When Susan put the call out for authors to create a new series using the Tarpley VFD she mentions in the book, I just jumped at the chance to work with some amazing authors to give you these incredible stories. The other authors in the series are the talented Silver James, Deanndra Hall, Haven Rose, TL Reeve and Nicole Flockton. I could not have asked to work with a better group of ladies. They made working on this project fun and exciting as we weaved our stories into a cohesive whole.
It was also pleasure writing it for Susan Stoker fans who are truly some of the best fans out there. I am a huge, huge fan of Susan’s, too, and I hope you think I did her world and her character’s justice in this book. I wanted to do her proud and did not want to disappoint you, her readers. About the Author
MJ Nightingale has been a teacher for over nearly three decades. But reading has been a part of her life since she was a child. She has been an avid lover of romance novels, and they have always held a special place in her heart.
