Mostly I am thankful to God for this wondrous life that I get to live. I am thankful that Jesus loves me. I am thankful for the great privilege of growing old. I am thankful for my scars, stretch marks, gray hairs, wrinkles, and crow’s-feet. I’m even thankful for my bum knee. Because every bit of it means that I have lived and loved and survived. Thank you, Lord, for this good life.
