Blake reached over with his free hand and clicked off the lamp. “Goodnight, my queen.”
I snuggled deeper into his chest. “Goodnight, my king.”
The future held so many things for us and our pride. I couldn’t wait to experience them with my mate. Resting my hand over Blake’s, I let myself drift off the sleep.
