Television and movie villains and their minions have been woefully under-performing for almost all of the history of media, especially in the area of keeping damsels in distress. (OK, marksmanship is a bit of an issue for them, too). Damsels seem to be able to escape their distress almost at will sometimes.
That's why Evil Captor, one of the Evil Overlords, has created a list of 20 rules for keeping captives properly captivated. Specific fictional Evil Overlords and their minions will be called out for their failures!
This is, for me, a very short piece, about 2500 words of text. My stories generally run 10,000 to 20,000 words or to novel length, so if you're expecting that, you'll be in for a surprise. It's also non-fiction. All it is, or is intended to be, is funny. Be forewarned!
