Small Town Seven: Reverse Harem Romance

“Great minds...” I stepped out of his truck and tilted my hat as I entered the store.
“You know it.” Steve smiled and walked towards the Cadillac.
There was a thump in my heart when I stared at the row of flowers. Steve had gotten a wildflower bouquet, but I wanted to give Samantha some roses. They had a bit of a price tag, but I didn’t care. I couldn’t believe how absolutely giddy I felt just standing in line with a dozen roses in my hand. I had never bought flowers for anyone before. I hadn’t even considered it. Romance was like a whole new world unfolding in front of me and I couldn’t wait to see the look on her face when we arrived. I paid for the flowers and walked back to Steve’s truck. It wasn’t a long drive to the house, but I pushed the pedal down to make sure I got there in record time. It wasn’t like I was going to get a ticket—Sheriff James was one of us and he wouldn’t pull over his brother’s truck anyway. I pulled up to the house and saw Samantha on the front porch, sitting on a swing that wasn’t there before. She was holding the bouquet Steve gave her, but when I stepped out with roses her eyes lit up and a gorgeous smile spread across her face.
“Thank you so much!” She took them in her hand and stood. “I love them.”
I pulled her into my arms and stared into her beautiful eyes. My lips were moving towards her before I even thought about the kiss and when I felt the passion on her lips, I wanted to take her upstairs. My cock sprang to life in a second, pressing against my jeans while our lips formed a perfect seal. The rest of the world just seemed to melt away with Samantha in my arms. All of the things that normally weighed so heavily on my mind just faded out of my subconscious. I squeezed her tight, pulled her against my chest and continued kissing her. The kiss lasted so long that I could feel my head getting dizzy before I finally pulled back. Samantha took a step and practically staggered, obviously reeling from the kiss as much as I was, but I pulled her close and wrapped my arms around her.
“I missed you.” I whispered softly into her ear.
“I can see.” She sighed and ran her fingers through my hair. “I missed you too.”
Chapter 13: Jesse
A few hours earlier
I couldn’t believe I was sitting in the same room with Axe Teller and an interrogation wasn’t underway. I was usually grilling him about something that could get him sent away when he was sitting across from me. There was still tension, even if the feud was essentially dead. Axe and I didn’t start out as bitter rivals, but when I put the badge on my chest, I had no choice but to hold him accountable for his actions. When he broke the law, I was there with handcuffs. It didn’t help his case that there really wasn’t any crime in Granite Falls unless he was the perpetrator. It was a peaceful life for the most part and when he was in prison, the only thing I had to respond to was lost puppies and the occasional rowdy group down at The Water Barn. If the state would have just put marijuana on the ballot, it would have made things easier. I hoped Axe would hold up his end of the deal and stay on the straight and narrow—for Samantha’s sake more than mine. If he didn’t, he would be disrespecting the very gift that Samantha had given me in exchange for peace.
“So why did you hate me so much, Jesse?” Axe reached for his beer and took a drink.
“It wasn’t hate.” I shook my head back and forth. “I’m the sheriff in Granite Falls. I can’t just let you break the law and get away with it.”
“I wasn’t hurting anyone. I didn’t sell to kids, not that there are many around here—most of my customers were old people who didn’t want to get doped up on prescriptions.” He let out a sigh. “I made money off of it, but I was trying to do it the right way.”
“There isn’t a right way when the law is involved. The law decides what is right and wrong, not you.” I narrowed my eyes at him. “That is why the two of us never could get along.”
“You won’t have to worry about it again.” He sipped his beer and put it back on the table. “I’m not going to do anything illegal.”
“I hope that’s true.” I sighed and shook my head. “I’m not going to keep a tab on you like I normally do, but if you get mixed up in that shit again, I will still have to arrest you. So you’re going to get a job and try to be a productive member of society?” I chuckled at the thought. “I don’t see that happening. I doubt anyone would hire you anyway...”
“What are we going to do about Granite Falls?” Axe folded his arms and leaned back in his chair.
“I’ve been thinking about that.” Mayor Danvers walked into the room from the kitchen. “Sorry to eavesdrop, but I couldn’t help but overhear.”
“This town is on life support.” Axe looked to him. “I mean, I love it to death and I don’t want to leave, but what happens in five years? Ten years? The school barely has enough students to afford turning on the lights. The factory is gone. Almost everyone who grows up here leaves...”
“Yeah...” I nodded in agreement with Axe—agreeing with Axe—that didn’t happen very often.
“I’m working on something, but you have to swear you won’t tell anyone except those of us that will be living in this house—agreed?” He looked to me and then to Axe.
“Yeah.” I nodded and Axe did as well.
“There is a fifty-mile stretch of highway between Granite Falls and the rest of the world. Most people don’t know this, but American Motors is looking at that stretch of land for a new plant. The biggest thing we need to get this town going again is jobs. The plant will bring a lot of jobs—and jobs bring people. I’ve been negotiating with them and we’ve got enough real estate to bring the plant to Granite Falls. At this point, I would practically give them the land if it would get the plant closer to us.” He reached up and scratched his head. “We just need permits and the state owns the land out by the highway, so they aren’t returning my calls.”
“Is there anything we can do to help?” Axe reached for his beer.
“Not unless you know someone on Capitol Hill.” Mayor Danvers exhaled sharply. “We need this...”
“You guys don’t know anyone on Capitol Hill?” Samantha walked down the stairs, her eyes still a little glazed over from spending most of the day in bed.
“Samantha!” I jumped to my feet. “Please have a seat, what do you want? Coffee—tea—soda?”
“Probably some coffee.” She rubbed her fingers across her eyes and yawned. “I need to wake up.”
“Right way.” I walked towards the kitchen and started a pot before returning to the room.
“So, anyway...” Mayor Danvers sighed. “I don’t want you to think I’m not trying. I don’t want word to get out and everyone to get their hopes up because it probably won’t happen. However, if they do build a plant here—even fifty miles away—it will attract some other businesses.”
“You can’t give up.” Samantha tilted her head. “I might know someone I can call.”
“Huh?” Mayor Danvers’ attention was instantly drawn to Samantha. “Who?”
“My father did some work for a guy named Charles Payne when I was younger. His daughter, Jennifer, and I went to the same college, so we hung out a lot. He’s a real estate developer and if memory serves me correct, he does a lot of work for the state. Let me give her a call when I get back home and see if she can talk to him.” Samantha nodded and smiled.
“Wait...” Axe leaned forward. “When you go back home? You’re leaving?”
“I’m definitely going to come back, but I do have to take care of some things at home before I can just move to Granite Falls permanently. I need more clothes than what I have in my suitcase.” She looked towards me when I entered the room with a cup of coffee.
“Speaking of things you need to do.” Mayor Danvers stood up and walked to his suit jacket that was hanging near the door. “I went ahead and took care of everything for your grandmother’s place. Just sign this paperwork and I’ll get it processed.” He dug into the pocket and returned with a rolled-up stack of papers.
“Thank you.” She smiled a
nd took them from him. “That’ll keep me from having to stop by the courthouse on my way out of town.”
“How long will you be gone?” Axe seemed to be fidgeting nervously and struggling with the news of her departure. I wanted her to stay, but I understood that she needed to get things in order at home.
“Just a couple of days at most. I have to deliver my grandmother’s ashes, give my father this paperwork, and make sure he’s going to be okay once I’m gone. I’ve been living with him since I graduated from college and he hasn’t been doing that great health wise.” She sighed and shook her head. “The doctor says he’ll recover, but I’m still worried.”
“Why don’t you bring him with you to Granite Falls? He could stay in your grandmother’s old house. Between the seven of us and you—plus Blue’s mom living next door—I’m sure we can make sure he’s well taken care of.” Mayor Danvers leaned forward and put his hand on Samantha’s knee. “You’re now a part of our family, which means your father is family too.”
“I’ll ask him.” Samantha’s face took on a look of concern after she pondered her response. “But I’m not sure he would approve of this—I still haven’t figured out what I’m going to tell him.”
“One of us could be your boyfriend in public—maybe even marry you. No one has to know what we’re doing behind closed doors.” I grinned and shrugged. “I’d be happy to marry you.”
“Telling him I’ve fallen for someone in Granite Falls might be a little easier to believe than telling him I just decided to move here. He grew up here, so he’s probably not going to believe I just decided to move here on my own.” She nodded. “Yeah, I think that could work.”
“I guess I should buy some rings.” I felt a bit of a flutter in my stomach.
“Luther’s a preacher—where is he anyway?” Samantha looked around the room.
“He had some things to attend to at the church to get ready for the next service. He’ll be back soon. Steve and Major still haven’t gotten back. Blue is outside hanging a swing on the porch if you didn’t notice the sound of a power tool in your ear.” I chuckled.
“I wondered what that was.” She nodded. “Well since Luther is a preacher, he could do the ceremony. We wouldn’t even have to file legal documents, we could just do the ceremony and put on a performance for my father and the rest of the town.”
“You don’t want to marry me for real?” I raised my eyebrows with sarcasm lacing my words. “I took your virginity, young lady. It is only right I should make an honest woman out of you.”
“You just want me barefoot and pregnant!” Her tone was sarcastic as well which caused Axe and Mayor Danvers to laugh.
“About that...” Axe’s tone got a little more serious. “We’re not exactly using protection here. Are you on the pill or anything?”
“I was a virgin until yesterday, so I haven’t exactly felt a need for birth control.” She raised her eyebrows. “Are you not going to care for a child that is one-seventh yours?”
“Did you expect more from a deadbeat?” I teased Axe who shot me an angry glare.
“I’m happy to raise any child that we are lucky enough to have join our family. I was just asking the question.” He continued his angry glare, but then his face relaxed into a smile.
“Do you guys want me to go on birth control? I’ve always wanted children, but it is probably far too soon for that.” Samantha bit down on her lip as if she was contemplating what she said.
“No, I don’t.” I shook my head. “I’m perfectly fine with children.”
“Me too.” Mayor Danvers nodded.
“Like I said, I’m happy to raise any child that we are lucky enough to have.” Axe picked up his beer and took a sip.
“Okay then, it’s settled.” Samantha’s face widened to a smile. I could tell she was happy with that news.
Chapter 14: Samantha
It had been a wonderful day, easily the most relaxing one I had been able to enjoy in months. The breakfast in bed, massage, and spa treatment was enough to get me going for a couple of hours, but I was still exhausted. They insisted that I take a nap and Blue even hung some quilts over the windows so the room was completely dark. I thought I was going to have trouble sleeping when I heard them downstairs working on the house, but the next thing I knew, my eyes were shut and I was dreaming. I woke up a couple of times but I had no idea how much time had passed with the light gone from the room so I ended up falling asleep. By the time I woke up and couldn’t realistically sleep any longer, I checked my social media accounts and ventured downstairs. After breaking the news to them that I had to go, Blue appeared and let me know the swing on the front porch was ready. I got to sit in it for a couple of hours and enjoy the scenery before Steve arrived with a bouquet of flowers. They were beautiful, but it was the roses Major brought that made me swoon—and that kiss—that kiss was incredible. When we finally broke from the embrace, my head was spinning. We walked inside and I could already smell dinner cooking.
“We will eat as soon as Luther gets back. I called the church and he said he would be leaving soon.” Jesse poked his head around the doorway and then immediately returned to tending whatever he was cooking.
“What can I get for you?” Axe stood up when I walked into the house, holding hands with Major.
“I think I’m good for now.” I smiled and walked over to the chair I seemed to always sit in when we were in the living room.
“Just let me know.” Axe took his seat and picked up his bottle of beer.
“You could get me a beer.” Major chuckled and stared at Axe.
“Get your own beer.” Axe scoffed and pointed to the kitchen.
As hungry as I was after sleeping straight through lunch, I was more excited about what I hoped would happen after dinner. My body had recovered for the most part after being pillaged by all seven of them the night before. My pussy was a little sore and my ass was tender—from being spanked and from being fucked. I was ready to have my world rocked again though. The number of orgasms I had definitely set a personal record and I was tingling just thinking about being ravished by them again. I would need one more night of bliss if I was going to head back home and get things set for my life in Granite Falls to officially begin. I hoped Jennifer’s father would know someone that could help with the American Motors plant. I liked the quaintness of Granite Falls, but it would be better if there was some good shopping nearby. The town also wasn’t going to survive if it didn’t get some new residents. Being able to bring a bit of stability to the town would be nice.
“I’m back...finally.” I heard Luther’s voice as the door opened.
“Welcome back!” I walked over and gave him a hug.
“Everyone here—we can eat.” Jesse called out from the kitchen.
“Is everything okay at the church?” I locked my arm around Luther’s as we walked towards the dining room table.
“Yeah, I just needed to prepare the sermon for Sunday and I picked up something special for later tonight.” He winked at me and pulled out my chair when we got to the table.
“Are you going to be up for another round tonight, Samantha?” Blue started putting food on my plate and looked at me with a devious grin on his face.
“Of course.” I returned his grin and wrinkled my nose. “I can’t get enough.”
“Good, because I’m eating your pussy for dessert.” Steve’s words were matter-of-fact without any hint of emotion in them.
“Oh really?” I raised my eyebrows. “You might be moving to the front of the line then.”
“I’ll take a spot anywhere in the line, but I would like to request alone time with you again.” Luther looked over his glass as he lifted it to take a sip. “I believe we have some naughty behavior to discuss.”
“Hmm.” I narrowed my eyes. “Well, I did sit around all day and do practically nothing—I didn’t even get out of bed for good until it was mid-afternoon.”
“Sloth...” Luther nodded. “That is one of the seven deadly
sins.”
“So is half the stuff we’re doing, preacher-man.” Jesse laughed. “I never expected you to be the one into sadomasochistic bondage crap.”
“We’re just exploring something that we both enjoy.” Luther pushed a fork into his food and took a bite.
“That’s all you.” Jesse swallowed a bite of food and chased it with beer. “I’m perfectly fine just having good old-fashioned fucking.”
“Ain’t that the truth.” Axe laughed and nodded in agreement.
Dinner ended and I returned to my chair in the living room. The guys stayed behind to clear the table and work on the dishes. Steve walked into the living room first and came over to where I was sitting. He dropped to his knees and reached for the button on the front of my jeans before I realized what was happening. I didn’t realize he intended to make my pussy dessert in the middle of the living room. He pulled them down my thighs and then reached for my panties. I lifted so he could slide them down as well. He carefully removed my shoes and then pulled my jeans completely off. His lips started moving up my legs, kissing and licking until he got to my inner thighs where they became a little more forceful. He wrapped his arms around my back and pulled me forward, pushing my legs apart once my pussy was almost against his lips. I had never felt a tongue on my pussy before so I was a bit anxious to find out if it was as amazing as everyone described. I was already tingling and I could feel my pussy wet with excitement. He extended his tongue and started moving it up my labia, pushing it apart slightly as he licked me.
