Ranger Lieutenant, abbreviated LT, usually called Lieutenant or LT. Lieutenants lead smaller elements of Rangers and perform the bulk of administrative work for the Rangers. They work directly with a captain, perform staff work at Ranger HQ’s, or command Ranger posts themselves. They oversee and administer training.
Ranger Sergeant, abbreviated SGT, usually called Sergeant or Sarge. Sergeants are experienced or talented Rangers that fulfill primary leadership duties in the field. Most sizable field elements are lead by Sergeants. Sergeants, along with corporals, perform the bulk of training duties.
Ranger Corporal, abbreviated CPL, usually called Corporal. Corporals are experienced or talented Rangers who are deemed able to lead small teams effectively.
Ranger, abbreviated RGR, the rank and file of the Freelands’ Ranger force. Rangers must be capable of working alone or in groups in an effective and professional manner.
