  About the Author

Olan Thorensen is a pen name for a long-time science fiction fan (emphasis on “long”) who has jumped into independent publication with all its pitfalls and unknowns. He thinks all colors go together: clash, what clash? A fan of Dilbert, Non Sequitur, Peanuts (even if old strips), and still thinks the end of The Far Side was a tragedy. In his youth, Olan served in the US Special Forces (Vietnam:SOG). He has a PhD in Genetics, around 200 science publications as author and co-author, and is a Fellow of the American Association for the Advancement of Science. The author lives in the Blue Ridge country of Virginia, and thinks it’s totally cool someone can read his stories and enjoy them. He loves fireflies, and thunderstorms, is eclectic in music, and thinks four seasons are better than one.

Please email any comments to olanthorensen@gmail.com or through the web site at olanthorensen.com where color maps of Anyar are available. He promises to read all emails, though he won’t be able to personally answer every one.

  Reviews

If you enjoyed the story of Yozef Kolsko, please leave a review and rating on appropriate venues, such as Amazon and Goodreads. For independent authors, personal recommendations are critical. It also relates to the synergistic relationship between authors and readers/listeners. If you enjoyed a story and would like more from an author, reviews/ratings increase the likelihood of future books.
