I lower my head and stick my tongue out. A bead of precum emerges from his head and I tentatively lick it away. It’s delicious… salty and sweet.

Up his shaft I run my tongue, swiveling over his head before taking the whole cock in my mouth. He presses against my teeth and cheek and I go a little deeper. Pressure hits the back of my throat and I gag.

Gareth’s hands find my hair. “Take it slow.”

I listen, following his encouraging words as he tells me how fast or slow to suck. I wrap my hands around the base and work his whole length. He stiffens against me, both hands tugging at my undone hair.

He’s close. It’s obvious by the way he thrusts up into my mouth, by the increase in his breathing. I suck harder, wanting to taste his cum shooting across my tongue.

  “Stop,” he groans.

Though I don’t want to, I halt and pull back. His dick leaves my mouth with a loud pop. Settling down on my haunches, I look up at him.

“Now you.” He stands up and I follow. Before I can take a step, though, Gareth picks me up by the waist and deposits me on top of my desk. I hit the surface with a yelp. He silences me with a kiss, his hands unzipping the back of my dress and pushing it off my shoulders. It falls to the floor, leaving me exposed in my lingerie.

My bra cups graze against his chest, the nipples beneath burning to be touched. Gareth seems to know just what I want because he unhooks my bra and lets it fall away. Taking one breast in his hand, he lowers his lips to my nipple and sucks delicately. His free fingers stroke and play with my other nipple, alternating between gentle caresses, harder tugs, and pinches.

He switches breasts, giving the one sore from his fingers the soft attention of his mouth. I groan and hold on tight to the edges of the desk. The pleasure spiraling up through me is intense, slightly painful, and nearly overwhelming.

The spot between my legs throb, I want so badly to be touched there. It’s a low ache, a sustained discomfort. Gareth tugs at one of my nipples and I yelp from the mixed pleasure and pain. He soothes the nipple with the swivel of his tongue and a bit of the pleasure jumps down into my clit.

He works my breasts harder, making the pleasure rise and fall. I’m riding it, not sure what’s happening, but loving it. The pain is all gone, only ecstasy left in its wake. Somehow, an orgasm shakes through me, starting in my breasts and rattling my whole body. I throw my head back and suppress the scream.

Gareth’s touch softens. He runs his hands down my torso and around my waist.

I struggle for air. “How… how did you...”

“Mm,” he murmurs. “I guess you liked it.” He grins and begins to pull my panties off. They’re so wet they stick to my thigh. He has to give them an extra tug. Finally, they slip off, taking my high heels to the floor with them. I sit on my desk naked, Gareth’s broad palms resting on my thighs.

He buries his face between my legs. His breath grazes my opening and I tense in anticipation. The second his tongue strikes my clit I relax. He drives hard into me, his tongue flicking into my opening then running across my clit. Two fingers slip between my walls and pump slowly into me.

Pleasure builds on both the outside and the inside. I close my eyes, grind my hips against his hand, and let go. A second orgasm flies through me, just as intense as the last.

Gareth keeps sucking on me. I push at his shoulders, trying to get him off of me, but he stays true to his promise. He runs his tongue up and down me, licking me completely dry.

He draws back and stands up. One hand comes to the nape of my neck and twists my loose hair into a ball. I’m ready for his kiss, my mouth opening automatically.

Laughter interrupts our embrace. I look over his shoulder at the closed door. The fact that I’m completely naked hasn’t been forgotten.

  “My dress,” I softly cry.

Gareth chuckles and reaches down for it. He’s insane. Really.

I quickly pull my clothes back on. “I need to get back to the party. Everyone’s going to think something happened.”

Gareth shrugs. “You mean like you left?”

I brush hair from my face. He has a good point. No one’s going to miss me. The only person who paid me any attention was Fran, and she likely thinks I bounced. And there’s nothing to go back for. All the items I brought with me are in my dress pockets.

Remembering my phone, I press my hand against the pocket it’s in. Hopefully it hasn’t gotten cracked with all of the clothing flinging going on.

“I want to show you something.” Gareth takes my hand and gently tugs me along the floor.

  “What?” I uncertainly ask.

Though I’ve basically thrown myself over the deep end, I’m still not sure about all of this. There are still ways this could all blow up in my face. At any moment, someone could find us. Gareth being one of the bosses provides a whole new set of potential complications. If anyone saw us together it would be easy for them to believe I’m working on sleeping my way to the top.

Additionally, I’m now questioning everything I thought I knew about myself. An hour ago I stood in a room full of people, too shy to even think of approaching anyone. In the sixty minutes since then I’ve engaged in activities that would make even my wildest friends blush.

Gareth stops walking and looks in my eyes. All thoughts in my head fade away. With him so close he’s impossible to resist. I already know whatever he says, whatever he asks, I’ll do.

  “Trust me,” he softly says.

My tongue is too heavy to move. I just nod and follow him out the door.

  Chapter 6

  Gareth

I text my driver in the hallway and then we take the elevator down to the main lobby. The whole way Raven wears a look of slight fear. The possibility of her fleeing at any moment keeps me on edge.

It also makes me want to prove myself to her, to do whatever it’ll take to keep her around. I mean what I said about her job. It’s secure as can be.

The bonus of that being I’ll get to see her every day, a literal wet dream walking around my offices.

She’s an unexpected dichotomy, a woman of both nervous, uncertain and petulant attitudes. Each minute with her is new. Each minute with her makes me want more.

The limo waits for us in front of the building, the driver at the ready. He jumps forward and opens the door for us. Raven stops walking and wrinkles her nose at me.

“You’re not about to kidnap me, are you?”

I laugh and press my nose against her neck. “You’d like that, wouldn’t you?”

  Her heavy breathing says yes.

I usher her into the limo and out of the cold, and then climb into the seat next to her.

“Wow,” she coos, looking around herself.

The limo is an impressive one even on its own, but tonight it’s decked out in anticipation of a holiday after-party, the two bars stocked to the brim with as many liquors and bottles of champagne as we could get in here.

“It’s supposed to be for later,” I tell Raven, leaning back into the seat and crossing one leg over the other.

She eyes me. “So why are we here now?”

I smile. “I figured we could break it in, open a bottle or two of bubbly. Someone needs to sample the goods.”

The corner of her mouth twitches, like she wants to smile but isn’t sure if she should. I edge a little closer to her and set my hand on her knee. Instantly the air between us becomes charged.

“And,” I slowly say. “You shouldn’t go back to the party. You should be here, alone with me.”

Her eyes widen slightly. “You don’t say?”

I nod and grip her knee tighter. The limo pulls into traffic, making its already instructed journey through mid-town.

I reach over for the bar, grab a bottle of champagne and two glasses. The cork’s pop explodes through the limo and I pour us each a glass. Raven takes hers slowly in her hand, studying its contents before gazing at me over the rim.

“A toast,” I suggest, raising my glass.

/>   “A toast.” She raises her own glass. “To?”

“To… a new job. And new opportunities… new adventures.” I look purposefully at her.

We each take a sip of champagne. I set mine down, already done with it. Raven shifts her weight, her thigh brushing against mine. She glances at me from under her eyelashes, taunting me, daring me to make a move.

I grab hold of her, sending her champagne flying to the ground, and pull her into my lap. Her hair falls around our kissing faces, brushing my jaws and tickling my neck.

I push under her dress and find that already familiar spot. She’s wet again, practically pulsing with desire. I groan into her teeth. She nips my lower lip, the vixen out again.

My dick bulges against my pants. I undo my belt and zipper to let it out, then open my wallet in my front pocket and rummage around in it for the condom I pray is there. Finding it, I whip it out and put it on, never once skipping a beat with the kissing.

My dick pushes against Raven’s panties, ready to go. She reaches down and moves her underwear to the side then lifts herself up slightly to align herself with my staff.

She comes back down, piercing herself on my cock. Her silky folds grip around me, caressing my length and pulling me deeper in. I grab her hips and drive up into her, meeting each of her downward thrusts.

Raven’s high pitched moans fill the limo. My hands find her ass and press deeply into the soft flesh there. Up and down she goes, then back and forth, riding me like a pro.

She feels so good I’m nearly over the top. I grind my teeth and take each rocket of pleasure as it comes.

Raven presses her hands against my shoulders and arches her back, her face tilting up towards the roof. Her hips make a circle, massaging my dick deep up inside her.

“Oh God,” she gasps, her pussy clenching tighter around me.

I keep my sight on her face as she explodes. Her eyelids fall closed and her lips part, euphoria painted across each feature. She shakes against me and then collapses.

I wrap my arms against her and pull her closer to my chest. With her locked against me, I drive up into her, nailing her fast and hard. The dam bursts and I come long and hard in her.

For long moments, we stay where we are, our arms locked together and our breathing labored. Our inhales and exhales eventually align. Raven turns her face to the side and rests her cheek against my shoulder. I reach up and stroke her hair. The delicate, innocent side of her is back, just as amazing as the sexy vixen side.

She slowly climbs off me and settles back in her own seat.

“Oops,” she murmurs, noticing the spilled champagne.

I shrug. “It can be cleaned. Besides, wasn’t it worth it?”

She can’t bite back the smile this time. “Yeah,” she admits. “It was.”

I run my thumb down her arm and across her hand. “Good.”

  Chapter 7

  Raven

I pull my phone from my pocket, thinking I’ll use the camera to check my makeup. There’s a text from Heather, asking me if I know where the Magic Mike DVD is.

I press my lips together to keep from laughing out loud. My roommate probably thinks I’m still at the firm, suffering through a boring office party.

Just wait till she hears the real story.

I send her back a quick text about the DVD then open the camera and set it to selfie so I can see myself.

I didn’t think I would need to bring lipstick or powder, but now I see I was sorely wrong. My lips are nude, all color long gone, and my nose shines like Rudolph’s on a foggy Christmas Eve night. On top of it all my mascara is starting to smear.

  “God, you’re beautiful.”

I drop my phone to stare at Gareth. Surely he’s being purposefully ironic. “You’ve got to be kidding me.”

The look on his face is anything but joking. The guy actually thinks I’m good looking, even with my hair mussed up and over half my makeup sweated off.

He runs his hand down the side of my hair. “I could take you again right now.”

Even though we’ve already had sex a couple times, plus done other things, the statement makes me blush. It also turns me on, big time.

“So,” Gareth says. “I hope you’re not going to ask me to drive you back to the party.”

My heart sinks a little bit. What happened to ‘taking me again’? What happened to me being ‘beautiful’?

It’s all just talk, I realize. It’s his game.

This is it. He’s going to drop me off on some random city corner with a ‘Bye, have fun riding the subway at night!’. I’ll see him on Monday, and every other day after that, and he’ll probably act like we’ve never even spoken. He’ll be on to the next girl, his assurances that he doesn’t make a habit out of what we’ve done probably nothing more than a lie.

Even if my job is secure my sense of self-worth won’t be.

Like it or not, I think I may have just flushed that right down the drain.

  “What’s wrong?”

I take a deep breath and try to check my temper, but it’s no good. “So we’re ending like this?”

  “Huh?”

“You’re just gonna kick me out of your limo like a whore you picked up in an alley?”

His head jerks back. “Jesus, Raven… You’re a piece of work.”

Instead of being derisive, his tone is almost… adoring.

“You don’t have to patronize me,” I tell him.

  “Oh, I know I don’t.”

I jut my chin out at him and wait for more. He just gazes back at me, looking like he’s enjoying my outburst immensely.

“Are you waiting for me to pay you?” he asks.

My nails curl into my palms. My shoulders tense. I’m about half a second away from slapping him.

The only thing stopping me are his hands on my shoulders. “It was a joke. Relax.”

“Jokes are supposed to be funny.”

“You’re so worked up.” He runs the back of his hand down my cheek. The touch calms me and I hate it.

“You expect me not to be?” I counter. “You just told me you’re not taking me back to the party.”

“I… What do…” A look of understanding crosses his face. “Ah. I see. What I meant is I’d like to take you somewhere else. That’s what I was suggesting. I’d like to go somewhere where you and I can spend even more time alone.”

My face begins to burn. “Oh,” is all I can manage to get out.

I brush hair from my face and look away. “Look, this has been… amazing. Like, wow.” I nibble my lower lip and glance back. “But I don’t know how this works, okay? You said my job is secure, but what’s work going to look like, really? Am I supposed to show up and act like I barely know you? I mean that’s fine if so. I can do that. I just need to know beforehand what’s expected out of me. Because if I don’t know, I’m not going to be able to follow through. I’ll screw everything up. Or I’ll read you wrong and do the wrong thing at the wrong time, or something else awful...”

I’m babbling and I can’t stop it. And though I’m pretending I’ll be fine with going into work and not interacting with Gareth, I’ll be anything but.

I know myself and I know the way I fall for guys. After the evening of passion Gareth I just shared, I’m going to have a major thing for him. In fact, if he doesn’t fire me, I may just have to quit on my own accord. Being around him each day may prove harder than I expected.

If eating bad dumplings all the time and living without heat for the next three months is what I’ll have to do to not go to work each day and torture myself, then fine. I’ll do it.

I should have thought of all of this earlier. Or I should have listened to those thoughts when they came up. But I didn’t. I threw caution to the wind.

And now I’m in a limo, post-coital and officially freaking out.

Gareth runs his hand across his mouth and looks at me for a way-too-long minute.

“Things will be fine,” he finally says.

  I
scoff. “That’s it? That’s your big answer? Things will be fine? I’m sorry, but that doesn’t really answer anything.”

“Yes, things will be fine. You will come into work and do your job just like I’ll do mine. We’ll say hello to each other in the hall. We’ll act like professionals. We’ll make sure not to do anything to give anyone the idea that anything else might have happened.”

My throat burns. He’s had enough of me. So I’m right. His hunger has been satiated and now I’m being thrown to the side.

I lick my lips and look away. Well at least now I know. I can go into work on Monday without any expectations of a future between me and Gareth—or, as I plan to call him, Mr. DeLisle.

“Fine,” I answer through tight teeth. His words sting something awful, but I’ll die before letting him know.

“And then, come Monday night, I’ll take you out to one of the finest restaurants in the city, and then to dancing. Do you like salsa?”

My neck swivels so fast it nearly flies off my head. “Salsa?”

He nods. “Have you ever danced it?”

  “I, uh...”

“There’s a club in the lower east side. I’m going to take you there.”

  “I...”

He angles his face down to study me. “Say yes.”

I shut my eyes, lose myself in the darkness for a moment, then open them back up. Gareth is still where I left him, staring right at me.

God, I’ve been an idiot. I read into his words all wrong. I heard things he wasn’t even saying.

  I’m embarrassed beyond belief.

But Gareth doesn’t seem to care about my crazy behavior. He’s still here, asking me to go out with him Monday night.

And even though this is crazy, even though it’s the last thing I expected to happen tonight, I’d be insane to turn this guy down.

  “All right,” I rasp. “Yes.”

  Chapter 8

  Gareth

“There’s just one more thing,” I tell Raven. “Something to seal the deal with.”
