“Yep. I think this has been the best summer of my life. I can’t wait to go back home, though. I’m really looking forward to starting back to school.”

He laughed. “You always were a nerd. I’m dreading going back. In fact, I’d refuse to go back if it weren’t for the fact that I get to share an apartment with you and Alex. I think it’s going to be a lot of fun.”

With my eyes glued to the road, I smiled. “Me too. Plus, maybe I can finally try the two of you at once,” glancing at him, I blushed, “you know…”

“Fine. We’ll try it. I just want to make sure you’re okay. I’m always afraid we’ll hurt you.”

“Whatever, Asher. You haven’t broken me yet. I’m a lot tougher than you give me credit for.”

The past few months with Asher and Alex had been amazing. After trying anal for the first time, I’d become addicted to it. Several times, I’d begged the boys to try at the same time, but whereas Alex was all for it, Asher had his reservations. However, if he was willing to do it once we moved into our apartment, I was more excited than ever to get back home.

“We in California yet?”Alex called from the back seat, his voice groggy from sleep.

“No, jerk,” Asher lied. “We decided to skip California and go down to Mexico.”

“Shut up, asshole, we don’t have our passports. We wouldn’t be able to get past the border.”

I laughed and said, “We’ll be in California in an hour and we can spend the rest of our summer on the beaches.”

  “Hell yeah,” Alex agreed.

I was happy in life, surrounded by love and beauty. The twins had given me three months of fun and freedom. We’d explored each other’s bodies and hearts – we’d fallen in love with each other more.

College was next and I looked forward to the new apartment. I was absolutely thrilled about having a new home, new school and new experiences in and out of the bedroom.

  DOUBLE TROUBLE – BOOK 4

  Chapter One

“I’m not sure.” Scratching my head, I looked around the crowded room to see if I could find another place where the couch might look better.

Our new furniture arrived in the morning and Asher and Alex looked like they were about to kill me and toss me out the third story window because I’d made them rearrange the furniture five times already.

“Do you think it would look better under the window? That way we have better light during the day for reading.” I smiled and they scowled.

Alex dropped his end of the couch and said, “I think it looks great right where it is. In fact , you would be an idiot to move it from this spot.”

I crooked my eyebrow in disbelief. “It’s in the middle of the room and it’s not even straight. We can’t leave the couch diagonal in the center of the room.”

Asher’s shoulders shook with silent laughter and he looked away to hide the smile he knew would piss me off.

We were decorating our first apartment. To me, that was a huge deal. To the twins, they just wanted to be finished so they could crack open a beer, sit down and kick up their dirty shoes all over my new coffee table.

“Well, we need to figure out something, Kelly. Our parents will be here in an hour and we can’t keep asking them to move because you decided you wanted to put the couch by the window instead of in front of the entertainment center, where it should be.” Crossing his arms over his chest, Alex looked like a child throwing a temper tantrum and I laughed.

A grin pulled at my lips. “Well, maybe I just like watching my big strong boys work their muscles by moving around heavy objects. It might be getting me in the mood. Did you ever think of that?”

Asher dropped his end of the couch and sat down, glancing between Alex and me having our argument. The only way he would have looked more comfortable as a spectator would have been if he had a bowl of popcorn in his lap and a soda. “Personally, I think we should put the couch in front of the stage Alex and I are going to build in the center of the room.”

Narrowing my brows in confusion, I asked, “Why are you building a stage in the middle of the room?”

“For the stripper pole,” Asher said through his laughter. “Alex and I figured it would be a great way for you to exercise while keeping us thoroughly entertained.” He winked and my jaw dropped to the floor.

Alex rubbed his chin, “Actually, that’s not a bad idea. It wouldn’t be that expensive to build. Some wood and nails, maybe some carpeting to keep her from getting splinters as she wiggles it around for us…”

“That’s not funny, you two! There is no way we’re going to have a stripper pole in the middle of our living room.”

Laughing, Alex sat next to Asher. “So what you’re saying is we can have one…just not in the middle of the living room.” He glanced at his brother. “I think we have enough room in the bedroom to build it.”

  “No!” I objected.

They were both laughing now and I wanted to kick them in their shins. “Seriously, you two. We need to figure out where to put the couch before mom and your dad arrive. I want them to see that we are responsible adults who can manage our lives without the two of them popping in every day to check on us.”

Alex blinked. “Umm, they live three hours away. I doubt they’ll be here every day just to check on us.”

Folding my arms over my chest, I asked, “Have you met my mother? She’s going through empty nest syndrome and has nothing better to do with her time. She’ll find a reason to drive three hours every day if it means she can fuss over her kids.”

Nodding his head, Asher looked at Alex, “She has a point.”

“Yes,” I agreed, “I do have a point. And it would be extremely awkward for mom to come barging in while one or both of you have me bent over the couch taking whatever you want from me.”

They both straightened up and listened when I threw out that bit of imagery. Alex finally smiled and said, “Which is why the couch should be in the middle of the room. How are we going to bend you over it if it’s butted up against the window for better reading light? Who needs to read anyway?”

“We do! We’re in college. At some point, we’re going to be doing homework.”

The boys laughed in unison and I threw up my hands. “I give up. At least straighten up the couch so it’s not diagonal through the center of the room and we’ll just leave it there for now.”

“We can always move it again later…oomph.” Asher’s face twisted in pain when Alex elbowed him for even suggesting that the couch could be moved again.

“Okay, I’m going to go get a shower before mom arrives. I also can’t have her showing up while I’m looking – and smelling – like absolute crap from all the cleaning we did today.”

Alex smiled. “Can I join you? I’m feeling a little ripe myself. I mean, we’ve been here for an entire day and we have yet to christen the place.”

My thighs clenched at the thought of Alex joining me for a shower. All summer, I’d been looking forward to the three of us finally having a place to call our own. Tonight would be spent with mom and dad, but once they left, it would be Asher, Alex and me…alone. Our road trip had been amazing, but eventually the constant driving and hotels wore us out. We’d arrived home and had to endure two weeks of living under the same roof as our parents before the day finally arrived where we could move into our new apartment.

“I guess you both could join me, but we have to be quick because mom and dad will be here soon.”

The twins glanced at each other, their green eyes brightening at the thought of being naked with me in the shower. I knew exactly what I wanted to do to christen the new place, but we didn’t have the time before our parents would be here.

As soon as they stood from the couch to cross the room, a knock sounded on the door and I looked at the clock. “Shit! I think they’re here early. Crap! Move the couch back into place.”

Asher sighed and nodded towards Alex in a silent bid for him to help Asher move the couch. The boys
quickly picked up the sides and lifted the beast of a piece of furniture to put it in place in front of the entertainment center.

Doing my best to smooth my hair into place, I opened the door and threw on a fake smile to find my mom and the twin’s dad standing on our doorstep with big baskets in their hands.

“Surprise!” Mom said, her voice a little too enthusiastic. “I hope it’s not a problem that we’re early.”

Motioning for her and dad to walk in, I glanced back at the twins’ disappointed faces.

“Not at all, mom,” I lied. “You arrived right on time.”

  Chapter Two

“Holy shit! Finally! I thought they would never leave!” Being dramatic as usual, Alex threw himself down on the couch and winked. “Seriously. They were here all day.”

Asher laughed and moved into the corner kitchen to grab a soda from the fridge. “They were here for three hours. Get over it, Alex.”

Sitting down by Alex’ head, I rubbed my hand over his chest like I was soothing an upset pet. “It’ll be okay. We’re alone now and we won’t see them for another week. Unless, of course, mom comes up with another box of things from our rooms that she believes are absolutely necessary that we have…even though we left them behind because we didn’t need them.”

Asher laughed. “So, what are the plans tonight? Do you two want to go check out the clubs? I think we need to celebrate our new-found freedom.”

I eyed him and asked, “Don’t we have to be twenty-one to get into most places?”

“I think there has to be some night spots for the younger crowd. This is a college town and most of their business comes from kids who are under twenty-one. There has to be somewhere we can go.”

Sitting up, Alex pulled me onto his lap and said, “I don’t know. I think we can come up with something interesting to do right here in the house. School starts in two days and I don’t want to tire myself out partying it up all night.”

Asher’s eyebrow cocked. “Don’t you think what we’ll be doing in this house will tire you out?” A lazy grin spread over his face and my body responded to both his expression and the activities to which he’d just hinted.

I immediately agreed with him because there was something both of them had promised to do with me as soon as we had our own place. “I agree with Alex. We should stay in. You two promised me something over the summer and now I’m calling it in.”

They both smiled and Asher commented, “You’re not wasting any time, are you? Are you really that excited about trying both of us at the same time?”

“Yes,” I answered immediately. “In fact, Alex needs to go set up the swing because I think that would be the best way to do it.” My lips pulled up into a big cheesy grin and both of the twins laughed to see it.

“Fine,” Alex said, slapping the cheek of my butt before shoving me off his lap. “I’ll go set up the swing and then we can all jump into the shower before having some good, healthy fun as a family.”

Asher laughed. “Good luck with that, asshole. There’s no way in hell all three of us are going to fit into that shower. That’s the crappy thing about apartments. The space is never big enough for a threesome.”

Alex smiled and a mischievous glint flared in his eye. “Oh, ye of little faith. I think we can figure it out if we really put our minds to it. I mean, we had no problem figuring it out that night we decided to sleep in the car.”

I nodded in agreement. “He’s got a point there, Asher. We’ve fit ourselves into tighter situations.”

Pushing up from the couch, Alex moved towards the bedroom door. Even though we had three bedrooms in the apartment, we all planned on using the main bedroom. I was excited to get back to sleeping with two men wrapped around me. I’d missed their warm bodies when I had to sleep by myself for the two weeks we’d stayed at our parents’ house.

Once Alex disappeared into the bedroom, Asher sat down next to me and wrapped his strong arms around me. I felt so small in comparison to him. Both he and Alex outweighed me by at least one hundred and fifty pounds of muscle. “So the swing, huh? Are you sure about doing this?”

I looked up at him and smiled. “Yes. I’ve been sure about doing this ever since you showed me what a mind-blowing orgasm could be like.”

  “You’re never satisfied, are you?”

“Nope,” I grinned. “I’m like a drug addict when it comes to the two of you. I can’t get enough.”

His lips pressed against mine and I melted in his arms, completely smitten with someone who, years ago, I couldn’t stand. It was funny how life worked out. Asher and Alex had always been my tormentors growing up. When my mother married their father, it only became worse. They were able to tease and taunt me both at school and at home. But finding out it was just their messed up way of flirting with me – and discovering the lengths they were willing to go to make it up to me – my life had become a dream because they were part of it.

Mom noticed the way that the three of us suddenly started to get along, but she had no clue it was because we were in an unconventional relationship. Two men and one girl – all of whom were considered siblings by everybody who knew us. But, the sibling thing only went as far as marriage and we realized that, just because our parents were married, it didn’t mean that we had to always remain platonic. We weren’t blood related.

Telling our parents would be difficult one day, but the three of us decided to get through college first and then break the news later on. At first, the relationship had been purely sexual, but I grew to love both of them in different ways and for different reasons. In turn, they’d both grown to love me.

Over the summer, when we’d taken our cross-country road trip, we decided to remain loyal to each other. If the time ever came that one of the twins wanted to date another girl, I would be sad to give him up, but I would also understand. I knew that if that day ever came, it would be Alex who chose to stray.

Asher was devoted to me and I never saw him letting me go.

“Kelly! Get your fine ass in here! The swing is all set and ready to go!” Alex’s cheerful voice filtered into the living room from the bedroom and I smiled.

Looking over at Asher, I kissed his cheek and asked, “You ready for this?”

He smiled. “I guess so. You look like you’re practically vibrating with excitement.”

It wasn’t a lie. My body was trembling with anticipation and need. I’d wanted to try this sexual adventure for two months and I didn’t want to wait another second to see if it would work. “I need to grab a shower real quick though.”

Through laughter, he said, “Yeah, I’ve been meaning to talk to you about that. I love you and all, but you stink.”

Slapping him playfully on the shoulder, I said, “Shut up, jerk! I’ve been busy moving furniture all day.”

“No,” he corrected. “You’ve been busy standing there directing the two of us to move furniture all day. There’s a difference.”

“Fine!” Marching into the bedroom with Asher fast on my heels, I grabbed some lingerie out of my bureau and locked myself into the bathroom to get a quick shower. Asher was right about what he said though: I was vibrating with excitement for what we planned to do tonight.

  Chapter Three

Stepping out of the shower, I toweled off and threw my hair up into a quick French twist. I knew one of the twins would pull it down at some point in the evening because they couldn’t resist wrapping their fingers into the thick tresses whenever the mood struck them – and usually when they’d lost control.

I didn’t mind those moments, so I put as few bobby pins into my hair as possible just so that they would be able to easily release my hair when they felt the need to tug at it as they took my body.

I’d chosen the red lingerie for tonight, a cute set given to me by Asher as a graduation present. I knew that these gifts were more for their pleasure than for mine, but I didn’t mind the backwards gesture – it only meant that when I put on the lingerie, they’d eventually be removing i
t and that was present enough for me.

Looking in the mirror, I ran the tip of my finger down the scalloped lace edge of the bra and smiled. Never in a million years had I ever imagined myself with either of the twins, but here I was starting college and dating not just one, but both, of them.

After quickly applying some gloss to my lips, I breathed out an excited breath and turned to open the door. As soon as it swung open, my breath caught in my lungs.

Sitting on the bed facing me were two shirtless and beautiful twins, the sculpted muscles of their bodies highlighted by dancing firelight from candles they’d lit throughout the room.

“Welcome to your new bedroom, Kelly. We thought we’d make this moment as romantic as possible since you’ve been begging for it for over two months now.” Asher smiled and I didn’t know if I wanted to smack him for pointing out the fact that I’d been begging… or hug him for being so damn charming.

Pushing up from the mattress, Alex walked towards the swing, wrapping his hands around the straps before saying, “As usual, you look absolutely amazing. However, I think it’s safe to say that you’re overdressed. Why don’t you get rid of the lace and climb onto the swing?”

I smiled, reaching up immediately to slowly pull the straps of my bra from my shoulders. “I don’t know, boys. I’m feeling a little shy.”

  They both chuckled.

Reaching behind my back, I undid the clasp to my bra and let the material fall to the floor. They both stared with such heated intensity that my heart pattered in my chest at a dizzying speed. Little jolts of nervousness shot along my spine. Would we be able to pull this off? And if so, what would it do to me? I was both apprehensive and excited.

I took a step forward and Asher tsked, “I believe Alex told you to remove everything.”

A smile pulled at my lips. Adding an extra wiggle to my hips, I locked my thumbs beneath the string sides of my panties and pushed them down so that they could slide over my legs to the floor. Kicking the material from my feet, I asked, “Is this better?”
