How to Be Better at Almost Everything

by Pat Flynn

PAT FLYNN is a try-hard at almost everything: he’s a philosopher, writer, guitarist, business owner, fitness expert, martial artist, and religious and political commentator. Pat Flynn focuses his efforts on helping others find happiness and wholeness through a classic, Aristotelian approach: through knowing good things, doing good things, and making good things. He is the author of four books (a few of them bestsellers; one just for his kids) and host of the podcast The Pat Flynn Show, where he teaches listeners about generalism—that is, being good to great at many things, rather than the best at just one, and combining those talents in a unique stack to better themselves and the world. He is also owner of a top 100 fitness blog, ChroniclesOfStrength.com, where he muses on just about everything.

Pat’s deepest interests are in philosophy and religion and family affairs. He is only slightly less interested in writing and music and business and fitness. He believes happiness is found in a mix of things but in one thing ultimately: a relationship with God.

Pat offers private, online business consulting and fitness coaching. Before reaching out, please note that Pat is a demanding coach and that working with him is expensive and requires a significant time investment. Nothing good comes easy.
