"Your brother knows how to have a better time out than you." The demon remarks when we enter the jeep after an hour and half of shopping. "You should learn to relax some, wife."

Before I can construe a good comeback, Bilal blurts. "Hey Vladimir, I want an iphone, can you buy me one..pleeeeeasssse?"

"Bilal!" I gape at him in the back seat and he merely provides me a sheepish smile.

"One iPhone?" The demon repeats incredulously, meeting Bilal's gaze in the rear view mirror. "I'll buy you as many as you want, I'll even buy some for your friends. How many friends do you have?"

"What the hell?!!" I look towards him in alarm.

"Shhh.." The demon orders calmly, placing his index finger against my lips. "Your opinion need not apply unless it's your turn to shop."

Some forty five minutes later we exit from the Apple Store with more than a dozen iPhones, iPads, iBooks, iwatches, and just about everything else that starts with an i.

"I'm hungry, Vladimir." Bilal states with a pout.

"So am I!" The demon agrees, eyes briefly meeting mine before turning back on the road and he smirks. "Is the princess hungry ?"

"Yeah, princess are you hungry?" Bilal questions smugly.

"Bilal! I'm your older sister! You don't address me like that!" I glare at him before aiming the glare at the demon. "You've already taught my brother how to be rude towards me!"

"And how is princess a rude title?" The demon inquires with ease.

"Yeah, princess!" Bilal laughs and sticks his tongue out at me.

It was appalling how quickly my own little brother was transitioning to a spoiled brat under the demons influence.

Some thirty minutes later, the demon and Bilal depart from a take out halal Chinese restaurant, carrying bags filled with food. Sitting in the jeep, I watch them both with a sour expression as they laugh and talk while approaching.

When we arrive back to the villa, Bilal is just staring around in repleted astonishment. "Vladimir, this is your home?!!"

"Yes it's OUR home." The demon corrects him while winking at me. My cheeks tinge crimson as I look elsewhere but him.

While we are eating in the dining room, the demon excuses himself to make a phone call.

As soon as he's gone, I grab ahold of Bilal's ear between my fingers tightly."Do you realize how abhorrent your behavior is!!"

"Ouch!! Not as much as yours! Ouch!!" He cringes as he tries to swat my hand away.

"And how is that ?!" I fume at him.

"For keeping everything a secret from me!" He snaps.

"I was going to tell you!" I declaim.

"After how many more months?" He asks, eyes glossing over instantly. "I was stuck at that school with Asad Jr. making life hell for me while you're here enjoying yourself living in a mansion.."

"Oh Billy.." Immediately my anger evaporates as I free his ear and cup his cheek, complete guilt percolates over me. "I'm sorry, I really am..I swear things are not how they seem..it's just not what you think it is..all of this." I gesture towards my surrounding.

"Then what is it ?" He queries in apparent annoyance. "You got married again.."

"Yes..but not under normal circumstances." I reply somberly. "So much has occurred..I can't fully explain to you everything..just life's been hell for me too..don't be fooled by all of this you're seeing."

He shakes his head in disbelief, looking around himself before forking the noodles on his plate. "Vladimir is nice..so I don't know what kind of hell you're living through."

"What did he tell you about himself?" I question suspiciously, hoping the demon excluded his involvement with the mafia.

Bilal shrugs casually. "That he's your new husband and a business man, that he'll take care of us and stuff."

"Oh." I exhale in relief. "Don't worry Bilal, I'll take care of you..we will get out of here soon! We don't need him!"

"You're saying that like he's a bad guy.." Bilal remarks with raised brows. "And what happened to Imran?"

I commence to explain when the demon reappears in through the dining room entrance and announces. "When you have both finished eating, I'd like for you to prepare for a trip to America."

"What?!" I display complete alarm over his request.

"Awesome!!" Bilal approves with a bright grin. "I miss America!!"

  "W-When ?" I stammer.

"In another hour." The demon replies, aiming me a tender look. "Wouldn't you like to visit your elder sister and your mother's grave?"

My heart quivers in reminder of my mother and without thinking over this decision, I can only but nod in acceptance as a lump forms in my throat.

"Good, let's get packing." The demon concludes without looking away from me, a wistful smile appears on his face.

A half hour later we're boarding a small helicopter on the rooftop of the villa. I had phoned Leila about my arrival in one days time but I didn't mention anything in regards to my second marriage.

I could only hope that the demon remain lodged at whatever hotel he has selected instead of accompanying me to my sister's home. I was not prepared to explain to Leila and her husband about how I ended up married to him.

"Where is the pilot?" I question warily.

"Your Captain Nielsen reporting to duty!" The demon commences confidently as he takes the pilots seat.

"Haha awesome!!!" Bilal laughs in ecstatic approval.

This man was proving to be unbelievable and full of surprises. Albeit I still felt at complete unease when he would maneuver the helicopters direction so precipitously.

To clarify it correctly, the jerk was showing off with his impulsive moves, oblivious to any danger handling such a position.

While I was completely scared out of my wits and clutching at the armrests with a death grip, Bilal on the other hand was joyously impressed.

When we landed on a strip of an airport allocated for private jets, I could have literally kissed the ground in relief.

"Relax, princess." The demon takes ahold of my lower arm, eyeing me with a mixture of concern and amusement.

I snatch my arm out of his slack grip and feel tingles where he had been touching.

He lets out a soft exhale as he gestures towards one of the jets. "Our flight awaits."

"You own a private plane!?" Bilal questions in amazement as we settle in the luxury jet.

  "Several actually." The demon divulges.

"That is so freaking cool!!!" Bilal gapes around himself in further astonishment.

Meanwhile I strive to conceal my awe, as Bilal and I take our seats infront of a wide screen HD t.v.

The demon orders refreshments for us from the two super model looking female flight attendants. Some twenty minutes later, we are in the skies on a smooth flight.

Both of those flight attendants display flirty attitude towards the demon. For some undecipherable reason, I don't know why it irks me. I constantly study their behavior whenever they approach him while he seems casually adjusted to it.

This is another one of those reasons why women should stay away from marrying such rich and powerful men, they attract other women like flies.

How could any wife of a rich man, sleep at ease during the night when her husband is on business trips alone with God knows how many women throwing themselves at him.

If fate were wholly in my hands, I would have strived to marry a humble man from a humble background who wouldn't think he was God's gift to women. There would be less chances of him straying or cheating on me.

  "Sanam, is something wrong?"

Obstructed from my thoughts on cheaters, I glance up to find a worried intense blue gaze aligned with mine as he holds out a glass of juice towards me.

I look at the glass and then back up at him before angrily turning away without taking the glass. "I'm fine..just a little tired."

"You should have mentioned earlier.." He remarks with an exhale of apparent relief. "Come, let me show you to your bed."

"Bed?" I raise a questioning brow, incredulously. "There's
beds on this plane ?"

"Yes, ofcourse." He affirms while swiftly grabbing ahold of my arm and hauling me to my feet. "You look tired, you should take a little nap."

"I-uh what about Bilal?" I look back towards my brother who is too immersed playing a video game on the t.v.

"He's busy right now, let him have fun." The demon persuades. "When he wants a nap, I'll show him to his."

As I allow him to lead me towards the back, I catch sight of the flight attendants studying me with sour expressions. It only made me feel bothered even more and I wondered why the demon was so interested in me.

"There you go." The demon announces as he slides open a cabin door and I gape at the impressively decorated bed cubicle.

"Sleep well." He says while caressing my cheek softly with the back of his hand and my skin warms. Before I can brush away his touch, he leaves me there and slides the door close.

As I lay down on the satiny bed, I can't help but wonder what he'll be doing now with those flight attendants. Most likely taking them to his own bed cubicle area.

Why are you so bothered by it ? It's none of your business, just focus on developing an escape plan.

I can't believe I let him have his disgusting shameless way with me. That is the exact reason why I'm bothered. I bet now he is comparing my body to those super models and making fun of me.

I sniffle back on my tears as I bury my face in the crevice of my arms. I truly wished I could reverse time and not have allowed my emotions to get the best of me yesterday. It still hurt between my legs, a reminder of the shameless deed. Before long, I don't realize when slumber overtakes me.

I awake from a slight jostling, it's dark and I hear the soft continuous humming of some sort of an engine. Then I instantly remember that I was on a plane.

I groggily shift my body but freeze when I realize someone else lay besides me. The weight of their arm is firmly yet gently draped over my waist and I feel their minty breath shallowly hitting my neck. It seemed like they were asleep.

I turn my face in their direction, and lift my hand to touch their face in the dark. My fingers splay over chiseled angular features, and my heart hammers in recognition.

But before I can shove at him, he murmurs in his sleep. "Sanam..hmm..so pure.."

My eyes widen in alarm and I attempt to lift his heavy arm away from my waist, yet this proves as a failure. He draws me closer to his hard chest while murmuring again in his sleep."Sanam..I need you..hmm.."

My face flushes with heat as my mind processes his sleep talk. I wondered what kind of dream was he having about me.

I try pulling away from him, yet that causes him to mumble something in Russian and rolls over, pinning my body down by half of his weight.

Great, now I'm totally stuck under him.

The next move that has me yelping is when his palm encloses over my left breast. I had to shove him awake. "Get off of me!!!"

"W-what?!" He shifts blearily and vaults to a sitting position. His sleep laden voice laces with concern. "What happened? Are you alright? Need anything?"

"I need you to quit sharing the bed with me!" I snap precipitously. "You're not supposed to touch me, but you're doing it again!"

He switches on the lights and turns around to face me. My breathing hitches in my throat when I find his shirt front buttons undone, revealing the smooth hard muscles of his chest. His silky hair was extra tousled, falling over his forehead on a side.

With bedroom eyes and a lazy smile playing at his lips, he looked like he belonged on the cover of a naughty PlayGirl magazine.

"Good morning, princess." He greets languidly while briefly eyeing his wrist watch. "I trust you slept well, I know I sure did. Who knew I'd find a cure for my miniscule insomnia by sharing a bed with you."

I'm knocked out of my momentary stupor over his physical attractiveness and provide him an irascible look. "I'm not sharing a bed with you! Don't ever do that again!"

He lets out a deep soft chuckle and shakes his head while turning around towards a small counter/cabinet. "I agreed on your cruel inhumane term not to be intimate with you, however I didn't agree on not sharing a bed with you."

"You're so full of yourself!" I scoff at his back as he pours himself a glass of brandy. "Arrogant and pompous!"

"And speaking of cruel and inhumane.." He continues airily evading my words as he settles elegantly on a seat infront of me. "Who knew you'd be so merciless to me, your sweet husband?" Without breaking his amused laden gaze from mine, he takes a measured sip from his glass.

I roll my eyes and stare derisively at the alcoholic beverage he brings to his mouth again while he keeps his steady glance trained on me.

However he pauses the glass mere inches away and commences softly. "If looks could destroy, this glass would have shattered in my hands the way you're looking at it, dollface."

I shake my head and look elsewhere before glancing back at him and voicing in a sordid tone. "I seriously don't know why you drink that stuff..it's bad for people. Honestly if it's all about enjoyment and getting intoxicated, then there plenty of other healthy ways to go about it."

"You're right.." He drawls, incisive eyes roving over my figure suggestively before settling on my lips. "Like the drink in your mouth..much more potent..much more healthy and intoxicating than liquor."

An instant crimson hue warms my face and his lips tug into a sly knowing smirk. "Help your poor husband quit unhealthy habits by offering plenty of kisses, will you?"

"W-What?!" I stammer, eyes widening as he sets aside his glass on the armrest.

"Kiss me.." He prowls nearer, an intense predatory gleam in his eyes. "Or let me kiss you.."

"Uh, I-no!" I stutter, deeply regretting my objection to his drink. "Your mouth is contaminated by alcohol!"

His smile widens. "So you're saying you'd kiss me once I rinse my mouth out."

"What?!" I snap in outrage. "No!"

  "Too late.." He teases.

"I have morning breath!" I blurt, attempting to disgust him.

A knock ensues against the door, and I let out an exhale of relief. The demon's voice transitions with annoyance. "Who is it?"

"Sir, breakfast is ready." One of the flight attendants purr.

When we've landed at New Ark Liberty international airport, the demon unceremoniously announces we would lodge at my sister Leila's. We've boarded a limo, while I continue dissuading him.

"No!" I vehemently voice my objection. "It would be a better idea for YOU to remain at a hotel or something!"

"Nonsense, I'd like to meet my sister inlaw." The demon insists casually.

"You don't! Leila doesn't need to know about you!" I exasperate frantically. "Besides, Leila and Hasan's apartment is too small, only one bedroom. Can't you stay at one of your hotel chains?"

"No problem, I'll purchase them a spacious home of their liking." He prompts assuringly, before patting my arm. "You worry too much, relax princess."
