He wraps me in his arms. He's warm, his grip is tight and my bones and muscles relax in his hug. "Look," he says. "The twin moons are coming together. A season of change is upon us."
"I don't want anything to change," I sigh as I close my eyes. "Everything is perfect just the way it is."
"Yes," he says. "But change is good. Surprises are good."
"You've got me there," I grin.
"I love you, my Goddess. My Kennedy."
"I love you, my Garock."
He kisses me deeply, tasting every inch, and his hand moves to cup my stomach, over my womb. Watered with his seed, and I think, just a spark, that's all it takes, one spark of life. Indeed, I think to myself, change is good, and the thought stays with me all night as I watch the stars and lose myself in Garock's embrace.
