Adventures in Sugarland
Page 14
I’m finally fucking home.
I thrust in and out of her tight pussy, savoring the feel of it encasing my dick.
How long have I dreamed of being balls deep inside my stepsister?
How long has she yearned for it?
Anise pushes off the floor, meeting me halfway, and I scoop her into my arms, seating her in my lap.
“I’m in charge,” I remind her, holding onto her waist and going to town.
I bounce her almost savagely up and down my straining cock.
I kiss below and above her collar, in her abundant cleavage, and finally, her lips.
I pour everything into my kiss.
All my regret, fear, hope, anger, and love.
She leans back, arching her back.
“Graham, please!”
“Not until I say,” I order. “Your pleasure is mine.”
I see her struggle to contain her orgasm, submitting to my need to control her pleasure.
When she finally manages to open her eyes, I stare into them deeply.
“I’ve. Waited. My. Entire. Life. For. This. Moment,” I grit out. “Come for me, sweetheart. Come so fucking hard you forget everything before this.”
And she does.
Her sweet cunt milks my dick, squeezing it like a vise, and I lose it.
Slamming into her roughly, I pump my seed into my stepsister’s pussy, and we come together.
And just like that, our collars snap off.
ANISE
I stare in shock at Graham, who’s still firmly seated inside of me, as Mari’s Cherry Chokers fall to the ground. My hand flies to my throat and I touch the skin there for the first time in two years. Funny how I never paid attention to this expanse of flesh before but now covet it’s existence because it means I’m finally free.
Free of Mari.
And bound to Graham.
I look into his eyes, expecting to see his features become shuttered, but he keeps himself open. With relief, I realize I don’t read regret in his gaze, only love. I lean up and softly brush a kiss across his mouth. It’s the deafening silence that finally alerts me to my surroundings.
Mari is standing there, mouth agape, her face a mask of rage.
But she’s not the only one who witnessed my coupling with my stepbrother.
Somewhere along the way, Plumpy, Pepper, Chester, and Kandi regained consciousness.
Oh, and Toffy is standing at the doors with General Caramello, who is backed by a whole fleet of Nougat Knights.
I didn’t even realize Toffy had left.
I wish they had all stayed away.
My face heats up and I’m concerned I’ve been consumed by clove fire.
“You little bitch! YOU AND THIS WHORESON ARE GOING TO BURN!” Mari fulminates, practically frothing at the mouth.
She calls her magical fireballs and I flinch.
How many more times can I escape these damn things?
Graham stands up swiftly and shoves me behind him protectively.
“Oh, two for one, what a deal!”
She throws the clove fire and I drop to the ground, dragging Graham with me.
Not that it matters.
The brackish suddenly leaps in front of us and blows its own flamethrower at Mari. It sends the clove fire right back at her. That, coupled with the brackish’s fiery breath, burns Mari to a crisp instantly and leaves nothing but ashes.
Yet, the brackish is not satisfied. It turns to face the rest of the room, but Kandi leaps into action, weaving a spell over the beast to make it slumber. I sag into Graham’s back.
It’s over.
It’s finally over.
For the first time in my life, I don’t feel like I’m running from everything.
I can slow down.
Walk.
Think.
I look over at all the men who have helped me and blush.
Maybe thinking right now isn’t the best thing to do.
O
PEPPER
A blush stains Anise’s cheeks, though how she can still blush after her exhibition with Graham is beyond me, but I love seeing it on her face. She glows with happiness. Her love is finally reciprocated and she’s free of Maraschino’s evil choker.
Kandi does what we all are thinking and marches over to Anise and pulls her to him to kiss her long and passionately.
Graham stiffens for a millisecond and then relaxes.
He looks over to where Plumpy, Chester and I are standing and regards us solemnly.
He runs a hand through his dark hair, contemplating something, then says, “I guess that I’ll just have to learn to share. Isn’t that what you said, Grandpa?”
Chester grins.
“That’s right, sonny-boy. I might teach you a trick or two, too, along the way.”
“If you can keep up that is,” Graham rejoins and I roll my eyes.
“I think it’s if sugartits can keep up,” I tease and she pulls back from Kandi to glare at me.
“I think I can kneel circles around you, Mr. Mint,” she taunts back.
Fuck, she’s naughty.
I can’t wait to punish her for her filthy, sassy mouth.
Later.
Now, we all need some rest.
O
CHESTER
A servant leads Anise away to lie down. I loathe to watch her go, but I know she’s safe finally now. I look around Kandi’s throne room and grimace. It’s destroyed. It’s going to take a lot of magic to fix this mess, but even more magic to close the Sweet Nothing.
We need a plan.
It’s imperative to do this immediately.
The others agree and we begin brainstorming, but I find my attention straying.
From the glances the guys keep sending towards the doors, I think we are all distracted by the same thing.
Or the same person.
“Did you mean it?” I suddenly ask Graham.
He pauses before answering me, but he knows I mean what he said about sharing.
“Yes. I love Anise more than life itself, and after the hell we’ve been through, I only want her happiness. You’re her happiness. As is Plumpy and Pepper.”
“And me,” Kandi adds.
Graham sighs.
“And you,” he adds begrudgingly.
“I might have a sweet tooth for your girl, too,” Toffy admits and Graham groans.
“This is getting a little ridiculous. Are you smitten, too, general?” he asks Caramello.
The older man chuckles.
“Most assuredly, but I have no designs on your stepsister. She has enough men in her life I think.”
“General, I’m going to need you to go to the Spyse Kingdom with a few hundred Nougats to assess the damage, the state of the land, and to assure the people the rightful heir to the crown has been found and will be restored.”
“Yes, your majesty,” Caramello says and bows leaving to begin the task.
“Graham, I’m sure your uncle has long since mourned your death. A truffle simply cannot go the distance, but a Koukabboura can. Toffy, can you go to the Gumdrop Mountains and see if you can’t persuade one to take a message to The Savory Citadel?”
“At once, your highness.”
I smile at the king’s high-handed method to dwindle down the number of Anise’s admirers, but the rest of us aren’t going anywhere. Kandi seems to realize this and smiles ruefully.
“Do you know I’ve never had to share before?” he confesses.
“No!” Pepper mocks. “An only child and king?”
“Shut up, Mint, or else I won’t share my betrothed with you,” Kandi jests, but we all know it depends on whether Anise will share all of us.
I feel optimistic, though.
We all offer Anise a piece of something she needs.
And every little girl needs her daddy.
THREE WEEKS LATER
ANISE
It’s been nearly a month since Mari’s Cherry Choker finally came off. A month of absolute bliss living
in the Candied Castle, helping to set everything to rights again. I still can’t believe I’m the Spyse Princess. I mean, I was groomed alongside royalty, but I never viewed myself as a royal by any means.
If that weren’t enough to take in, I’m finally living the life I once only dreamed of with my stepbrother. Actually, it’s better, because I don’t just have Graham’s love, but my Sugarlanders’, too. They’re attentive during the day and passionate during the night. A girl could get used to this treatment.
Today, I’ve been called to the newly restored throne room for something. The servant has left out a dress. It’s slightly more modest, slightly, and still purple. My Candy King prefers me in this shade. I don’t know if it’s because of my eyes or if it’s the color of royalty, a claim that I’m his. Perhaps it’s a mixture of both.
I’ve plaited my hair once more but have bound the braids atop my head.
I think Kandi is going to officially announce our betrothal.
He wants to make it known to all of Sugarland before we travel for the Spyse Kingdom.
I’m anxious to see the homeland of my mother and father, and I’m so curious.
Do I have family there?
The only family I have now really is Graham, and perhaps King Unami, who did get the message from the Kookaburra.
The old king was beside himself to learn his nephew was alive, but didn’t seem overly surprised when Graham declined to return home. In fact, King Unami said that wherever I went was Graham’s home. I guess he knew all along that Graham and I were meant to be. Unami had long since found a replacement heir and Graham’s relief at the news was palpable.
He never did fancy himself a king.
I open the doors to the throne room and immediately wish I hadn’t.
The room is packed.
There are men and women, even children, and row upon row of Nougat knights. On the dais stands Kandine, with Graham, Plumpy, Pepper, and Chester next to him.
What are they up to?
“Princess Anise, please join me,” Kandi requests formally.
I frown.
I do not like being called this, but I hurry to join him in front of everyone.
No sooner than I reach his side, than he gets down on one knee.
“Anise Spyse, you’ve stolen my heart. I hereby charge you with treason. Your punishment: to marry me and become my Candy Queen.”
I laugh at the sheer absurdity of his proposal, but it doesn’t just stop at him.
Plumpy follows suit and gets down on one knee, too.
“Anise Spyse, I crave you more than sugar. Say you’ll be my sugarplum for life?”
Then Pepper kneels.
“This is the only time you’ll see me on my knees, sugartits. Enjoy it and say yes to marrying me.”
Chester rolls his eyes.
“I’m too old to bend down,” he teases, “but do this old man a favor and say you’ll marry me. Be my sugarbaby forever and I’ll be your sugardaddy as long as we both shall live.”
“Good grief, you Sugarlanders don’t know how to propose,” Graham scoffs. He walks over to me and bends down on one knee. “Come bend over it so I can spank you.”
Even though he whispered the words, my face turns fire red.
Graham just laughs.
“Anise Spyse, despite what everyone says and thinks, I love you. From this day forward I renounce you as my stepsister. The only relationship I want with you from this moment forward is one where I can call you wife.”
I feel tears blur my vision at his words and from the other’s.
“Yes. Yes. Yes. Yes. YES!”
“She said yes to me first; that makes me Head Husband!” Kandi jokes and I shake my head exasperatedly.
“You are all my first,” I declare. “Graham, you were my first love. Plumpy, you were my first kiss and Pepper, you were my first freely chosen orgasm. Chester was the first to have my truth, all of it, and Kandi was the first to have my submission.”
Now it’s the guys’ turn to look touched.
The crowd lets out a resounding cheer and I blush, embarrassed I confessed all that in front of what seems all of Sugarland, but the people love it. I turn back to the guys, who are crowding forward, presenting me with something:
A ring.
It’s a simple band with five gemstones on top.
On the left is a purple stone swirled with green, like a sugarplum.
Plumpy.
Next to it is a diamond with red stripes.
Pepper.
On the far right is a bronze stone, like melted peanut butter.
Chester.
Between that and the center rock is a golden jewel that is the same color of Graham’s skin.
And in the very center is a pink opal flecked with rainbow colors that look like sprinkles on cotton candy.
Kandi.
The colors don’t blend together whatsoever, but somehow, the piece works.
It’s a testimony of the harmony we’ve found with one another.
As one, they slide the ring onto my finger and I watch the sun glint off the gemstones.
It’s sends prisms of light everywhere, warming my heart.
For two years, I lived in constant torment, afraid of Mari and what I felt.
It was a nightmare, but I wouldn’t trade it for anything because it’s led me to this:
The sweetest dream ever.

EXCERPT from IMPRISMED
I get on my hands and knees and crawl a little way inside the hole. For some odd reason, I suddenly feel like Alice from Wonderland. I suppose if I were to be a Disney character, I would be her. I embody Alice’s need for fantasy and ludicrousness. I no longer feel the rainbow’s electric touch and stop, confused.
I’m baffled at how far I’ve crawled into the hole in comparison to the tree trunk’s girth. It’s a very large tree, but I feel like I should have reached the other side of it by now. Just as I think this, my right arm shoots down into thin air. Startled, I fall forward.
And right off a ledge that I had no idea I was precariously perched on.
Down, down, down I fall and I’m struck again with the similarities to the foolish Alice.
Unease blossoms in my chest when the air becomes thicker and my descent begins to slow down. I can barely breathe it’s so smothering. I crane my head to look down and see a pinprick of light. As I get closer, the light grows in size, adding shadows to the darkened tunnel I’m falling down. Nothing discernible jumps out and I see the vague outline of tree roots lining the edges of my vision. Perhaps the tree was much bigger than I originally thought and I stumbled into a sinkhole underneath it.
To use an Irish word, what the feck am I to do now?
I’m ponderin
g this predicament when colors suddenly bleed into my line of sight. Pastel wisps of pigmentation that rise up and vanish. I strain to see what it could be when I start falling again at the normal rate of speed as dictated by gravity. I plummet downward, through the hole of light and smash into the ground below. I groan both inwardly and outwardly.
That is most definitely going to leave a mark.
I stare up, wondering what this hole looks like, but only see the bright, blue expanse of the cloudless sky. Bewildered, I heave my aching body up and stare in wonder at the amazing world around me. It’s like someone took the colors on the saturation dial and turned them all the way up.
It’s like Lisa Frank’s world come to life.
The crazy woman knew how to create magical art, but damn if her stuff in large doses doesn’t cause a headache. That’s how I feel now taking in the vibrant hues around me, like a migraine of epic proportions is coming on.
Or maybe that’s just the fall talking; I did hit my head pretty hard.
Although, I doubt it knocked any sense into me.
I’m still drinking in the amazing sights in front of me when I hear something behind me. I whirl around and standing there are three sinfully gorgeous men. Their three-piece suits are an outrageous contrast to their strikingly, flamboyant coloring.
The man on the right has hair that seems black until he moves and it glimmers blue in the sun. His eyes are a startling light blue, like a tropical ocean, and his crooked smile melts my heart a little bit.
The man on the left has tawny, sun-kissed hair that waves around his face and frames his deep amber eyes. The bright, sunny color contrasts boldly with his mocha-brown skin.
Then there’s the man in the middle. He’s just as devastatingly handsome as the others. His hair is so red it must be dyed, and his eyes are a Sienna brown, with hints of red there, too.
Of course, to complete the ridiculous play on colors, their suits match their coloring: crimson red, golden yellow, and navy blue. Mr. Blue is the only one smiling at me, but Mr. Yellow has a mischievous twinkle in his eyes. And Mr. Red. . .
Mr. Red is holding handcuffs.
“Mistress White, how good of you to heed the rainbow’s call. Come along, the others are waiting for us,” he says in the reasonable voice of someone who is certifiably insane.
