It’s been a long process getting this novel written after having a baby. There were times I thought I’d never finish, but it helped that I had a few supportive friends and family to make it easier. First, to my husband who occasionally watched our son when he was able and tried to keep the house quiet while I worked. Next to Cassie, who babysat Adam for the bulk of my progress on the novel. You were especially supportive and encouraging during the process. And especially to my father for beta reading and letting me bounce ideas off of you.

I very much appreciate all the people involved in bringing my cover artwork to life. This includes Josh McCullock (the photographer), Sam and Max Radcliff (the husband and wife model team on the cover), Celeste Raquel and Mauri McDonald for hair and makeup during the photo shoot, and Julie for driving out to Norman to assist during the whole process. Once again, thanks to Stephanie Brandl at Mystical Illusions Tattoos and Body Piercing in Oklahoma City for answering all my questions about the tattoo process and what it's like to be a female tattoo artist. It would be difficult to pull off writing Cori without you. Having said that, any mistakes I've made in this book are my own or possibly because this story is set in a fantasy world and it required some alterations to the real life process.
