Bunny Love ( Songs of Love Book 1)

Anna pressed pause, and said, “Now.” leaning in close, not so much growling, as purring like a cat who had a mouse by its tail, “Explain yourself.”
Ep 10, Chapter 6
“No Janice,” Margaret replied over the com, “I do not think this is a good idea at this time,” she insisted, “This could do us more harm then good right now.”
“You are missing out on the opportunity of a lifetime here...” she warned, “There will never be a hotter moment in your career than right here and right now.”
“I know what you are thinking Janice,” she said, “But no. Her parents will kill me, or put me in jail or who knows what, and I won't even be alive to make use of the publicity. They don't YET know about this, and I for one aim to make sure it stays this way if it means leaving the band.”
“Oh poo.” Janice rejected her words, “They may be all traditional and that shit, but they know money and they can surely see a fine opportunity for their child.”
“The last thing the Shunokoi's are worried about are opportunities for their child right now.” Marge said quite forcibly with sold determination in her voice, “They want her SAFE, PURE and INNOCENT.” and she for the first time ever, hung up on her agent.
Ep 10, Chapter 7
Although Jacqueline didn't even use her locker at school, seeing as she left her books at home, it seemed that everybody knew which one it was, from practically the day she had entered the school.
It had remained empty since she had nothing to store in it, and there was no secondary lock on it because she could not see to use the digital combination locks anyhow.
So it was another week before the number of letters being stuffed into it finally got to the point it was showing.
Even then, only when one errant letter was poking out of the vent louver did Jacqueline notice that anything was out of place.
Seeing there was an envelope sticking out was the first thing she noticed, and then came the realization that it was her locker because it was the locker to the left of the locker under the seventy five year old electric hall clock which ticked and gave her additional sonar help.
“How the HELL did all these letters end up in that one little metal box?” Margaret marveled when Jacqueline dragged her to the scene.
“I say get a can opener.” Julie smirked.
“The Jaws of Life!” Lily giggled.
“I say call the bomb squad, knowing THIS school.” Rachel scoffed rolling her eyes.
“Do you know your combination Bunny?” Tammy asked.
“I forgot a long time ago.” Jacqueline replied, “I have never opened it since the second semester,” she pointed out, “And even then, there was only hateful letters in it.”
“Well,” Marge said, “I get a feeling that other than a few of those at the bottom,” she carefully pulled out the jammed in crumpled envelope, sniffing the perfume and wrinkling her nose in distaste while growling jealously, “These new ones are DEFINITELY a different kind of letter!”
Episode 11
“The Fallout Of Fame, Phase Two”
Janice had to turn down requests to book Bleeding Cyanide and that hurt, but with the band members all still in school, and with travel totally out of the question for Jacqueline, she was stuck with booking local gigs.
“When summer comes,” Janice warned Margaret, “I'm going to make you regret signing that little bombshell honey onto your band.”
“Or,” Margaret replied with a sigh, “it might be us making you regret ever signing this band.”
“Are you threatening to pull out?” Janice asked with a tone of mild alarm and caution in her voice, “I've already booked your summer up completely, and if you back out, you'll ruin me and the band.”
“I'm just saying,” Margaret replied trying to keep her agent calm, “We don't know the future,” strolling around her living room drinking beer, “and making a commitment we can't keep would be just that, a disaster for everybody.”
“I thought you had it all worked out.” Janice continued uneasily.
“I had THAT ONE event 'all worked out'.” Marge corrected her, “From there on out, its anybody's guess.”
“So what are you saying here?” Janice sought clarity, “Are we up shit creek now?”
“I dunno,” Marge replied, “You didn't even ask me what I felt could be done. You just said yes to any venue you thought would be okay.”
“But that's my job-” she began to protest.
“No.” Marge cut her off flatly, “YOUR job is to plan these things out, gather information, make all the options available to me and the band, and then work with us to determine the best plan of action. You obviously got greedy and didn't follow the plan, and its likely to come back and bite all of us in the ass now.”
“I....ummm....Look...I'll send you the schedule and you and the girls look it over and see if we can do this or not, okay?” Janice tried to placate the clearly upset band leader.
“You do that.” Margaret replied, “And while you're at it, send us the complete list of all the offers made, including the ones you turned down without asking.”
“Yes, Ma'am.” Janice replied nervously.
“I'll be waiting for it in my e-mail.” and she closed the connection with a sigh, “Damn that woman!” she growled at the ceiling.
Ep 11, Chapter 2
Jacqueline's grades were slowly improving, partly because Margaret had taken to reading the questions out loud to her, making the best use of her stronger sense of hearing.
“When you add the sum of the two integers, then divide them by x, what is the value of y?” Margaret read out loud.
Jacqueline immediately bent over her paper and wrote. It took a little less time because she remembered words perfectly whereas she had problems with what she saw. She still counted on her fingers, but she did so less as she began whispering the numbers allowed her to think more rapidly.
They went through all her lessons in record time and in under an hour she had finished what usually took over two hours.
“Wow you're getting good!” Margaret praised her little girlfriend.
“It helps so much when you read it and I can hear it.” Jacqueline replied.
“Want to watch videos now?” Marge asked.
“I wish we could see our show,” Jacqueline replied wistfully.
“Well,” Margaret replied, “You're in luck!” as she produced a small chip which had the official video as released by Pentagon Recording Specialties Unlimited.
Jacqueline took the chip and slipped it into the correct slot on the player, they got up on the bed with Jacqueline's constant companion, the juice cup and bottle, and snuggled together as the video began.
“You're pretty!” Jacqueline cooed when she saw and recognized Margaret by seeing the person who spoke in time with the voice she had so thoroughly imprinted on.
“Would you have dumped me if I were ugly?” Marge asked teasingly.
“Noooo!” Bunny squealed and lightly thumped against her girlfriend's chest with her pitiful little fist, in that classically ineffective novice punch manner most children do by instinct.
Marge simply laughed and wrapped her up in her arms as the show proceeded.
Jacqueline faced the screen but laid her head on Marge's bosom as the show proceeded.
The entire show lasted fifty four minutes, and all twelve songs from their future album release, plus Jacqueline's 'bonus track' played.
When the camera zoomed in on the short, buxom long haired vixen on the stage, in a glittering red spandex gown, Jacqueline gasped awestricken, “That's me?” she squealed in astonished delight, “I never imagined I was so...” she faltered.
“Stunning? Awesome? Beautiful? Gorgeou-” Marge began.
“Stop it!” Jacqueline squealed in a shy emotional overload, “Its too much!” but she buried her face into Marge's chest, only slowly turning back to the screen mesmerized by her own fabulous and incredibly luxurious visage, whispering 'wow' every few seconds.
/>
When they reached the end, and she saw herself kissing Margaret, she suddenly reflexively covered both her eyes with her fists and squealed in a mixture of emotions, never even imagining herself kissing anybody, let alone looking like she did, in that place she was when she gave away her first official kiss, so far as she could remember anyways.
“Its okay,” Marge said teasingly, “Nobody died in the making of this video you know.”
Jacqueline suddenly burst forth in infantile giggles at this.
“Wow you sure have a sense of humor tonight!” Marge mused, stroking the girl's hair.
“I so love you,” Bunny cooed, scooching up to Margret’s face, inhaling of the older girl's scent, then leaning toward her and settling into a much longer, deeper kiss then even the one they shared in front of the whole world.
Ep 11, Chapter 3
That night when Margaret got home, the complete booking list and those who had made offers where in her inbox.
She called everybody to her apartment and they all looked at printouts of the lists.
“I think this one at the Copa Cabana would be good,” Julie offered, “Its on a weekend and they've been good to us in the past.”
“I agree.” Tammy added.
“Okay,” Margaret made a note, “Any opposed to it?” looking up at four expectant stares, “Okay then its a go.”
“How about Shotgun?” Marge asked.
“You know they have a really rowdy crowd there,” Rachel warned, “Especially on the weekends.”
“True, true,” Marge said, “Wouldn't be an issue if not for Bunny. How about the Rainbow?”
“They're good,” Rachel and Lily said almost in perfect unison.
“So just everybody circle the ones you like the best and which ones you think fit our schedules the best and lets go with those, and I'll try my damnedest to get Bunny out the door like last time, okay?” Marge concluded.
“Sounds like a plan,” Rachel replied.
“I can do that.” Tammy agreed.
“Done deal.” Julie concurred.
Lily simply made a 'thumbs-up' gesture.
Ep 11, Chapter 4
February came with all the anticipated buzz of valentine's day at the academy, and girls were all thinking about who they would give cards, chocolates or condoms to, all except the members of the band that is.
They all had significant others in their lives at this moment in time, and so they were calm, cool and collected at school while the others were all hustling and bustling around between classes.
“You'd think they were chickens they way they run too and fro squawking and cackling,” Marge said looking out the gym door at the various girls hurrying in all directions.
“You were once young yourself you know,” Rachel probed.
“Nah,” Marge yawned, “Not me,” shuffling over to the bleachers, having seen enough of the feminine frenzy, “Didn't even cross my mind.” as she climbed up to the second row so she could place her booted feet on the seats of the first row.
“You're lying.” Rachel persisted, “Surely you -”
“Fuck you.” Margaret leaned back, “You don't know me or my past bitch, so don't even start shit.”
“Whoa!” Rachel backed up, “Touchy?”
“Hell yeah I am and with damn good reason too.” leaning her head back on the third row seats and closing her eyes thinking, “I'm not like you,” she continued, opening her eyes and sitting back up, “And I don't care to tell you either.”
“I think you best drop it Rach,” Tammy said, “She's not one to mess with when it comes to her past.”
“Okay, okay,” Rachel made a lowering gesture with her hands looking around at the floor, “I'm down with that.”
Ep 11, Chapter 5
At lunch time, the chaos had not subsided, and when Bunny walked up the hallway from the principal's office to the cafeteria, various looks came her way as the other seventh graders all made their way to the same destination.
Eighteen times hands slipped along her body but not being able to do anything about it, she simply looked at the floor and trudged along like she always had, not enjoying the unwelcome touches of strangers but unable to do anything without making a big scene, and she did not want to do that.
Since she no longer had pockets attached, having left the old clothing behind, three girls came directly up to her and handed envelopes to her.
Not knowing who they were, she simply nodded and took the envelopes.
When she got in line, however, the governor's daughter ended up in line directly behind her today, and said, “Oh lookie. The lucky rabbit has admirers.”
Somebody else she could not identify replied back, “Shut up Angela!” and there was a sharp slap sound, quickly followed by scuffling and angry screams.
All the girls in line except Jacqueline turned or even hovered around Angela Bodenheimer and the other girl who were going at it with all their best, pulling hair and kicking and punching.
There were cheers and shouts of “get that bitch!” from the crowd and the sound filtered into the boisterous cafeteria loudly enough Margaret and the others heard, and they quickly leapt up and plowed their way through the crowd to see if Bunny was in danger.
“There you are.” Marge saw the smallest figure in the crowd, still dutifully facing the direction of the cafeteria against the right hand wall as if the line had never changed, and there she reflexively embraced her, “Are you alright?”
The short Asian girl nodded and just soaked up the embrace.
Soon eight guards hurried to the scene and dragged the two girls off each other, it took two guards per girl to restrain them, seeing as mechanical restraints such as hand cuffs were forbidden.
“Okay everybody,” the chief guard called out, “I'll need you all to report to the gymnasium to report on what you just saw here,” waving for everybody to follow him.
Everybody groaned.
“Jacqueline didn't see anything.” Margaret protested.
“She was here,” the guard replied in his dogmatic mindset, “She must have seen something.”
“You fucking moron,” Margaret growled, “She's BLIND.”
Ep 11, Chapter 6
“So,” Julie asked in seventh hour study hall, “What did Bunny do with all those letters and cards she had in her locker?”
“She threw them away in the recycle bind of course,” Margaret answered casually.
“Whaaa?” Lily cried in disbelief, “All those poor tortured lovelorn souls who poured out all their -”
“Can it, will ya?” Margaret grumbled, “It ain't like they weren't the same bitches who in the fall were sending her the letters at the BOTTOM of the locker for Christ’s sake.” she tried to focus on her science book, writing notes, “Besides.” getting giddy with various emotions, but trying to hide them, “She's got ME.”
“Yeah, yeah, yeah -” Julie threw a paper wad at the band leader, only to have it come back twice as fast, “Ow!”
“Teach YOU to take cheap shots at 'the boss' while I'm studying.” Marge said as she returned to her books.
Julie went to pick up the paper wad and hurl it back, and Marge pointed her pencil at her while looking at her book, “If you so much as DROP that in my direction...” she continued to read, “I will pull the strings out of your guitar and tie them around your fingers.”
Julie got a scared look and sunk back down into her seat, “Y-you wouldn't -”
“Hurt Bessie?” Marge cut her off even while she kept reading, “That damn plank is expendable.” she concluded while flipping the page, “You just keep it up and see if I don't accidentally drop it off my balcony by accident some time.”
“So,” Tammy interrupted their little spat, “You serious Bunny just flat out trashed every last one of those letters?”
“As a heart attack,” Marge said, “Although the paper shredder did have some trouble with that one diamond ring...”
“Whaaaaaaa?” they all gasped.
/> “Who the hell?”Julie cried, eyes wide in shock.
