I reached out, stroking the slight dusting of hair covering his jaw. I smirked at the softness. “You couldn’t grow a beard even if you tried, can you?” I asked and he lowered his lashes, his cheeks coloring.
“I also hardly grow hair anywhere else, which you’d know if only you were ready to get me naked,” he murmured, defiant although embarrassed.
I was ready, so ready, but clamped my mouth shut because I didn’t need to say that. Didn’t help that behind the fly of my jeans my dick tried to stir despite all the alcohol. “Don’t say those things,” I pleaded quietly because even my fantasies on that were too much to handle.
“I say whatever the hell I want, Kash,” he replied and then suddenly stood. I dragged my eyes up his whole body, drinking him in until he tore his shirt over his head. He was no longer injured, his skin perfectly creamy and unmarked, but I wanted to put hickeys all over him, wanted to mark him so others wouldn’t dare to touch him.
Realizing what I was thinking, I lowered my eyes. I should be walking out of here, should be going home and sleeping it off, but I didn’t want to.
Plus, walking home in the state I was in would take forever and I certainly wasn’t going to call an Uber or worse, Sav. Nash had dropped me off, but I wouldn’t call him, either.
Soft fingers pressed under my chin and, as unwilling as my mind was, my body gave in and met Alec’s eyes. He seemed determined, and I couldn’t look away.
“Watch,” he insisted, so I did.
I watched how his fingers went down his chest and teased his nipples.
I watched how they reached the waistband of his sweatpants and pushed them down.
Then I watched how he threw off every last item of clothing he wore, and my mouth went dry. As much as I wanted to look away, to tell him to get dressed again and not tempt me, I didn’t.
No, I soaked up the sight instead. He was slim, his body not super defined, but defined enough to have the most tempting ‘V’ I’d ever seen. His cock was long and curved, standing to attention and jumping under my scrutiny. I licked my lips and wrangled my fingers together so I wouldn’t reach out.
“Alec,” I croaked, and he smirked.
“Watch,” he just ordered again and knelt on the ground. I saw him shiver as he hit the cold floor, wrapping his long fingers around his erection, closing his eyes and leaning back a little. “Fuck,” he groaned quietly as he started stroking himself.
The movements were sure, steady, and tempting as fuck. His second hand joined his first and he reached under his cock to cup his balls. I swallowed, unable to form a coherent thought, because if I could I’d stop him.
We were in the middle of the living room he shared with others, others I heard snoring no more than twenty steps away.
I glanced toward the hallway leading to the rest of the rooms.
“Eyes here, Mr. Security,” Alec rasped out and my attention snapped back to him, getting caught on the drop of pre-cum he wiped from the tip of his cock with his thumb and then brought to his lips, sucking it off.
“Alec… Please…” I didn’t know what I was asking of him, just that the buzz in my brain was ebbing away, being replaced by want and need.
“Yes,” Alec replied, closing his eyes again, stroking faster, teasing himself harder. The sounds he made caused me to want to kneel next to him, give him a hand and feel all the need inside of him.
I stayed where I was though, because I felt too much, was too confused.
His movements turned erratic, and I saw his balls draw up tight to his body, announcing his impending orgasm, but suddenly he was meeting my eyes again, squeezing the tip of his erection to keep himself from coming. I waited for the milky liquid to spill from between his fingers, but it didn’t come.
He’d denied himself the orgasm, and I couldn’t help but think it was the sexiest thing I’d ever seen.
For a moment I expected him to pick up the stroking again, knowing how it was to feel the need to come, but he just sat there, watching me, daring me, but somehow I just couldn’t act on what I wanted most at that moment.

I was so close, so damn close, and if Kash would kneel and touch me, I’d explode all over us. I held his eyes, seeing him swallow, and swore to myself that if he wouldn’t move now, he and I—
I didn’t need to finish that thought as Kash fell to his knees, his almost touching mine and cupped both sides of my face, drawing me in for a long and deep kiss. I felt his scruff scratching at my skin and let go of my dick. I didn’t care that I was naked, or that he wasn’t. What I did care about was the way he was kissing me, tasting me thoroughly as if he couldn’t remember the last time he and I had done this.
“You’re so fucking hot, Alec. So fucking hot,” he muttered and I realized the alcohol was slowly leaving his body.
I let out a shaky breath while he rested his forehead against mine, gasping for air as if I had denied him an orgasm instead of myself. “I didn’t… For a second I was worried you wouldn’t give in,” I admitted, and he shook his head, his eyes closed.
It was obvious he was struggling with the decision he’d just made, but this was it. He and I were a thing now and I wouldn’t let him walk away this time. Besides… “After… You know, that night… The one where… The one with my father…”
He sat back on his heels. “The night you virtually jerked off with someone else?” he helped out and I nodded.
“That night. Not my brightest moment. Anyway, that was when I swore myself that I’d come because of you and your body, or not at all, so…”
Kash smirked. “Denial it was?”
“Foreplay,” I whispered, hoping he got my drift.
And he did, groaning. “Grab your pants…Alec, and then let’s get you to bed.”
He got to his feet, adjusting himself, and I would’ve been irritated about the way he said he wanted to get me to bed if I didn’t feel so damn smug about having gotten him this hard when he’d been sure it wouldn’t happen.
Grabbing my sweatpants, I used them to hide my junk, not caring if my roommates found my shirt and boxers here in the morning. Whatever I’d grabbed from the pile was coming, and what wasn’t… Tough.
I looped my finger into his waistband and pulled him along, happy when he didn’t struggle, didn’t put up a fight, then I let him step past me, closing the door and dropping my clothes where I stood.
His eyes wandered over me again and my dick leaked pre-cum. His dark eyes traveled over me lazily, and I didn’t mind. Frankly, the way he’d watched me earlier, his lips parted, his jeans tightening, had given me a surge of power I’d never experienced before.
Leaning back against the door, I let him stare his fill, and nearly came when he suddenly dropped to his knees again. He cupped my ass with his palms, his rings digging into my skin making me gasp, then he looked up at me, his eyes pleading.
“If I find out you aren’t of age, I’m going to die,” he whispered, and I cupped his chin, wishing I could take the worry from him, but I had a feeling that nothing besides showing him my birth certificate would suffice, and I didn’t have that on hand.
In fact, it was still at my father’s, meaning it was basically unattainable.
Instead of saying that, or worrying about it, I brushed my thumb across his lip, closing my eyes when he bit the tip. “No dying unless it’s because of happiness,” I replied, and he licked his lips, squeezing my ass cheeks tighter.
“I’m trusting you here, Alec.”
And I knew that.
“We’re safe,” I assured him and, after a brief moment of hesitation, he nodded then leaned in. I had never understood how people said they saw stars when something good happened, but the moment his lips wrapped around the head of my cock and he started softly sucking, teasing and licking, I squeezed my eyes shut so tightly I saw white dots dancing in front of my lids.
Hell yes, Kash was making me see stars, and I didn’t ever want to go back to being oblivious to the feeling.
He
knew what he was doing, his pace lazy, yet content, as if he was licking the best ice cream in the world, not in a hurry to have it gone, but savoring it until the very end. I was so focused on what he was doing and the way he slipped a finger in next to my cock that I didn’t realize he was teasing my ass as well until he suddenly had the tip in.
I nearly fell forward, my hands landing on his shoulders and, although he swayed briefly, he steadied us soon enough. It was too much. I couldn’t handle all the sensations.
“Kash… Please… Just… God…”
He chuckled around my cock and that was all it needed. As much as I wished I could’ve lasted longer, I knew it was going to happen quickly after having denied myself the orgasm earlier. I came all over his tongue and he swallowed it down, catching me when my knees buckled. I wanted to make comments, something to ease the tension or whatever, but Kash actually chuckled.
“Good thing it you did most of the work in the living room already. I don’t think I’m the best at this when being intoxicated.”
I curled into him until he pushed to his feet and made me lay down in bed. Reaching for him, I feared he was going to go back to the sofa.
“Kash,” I muttered, sleeping tugging at me. “Come to bed.”
He leaned in and pressed his lips against mine. “Give me a minute. I’m still dressed.”
And probably hard, too. I can help…
It was the last coherent thought I had before a body pressed into mine and sleep claimed me faster than I would’ve liked.

I woke to an empty bed and, while I almost was sure I’d dreamed all of what happened last night, through the open bedroom door I heard Kash’s voice.
I also heard Dory giggling and that was what got me to my feet. I grabbed my sweatpants from the night before, going commando underneath them, and followed the voices to the kitchen.
Kash stood, hip propped against the counter, jacket already on, sleeves rolled up, and his fingers curled around a mug of coffee.
Dory stood, twirling a brunette strand around her finger. “Wow, that is so cool. And all the muscles you must be packing…” She leaned forward as if she was going to test them with her tongue, the stars in her eyes visible from fucking Mars.
Behind me a door opened. “I smell coffee,” Cam announced on a loud yawn.
“Kashy here made it,” Dory sing-songed and Kash turned, spotting me. His face instantly lit up and he held out a hand for me.
All the pouty and jealous thoughts I’d had vanished as he pulled me into his side and kissed my forehead. “Morning,” he whispered, his breath smelling of coffee and sugar.
“Hey. I thought you’d be gone,” I admitted.
“Oh man, you swing for the other team?” Dory groaned while Cam brushed past us.
“What do you think? Why would he be here if not for one of us?” he asked and grabbed a mug, filling it. Kash’s fingertips danced across my spine and I couldn’t help but shiver.
I nudged him. “Come back to bed,” I pleaded. “I want to wake up next to you.”
He laughed, the sound warm and soft, relaxed. I arched a brow. “Wait, are you not hung over?”
“Nope, not the least bit.” He kissed the tip of my nose playfully, and I loved this side of him.
“You sorted your shit,” Cam stated the obvious.
Dory threw a strand over her shoulder. “If you’re unsure of it again, you know where I live, Kash.” With that she pranced away, and I looked after her.
“Never realized she was a bitch,” Cam commented.
“You never brought anyone home who was so fucking handsome,” she called back, clearly having heard us.
Kash chuckled while Cam flipped her the bird, invisible for her.
“Bed, boyfriend?” I tried again, adding the title so he knew he wouldn’t get out of it.
Kash turned, pulling me between his legs and then wrapped his arms around my hips, regret written all over his face. “I promised Savage I’d help him buy some new furniture. He’s gonna pick me up in a few minutes. I would’ve come and kissed you goodbye, boyfriend,” he replied and then nudged my nose with his.
I turned my head away. “Morning breath.”
I should’ve known that Kash wouldn’t care. Instead he tilted up my chin and claimed my lips in a soft knee-shaking kiss. “I.” Kiss. “Don’t.” Kiss. “Care.” And another long kiss proved that.
“You two are impossible. I am about to throw up, so…” Cam brushed up against us and I laughed.
“Jealous?”
“A little,” he replied just when down the hall way the last of the bedroom doors opened and our most elusive roommate appeared. I saw the way Cam instantly curled into himself, shoulders slouching, pressing into the wall as if trying to not be seen.
I glanced back at Kash, realizing he’d seen that too, and his brows furrowed.
“Can you keep it down next time?” the jock asked. He was a football player as far as I knew, and I’d only seen him once so far. If you opened a dictionary to the word ‘jock’, River’s picture was probably right underneath it: wide shoulders, all-American smile, pussy for days, and the quarterback position indisputably his.
Kash’s grip on me tightened while Cam all but rushed down the hall once River was past him.
“Morning, and we’re sorry,” I stated, wanting to see if he was just going to ignore the obviously gay couple in his kitchen. To my utter surprise, when he looked up, his eyes were soft.
“Yeah, morning.”
“Kash, River, River, Kash,” I introduced because the man in my arms didn’t seem inclined to go there.
River nodded. “Hey Kash. Good to meet you. Maybe you being here will stop his nightmares.”
Nightmares? My nightmares? “I-I don’t have nightmares.” At least not that I knew. Not that I consciously remembered.
River arched a brow. “I can hear the… Oh, must be a misconception. Probably that fucking music Dory always plays. My bad.”
He reached for the coffee pot and, for a second, I wondered if he was going to drink straight from it when he reached for the mug Cam had just abandoned. “That’s Cam’s,” I pointed out.
He stared at the cup for a second and then carelessly rolled a shoulder. “Okay.”
“You play football?” Kash finally asked and River nodded.
“Semi-professional. I play for my college team, the Seattle Cougars, but I practice a few times the local NFL team, too.”
I didn’t know much about football, but… “You trained with the Ravens?” It was the biggest team around and from what I’d picked up in the kitchen they were bound to go to the Super Bowl soon.
River sighed, and it sounded a lot like defeat, then he nodded.
“Must be tough,” Kash commented. “School and the NFL. I hear they have a crazy practice schedule. You should drop school.”
River turned away at that while I glanced up at Kash. There was something in his tone that River probably hadn’t heard, but I’d recognized it.
Kash had picked up on something.
“Football can be over in the blink of an eye. I’m majoring in business so I spend my nights either at the library or on the field, catching up with whatever I missed. It’s a great life.”
And a tough one. He didn’t say it, but it explained why I hadn’t really seen him until now.
Kash watched those wide shoulders for a long moment, and I searched myself for the jealousy I’d expected but I’d seen that look on Kash before. It was when he’d been worried about me before even knowing me.
He reached into his jeans and pulled out his wallet before taking out a business card. I stepped back and he went over, touching River’s shoulder.
“If you ever need a job… Whenever… Call me, okay? I’m serious. I never change my number. Just so you know I work security detail. You know, if NFL and college don’t work out for you.”
River stared at the business card, and when I swore he was tearing up I knew whatever Kash had
seen was really there, and damn, I felt proud such a caring and sweet human being was mine, and only mine.
KASH
Turning away from Alec’s roommate to give him some privacy with the emotions I doubted he wanted anyone to see, I leaned over and pulled Alec closer for a kiss. My phone started to ring in my pocket, no doubt announcing that Savage was downstairs and waiting.
“I’ll be at the bar for the graveyard shift. I’ll come and say hi before you leave,” I assured Alec.
“Call me boyfriend again,” he pleaded quietly. I knew what he was doing, and while the term itself seemed daunting, I didn’t mind assigning it to him.
“Boyfriend. My handsome boyfriend.” I still wasn’t sure who was lying, the father or Alec, but I had decided to trust him. It was the first rule of a relationship, right? And after last night…
I’d been a fool thinking I could walk away, or that I could be close to Alec without wanting him. He was addictive, both when he tried to seduce me and when he let me give him pleasure. He was so damn responsive I nearly came in my jeans without even touching myself.
“I’ll see you tonight, and maybe you can wait at my place for me?” Because I knew he wanted more, and so did I, but it wouldn’t be where three others could hear him call out my name.
His face lit up at that offer and I instantly patted myself on the back mentally. Seeing him this happy was probably one of the best things ever, and I vowed to myself that I would make that expression appear more often.
The ringing of my phone started back up and I groaned against Alec’s mouth. He chuckled and then nipped my lower lip. “I’ll see you later. Go, handsome.”
I cupped his cheek, mainly because I could, liking the way his cheeks looked sunburned. I knew it was from my scruff, and it made me feel weirdly possessive. Which reminded me… “You have my fingers imprinted on your ass cheeks,” I whispered into his ear and then walked by him. I hadn’t even realized I’d gripped him that hard. Or maybe he simply was that sensitive. Either way, I swore to myself to be more mindful of it.
