiot. I know my marriage is in trouble and I need to do something drastic to try and save it. So, if he wants those children…in a year or so, we’ll have them.”

Sabrina’s words broke her. It felt like a knife went straight to her heart.

“Hey, I’ve got another call coming through that I’ve got to take. But, call me if you find out anything. I know something more than usual is up with him.”

Tasha had to clear her voice a couple of time before she could speak because her throat was tight.

  “You’re alright, Tasha?”

“Yeah…I must be catching a cold or something.” Tasha hadn’t realized the free-flow of tears had been rolling down her cheeks. “Right…okay. Talk to you tomorrow.”

The anguish on her face was unbearable. He had to make things right as soon as possible.

&n
bsp; “We can fix this. I promise it’ll happen sooner rather than later.” When he tried to wrap his arms around her, Tasha pushed him away, got up off of the sofa and walked toward her bedroom, “There’s no fixing this.”

This situation was a mess and one he planned to straighten out very soon. He’d had a piece of heaven and there was nothing and nobody that would keep him from having all of it.

  Chapter 30

It was a long and quiet drive back from Michigan. He was drained. Tasha did her best to keep her distance, barely speaking for the rest of the weekend.

When he dropped her off at her apartment, she called herself trying to make it clear that there could be nothing between them.

He’d been waiting for the speech and could see her trying to work it out in her mind the entire ride home. She waited until they’d pulled up in front of her place. Obviously, she didn’t want to give him time to try and convince her she was wrong.

Speaking softly and looking down at her hands, “Tim…”

The second his name rolled off of her lips, he braced himself, here it comes. He put the car in park, “Yes.”

Tasha fidgeted in her seat, “I…” She started then stopped. Nervously, she chewed the bottom of her lip before starting again, “This…weekend…what we did…”

There was no way he was going to make this easy for her, “What we did this weekend? You mean when we made love?”

Her eyes pleaded with him, “Please don’t make this harder than it already is.”

Tim rolled his head back and forth then from side to side. He was all prepared to convince her that they belonged together and to give them a chance, until he saw her face. Instead, he made the decision to let her speak uninterrupted.

He thought to himself…deep breaths Tim, “I can only do my best.”

Tasha nodded, “You told me that you knew Sabrina was the one on your very first date. I know at some point you loved her. Yesterday, she told me that she’s prepared to quit her job and start a family with you. She loves you. I think, if you and Sabrina could get rid of all the distractions…you could find your way back to each other. I won’t be…a…distraction.”
