Turning the Tide (Eastern Shore Swingers, #5)

Connie lay before him, totally nude, her nipples diamond-hard. She didn’t bother to cover her body. She presented all she had, displayed before him like a gift. “What shall I do next, Sir?” She looked up at him through wanton eyes.
He slipped his swim trunks down and stepped out of them before straddling her at the waist. His engorged cock landed on her soft belly, making the swath of skin where their bodies met sizzle. He wanted to make her wait, intensify her desire to the point she would beg him to take her. He slid up her body, fisting his cock as he brushed it against her lips. He didn’t have to say a word; she opened her mouth obediently to accept him.
“That’s it,” he encouraged her. “Suck my cock, baby.” As she worked his shaft up and down with her mouth and one hand, he reached behind her, trailing his fingers down to her sex. She was absolutely soaked with desire, just from their kissing and sucking his cock.
“Mmmm...you are so wet for me, baby, aren’t you?”
She mumbled affirmatively as she continued to suck him with deep strokes. He felt his balls tighten and knew he needed her to ease up before he blew his load down her throat. Then he realized that a punishment was in order. She had doubted him. And instead of talking to him about it, she had bolted. She should have come to him first with her concerns. She should have given him a chance to defend himself before getting so upset.
“Turn over,” he commanded as he withdrew from her mouth. She looked disappointed, her lips swollen from her efforts, but she complied, turning over onto her hands and knees.
“I’m going to spank you,” he warned, rubbing her ass with his warm hand. “You should have told me you wanted to talk about what your sister said instead of running inside. You really worried me. Next time, you need to come to me with your concerns instead of reacting like you did. Do you understand?”
“Yes, Sir,” she whimpered as his hand smacked down on her bottom. She let out a little yelp with each of the subsequent three smacks.
He slid his hand down between her ass cheeks and forward to swipe a finger between her labia. She was even more soaked than when he’d touched her before. He was pleasantly surprised a woman of her age had so much natural lubrication. It certainly defied his expectations and limited experience. There was no doubt Connie was not only into him, but into him dominating her.
“What should I do now?” He pretended to relinquish some control to her—though he didn’t plan to actually go through with it, of course. He rubbed the spot where his palm had struck her behind, which was warming and reddening with each passing second.
“Fuck me, please,” she moaned, lifting her head to peer over her shoulder at him. “Fuck me like the bad girl I am.”
He couldn’t help but chuckle. “I think you might like that too much,” he noted. “Why should I give in and let you orgasm?”
“Don’t let me. You orgasm. But I don’t get to. Not till later—”
It was apparent that orgasm denial really did it for her. He had suspected that from their earlier interactions, but now he was certain.
“So you want me to fuck you hard and raw and come inside you?” he verified. “You think that will teach you a lesson?”
“Mmmmhmmm,” she whimpered as he fisted her hair and pulled her head back toward her ass.
“Alright, but if you come, then you’re going to get restrained and whipped,” he warned.
“Yes, Sir.”
He couldn’t deny it, the idea of punishing her with his cock had its merits. He was throbbing in anticipation, his balls tightening with need. “What’s your safe word?”
“‘Alfie,’ Sir,” she said without hesitation.
“Alfie?” His eyebrow cocked.
“That’s your dog’s name, isn’t it, Master?” She waited for him to answer affirmatively. “I figure if you start thinking about your dog, you’ll probably lose your erection anyway.”
He chuckled out, “Okay,” as he rubbed his still-hard dick in the cleft between her ass cheeks. “But don’t underestimate the power of this ass.” And with that, he guided the head of his cock to her slicked-with-desire entrance and rammed it in without warning. Still fisting her hair, he deftly took her breath away. She only managed a grunt at his invasion of her body.
“I hope you’re ready for this.” He let go of her hair and dug his hands into the flesh on both hips as he drove his cock into her like a piston. The confidence he’d sought was coming back. He was recapturing his youth, reclaiming every ounce of his long-suppressed virility as he pounded into her with all the power and energy he had stored up over the past decade.
She panted and moved her hips back toward him with every thrust to take him as deeply as possible. He felt her body begin to tense up, and he wasn’t sure if she was getting ready to climax or was trying to prevent herself from doing so. Even drilling into her as hard and fast as he was, he was fairly certain he’d be able to tell if she disobeyed his order to refrain from orgasming. Just thinking about punishing her for disregarding his order sent him over the edge.
“Fuck, you feel too good!” he groaned as his pace quickened even more. “I’m going to come! Oh god!”
She took every bit of his brutal assault, and when he slumped over her back in exhaustion, his cock still buried deep inside her, her whole body was abandoned, left quivering with need. He’d make her wait until later that night. And then he’d give her the strongest, most incredible orgasm she’d ever had. Plus a few others for good measure.

There are only two things. Truth and lies. Truth is indivisible, hence it cannot recognize itself; anyone who wants to recognize it has to be a lie. – Franz Kafka
Memorial Day meant a staff-only barbecue at The Factory, and Casey had invited her sister, who in turn invited Luke.
“Are you sure that’s a good idea? Because I’m pretty sure your sister hates me now,” Luke asked when Connie called that morning.
“Joshua is back now, so she’s probably so busy ‘reuniting’ with him, she doesn’t even care about little ol’ me anymore,” Connie answered with a laugh. “She doesn’t subscribe to the philosophy of ‘sisters before misters.’”
Luke chuckled. “Well, I’d at least like a chance to explain my side of things to her.” Alfie appeared at his side asking to be let out, and he stroked his hand down the dog’s fur, hoping he’d be able to wait just a few more minutes.
Connie’s voice suddenly transformed into something sultry and smooth. “I don’t care, as long as you promise to take me back to the dungeon and spank me for being such a bad girl.”
His collie lifted his paws up onto Luke’s lap. He hated leaving Alfie again—he’d already been gone so much this week. The dog was used to having Barbara around all day, and even though she didn’t pay that much attention to him, at least it was something.
“And what have you done that is worthy of punishment?”
“Oh, I don’t know, but I’ll think of something!” she cooed.
Luke shook his head. He really was falling for this woman. Alfie cocked his head, giving his owner the most pitiful look, which conveyed hey, have you forgotten about me? Luke stood up and headed into the kitchen to get the dog’s leash, and, of course, his loyal pup followed. He clipped the leash on and headed outdoors where the fresh morning sunshine greeted him. It was a lovely temperature now, but it was supposed to heat up fast with a high of eighty-nine degrees.
“So what time will this shindig wrap up?”
“Why, you got a hot date tonight?” she fired back.
“Yeah, with my dog.” He laughed as Alfie turned to look at him curiously, like he knew he was being talked about. “Seriously, though, I’ve left him alone a lot this week, and I don’t want to be gone too long today.”
“Bring him,” Connie suggested. “Casey said Cap and Leah always bring their dogs. Just bring Alfie along. He’s a good boy.”
“Are you sure? I don’t want to step on any toes. I’m already on Casey’s bad side!”

; “Stop it with that! Things will be fine. So you can be here by two?” There was a hint of a plea in her voice, and it did funny things to him. He couldn’t even deny it.
“Okay, I’ll be there.”
It was a totally different atmosphere at The Factory than it had been on Saturday. They’d decorated the fence enclosing the pool in red, white, blue and silver streamers and balloons. A huge grill had been trucked in, and a tent had been erected and filled with tables and chairs. There was a portable baby crib set up in the shade of the tent, and inside were two babies. A toddler with reddish hair was playing with two dogs in the side area between the fence and the woods.
“You made it!” Connie greeted him as she sashayed over to him in her white capri pants and sleeveless red and white polka dot top with a retro flair. Her hair was pinned back on the sides, and she was sporting red lipstick. It looked like her sister had dressed her again, but Luke liked it. She looked amazing, so young and vibrant and—happy.
He realized in that moment that he wasn’t used to being around happiness. Barbara was miserable every second of every day, and she always blamed it on her pain, but now he was beginning to wonder if it was in her genes. Her whole family had permanent scowls etched to their faces, and when he was really honest with himself, he was pretty sure his daughter Chloe had inherited that trait from her mother’s side of the family. L.T., Luke Thomas, Jr., seemed a little more content with life, but he didn’t come around much. Maybe he was put off by the constant negativity as well.
Alfie was yanking hard on his leash, desperate to go meet his playmates. “What is it about dogs?” Luke mused. “As soon as they see another dog, they’re like ‘Game on!’”
Connie laughed in agreement. “Come on, I’ll introduce you.”
A car pulled up, and Jessie and Sirena stepped out with yet another dog. That made four. Sirena struggled to keep her dog from bounding over to greet Alfie. “This is Georgia,” she introduced. “She’s just learning how to be sociable, so I’m going to try to keep a tight rein on her.”
“Don’t you mean I’m going to keep a tight rein on her?” Jessie corrected with a smug smile. “In about two minutes, Sirena will be in that pool, and she’ll have forgotten all about the dog.”
“Nope, you’re wrong!” the blonde insisted with one hand on her hip. “I’m gonna go hold one of them babies first. So here, you take her.” She handed the leash off to the shorter brunette, who just rolled her eyes and laughed.
Connie led Luke over to where Cap and Leah were staked out between the crib and the tent, keeping a keen eye on what had to be their son. He was a perfect combination of his parents with his mother’s strawberry blonde hair and his father’s blue eyes and dimples. He looked like he was going to be tall, too, and showcased quite an athletic stride as he weaved and darted between the dogs.
“Hey, Luke!” Cap greeted him. “That’s our son Lincoln and our two dogs, Glory and Keeper. Keeper is the lab. Glory is the beagle. Who do you have here?”
“This is Alfie. He’s a little older, but he does like other dogs. I just don’t know if he’ll be able to keep up,” Luke said as Alfie strained against his leash.
“If he’s anything like his owner, he’ll figure it out.” Connie laughed and winked.
A couple ambled out the back entrance of the club and up the stone path. Squinting, Luke could tell it was Casey from her copper-colored hair. As she grew closer, her companion’s features came into view. He was tall with an athletic build and mostly silver hair. He almost looks like he could be my older brother, Luke mused. He’d always wished for an older brother.
“Hi, I’m Joshua,” he introduced himself, shaking Luke’s hand firmly.
“Hey, I’m Luke, nice to meet you.” He smiled, then flashed Casey a look to see if she appeared wary. She was standing a foot or two behind her companion, arms crossed over her chest. Despite what Connie had said earlier, she still looked rather displeased.
“Hey, can we talk for a moment?” Luke directed the question toward Casey, whose blue eyes that looked so much like her sister’s snapped to his immediately.
He noticed Connie had a worried look on her face, but he preferred to take care of any awkwardness right from the get-go. He wanted to relax and enjoy the day, not be worried about Casey’s opinion of him. He had enough stuff hanging over his head without that.
“Sure,” Casey said, but her arms remained crossed.
“We’ll go over there?” Luke pointed to the tent. When Casey nodded, he gestured for her to lead the way. The foursome settled themselves around one of the tables.
“Look, I think we’ve gotten off on the wrong foot,” Luke began the conversation. “And I just want to set the record straight before we get any farther.”
“I don’t think we’re off on the wrong foot,” Casey argued. “I just don’t want my baby sister messed up in a lot of drama, and that seems to be what you have to offer at the moment.”
He was surprised she’d laid that on the table so matter-of-factly, so coolly. “Well, Connie is certainly old enough to make her own decisions—”
“Hey, I’m right here,” the woman in question interrupted. “I’m right here, you guys. Quit acting like I’m a three-year-old.” She glanced around the table, her features tensed with annoyance, then turned to Luke, resting a hand on his arm. “Let me do the talking, okay?”
If they were inside the dungeon, he’d flip her over his lap and deliver a few well-deserved spanks for defying him in public. But they were not inside the dungeon, and she was a strong-willed, independent woman. He loved that he got to witness both sides of her. They seemed to complement each other perfectly. He nodded at the woman he was falling for and let her explain what was going on to her sister and Josh, who was watching the whole thing like one might watch a tennis match.
“First off, Luke didn’t invite any of this drama into his life,” Connie began. “And before you said he did because he was cheating on his wife, allow me to present these two arguments: 1) he only came to The Factory because Cap’s peer pressure was hard to ignore...we all know how persuasive Cap can be, right? And 2) he only came to The Factory after a forced celibacy of ten years. TEN! I’d say he has the patience of a saint.”
“And you really believe it was ten years?” Casey questioned, her eyes sharp and narrow.
“I sure as hell do. Trust me. He was almost as rusty as I was.” She turned to Luke and patted him as she softly laughed. “Sorry, honey, but it’s true.”
“I know,” he agreed with a sigh. “Still hard to hear, but I’m getting my stamina back—with practice.”
“And I’m all about the practicing!” Connie exclaimed with a grin before her face turned serious again. “His wife is the one with the personality disorder. I don’t know if she’s actually a sociopath, like she’s accused Luke of being, but she is going around making up the gambling and prostitution thing—not to mention the money thing. Luke has been giving her two grand a month for years now, and yet she has maxed out at least one of his credit cards and stolen money from his accounts that don’t even have her name on them.”
“Sorry,” Joshua held his hand up, “I don’t mean to interrupt, and it’s really none of my business, but why the hell are you two still married?”
Luke began to answer, but Connie cut him off, “His wife comes from a powerful family of lawyers, and she has repeatedly threatened his livelihood if he leaves her.”
“How can she—?”
“Luke is a doctor. His wife has threatened to ruin his reputation, get his license suspended,” Connie explained.
“Why would she do that? What’s her motive?” Casey interjected. “I don’t understand why she’d stay married to you for ten years and then all the sudden go nuts.”
“That’s what we’re trying to understand,” Luke responded as another couple began to approach their table. It was Calvin and Paisley.
“Hey, man,” Calvin said, laying his hand on Luke’s shoulder. “How are you holding
up?”
“Oh, hey.” Luke looked up to the tall man and smiled, then nodded at his wife. “You guys want to join our discussion? I was just filling Casey in on what’s going on with my wife.”
“Right. Well, we’ve been monitoring the situation, that’s for sure,” Calvin answered.
“I hired Calvin’s dad to investigate,” Luke explained. “And my lawyer is well aware too. Just trying to see how everything is going to play out so I know how to move forward and protect myself.”
Jessie and Sirena wandered over, Sirena with a blue-wrapped bundle in her arms. “Isn’t he precious?” the blonde cooed as she looked down at the sleeping baby.
“Where’d Leah go?” Connie asked, glancing over to where Cap still sat watching his son run around with the dogs, including Alfie. Jessie kept Georgia on a short leash by her side. “And an even better question: who is going to wear out first, Lincoln or the dogs?”
“I think she went inside to nurse Skylar,” Jessie answered.
“Oh, she doesn’t have to go inside to do that!” Casey shook her head. “Like we haven’t all seen her tits anyway.” She laughed.
“Well, I haven’t,” Joshua piped up.
“Me either,” Luke agreed with a chuckle.
Casey shot her companion a look. “Typical guys. Well, in any case, I think it’s probably high time we get this grill fired up. Who’s doing the honors?”
Joshua stood. “I don’t mind. Looks like Cap has his hands full.”
“So are we good here?” Luke once again directed his question to Casey.
