“Pleasure you?” Cain asked. “As I recall, you’re owed a punishment. What makes you think we’ll be pleasuring you, sweetheart?”

Dusty stuck her tongue out, huffing out a breath. She looked like a vengeful amazon, determined to destroy any who stood between herself and her prize.

She slammed her fist down on the bed. “Fine, I don’t need either of you. I can do it myself.” She widened her knees, bringing her finger down to her clit. Brynn quickly grabbed her hand, while Cain sat up.

“Oh no, that’s what got you in trouble in the first place, sweetheart. Brynn, looks like we’ve left her discipline for too long.”

  “She’s running wild,” Brynn agreed.

Cain shook his head. “We should have dealt with her first. Now she thinks she gets to come whenever she wants.”

Brynn clicked his tongue disapprovingly. “Such a naughty, naughty mate.”

“Stop teasing me,” she cried out as they stood and pulled her up. They quickly had her arms tied behind her back, her thighs spread. Cain shook his head when Brynn held up the blindfold.

“I think she should watch this time, don’t you?” Cain asked as he moved the mirror in front of Dusty.

She glared at them. “Don’t think I won’t get even for this.”

Cain chuckled and ran his hand down the side of Dusty’s face.

“Oh sweetheart, we’re counting on it.”

Dusty stared at herself in the mirror, unable to glance away. She was shocked by the flushed, wanton-looking woman staring back at her. Gone was the snarky exterior. Here she could let everything go and just enjoy herself, live in the moment, love the moment.

Two deeply tanned hands cupped her breasts. Cain’s head appeared over her shoulder, staring at her in the mirror. His mouth nipped along her neck. God she loved when he did that. The skin there was so delicate, sensitive, and it had a direct line to her clit. She attempted to move up and down, trying to rub her aching nipples against his palms but he held her still, chuckling at her moan of discontent.

“Oh baby, you’re never going to last, are you? Do you want to know what your punishment for coming without permission is?”

  She whimpered.

“I’ll take that as a yes.”

“First, Brynn is going to clamp these sweet nipples.”

Brynn held up two clamps, grinning wickedly. Dusty growled at him as Cain held one breast up and Brynn pinched her nipple. He attached the clamp and turned the screw, tightening it. She arched up at the slight pinch, which quickly morphed into pleasure. The next clamp went on and warmth spread through her body, swirling around her clit, settling deeply in her womb.

Cain’s mouth brushed her ear. “Now he’s going to kiss you, gorgeous.” With each word, heat tickled her skin, making her tremble.

Brynn took her mouth in a surge of heat. He nipped at her bottom lip until her mouth parted. He swept his tongue inside, teasing her wildly. As Brynn stepped back, pulling his mouth from hers, Dusty tried to follow but swayed unsteadily. Cain caught her.

“Easy, sweetheart. If your leg starts to hurt, let me know. Understand?”

He clasped her bottom and squeezed. His fingers dipped into her folds. She stared into the mirror, watching with a blush.

Cain chuckled. “Like the clamps, do you? I could practically drown in all this moisture.”

He sucked his fingers into his mouth. “Yummm, tastes so good. Now be a good girl for Brynn. He’s going to have a little play.” Cain drew back to stand beside the mirror, watching as Brynn moved in behind her.

Brynn attached some straps around her waist and thighs, nestling something hard against her clit.

She frowned. “What-ohh,” she moaned as the object resting against her clit vibrated.

“This is called a butterfly vibrator, hellcat, and I have the remote.” Brynn held up his hand. “I can turn it on, and off,” he demonstrated by turning it off and she panted as arousal coursed through her body, “as I want.”

He turned it on. It must have been adjustable because the intensity lowered to a light hum. Not enough to get her off.

Definitely enough to drive her insane.

“Now the good thing about this harness is that it has a dual purpose. It holds the tickler over your little clit and it’s going to hold this,” he held up a long, pink vibrator, “inside your pussy. This vibrator,” he pushed the toy up inside her pussy, “also has a remote. Guess who has it.”

She looked over at Cain, who held up a small black box. Dusty groaned as Brynn moved a strap over the end of the vibrator, locking it into place. It immediately hummed.

“Oh, oh, oh.” She wasn’t going to last.

Pleasure bathed her skin as she tried desperately to hold back her orgasm. She was so close. So close. Just as she thought she couldn’t hold back any longer, all vibration died. She fell forward. Brynn caught her, laying her back on the bed as she panted desperately for air, her body coated in a fine sheen of sweat. He undid her arms, retying them in front of her.

She was tied, filled and horny.

Both men sat on the bed.

Brynn grinned, winking, while Cain stared at her solemnly.

  “Now to have some fun.”

They tortured her, making her cry out, her heart race as they drove her up to the point of release, leaving her hanging every time, alternating vibrations until she was at the point of going insane.

Sometimes both items vibrated together. Those times she came so close to coming. Then all vibration stopped as they let her cool down, their hands and mouths worshipping her skin.

But then it started all over again until she was screaming, begging to be allowed her release.

“I think she deserves to come, don’t you?” Brynn murmured. Dusty gulped in air, her whole body one giant nerve, so sensitive she knew she couldn’t last much longer.

“I think you’re right,” Cain agreed. She whimpered in relief. Cain leaned over her. “Come, baby.”

The vibrators started up and she immediately fell over the edge. It was like nothing she’d ever experienced before—so shattering that she shuddered almost uncontrollably as she came.

Exhausted, Dusty sprawled bonelessly on the bed as her two men rose. Cain left the room, returning with a cloth to clean between her legs as Brynn untied her, rubbing her arms. Dusty just lay there, letting them take care of her.

They were so different, how was it possible for her to love for them both?

Brynn was full of wicked energy. He was just as dangerous as Cain, but he hid his deadliness behind a smooth manner and a sarcastic punch. He was pure sin. A cool drink of margarita on a hot summer’s day—beautiful to look at but with a sharp bite.

Cain wasn’t beautiful. He was too rough, his features too strong. All Alpha male. Calm on the outside but there was fire within. He was her glass of whiskey on a cool night, warming her up from the inside out, reaching places she never thought anyone would find. He never gave up, never gave in—just tackled each obstacle as they came with that methodical mind and a sure touch. He was her rock.

  They were her everything.

  Chapter Thirteen

Dusty yawned deeply as she walked into the kitchen the next morning. She searched around in the cupboard for her favorite cup. She’d awoken to an empty bed. Cain must have left for his shift.

“You look tired. Are you feeling all right?”

Dusty jumped and turned around to glare at Brynn. “Cowbell. As soon as I find one, you’re wearing it.”

He didn’t smile. In fact he was staring at her very seriously.

“There are dark circles under your eyes.”

Dusty knew what he was thinking and she really wasn’t in the mood. “I’m tired because two horny men kept me up most of the night. I’m also grouchy because I haven’t had my morning coffee. Where is my coffee cup, damn it!”

She knew she’d left it around here somewhere. When would she learn to put stuff away?

Brynn reached up and grabbed it s
traight away.

“Oh, thanks,” she said sheepishly and poured herself some thick, black caffeine, ignoring the stuff that sloshed over the side onto the counter.

“Ahh, that’s better. Now where were we? Oh yeah, I’m fine, Brynn. You haven’t drained me dry. I just need some more sleep. Want to join me?” She winked at him.

He wiped the spilled coffee from the counter.

“I can clean up after myself.”

He raised his eyebrow and she flushed.

“All right, so I’m not a neat freak like Cain, but I was going to wipe down the counter.” Eventually.

  Brynn shook his head.

Reaching out, she grabbed his hand. “Brynn, I feel fine. So I’m a bit tired. I think it’s understandable given everything we got up to last night. It is not because you took too much energy. So don’t freak out and run away like a little girl.”

Brynn narrowed his eyes at her. “A little girl,” he repeated silkily. She bit back a grin and stepped away.

Dusty held out a hand as he moved forward. “Hold it right there,” she ordered. “I have something I want to make crystal clear.”

He stilled, the teasing look in his eyes disappearing.

“We’ve had sex plenty of times and never once have you exhausted me.”

  He raised a brow.

“More than could be expected,” she admitted. “So I want you to stop worrying about hurting me. I am not fragile.”

“No, you’re not. But your life is very, very precious to me. I don’t know what I would do without you.”

“So stay here. You can’t be happy, traveling back and forth between here and Hell, living half a life.”

“It’s better than no life, which is what would happen if I killed the two of you. Look, my own, you’re not at full strength. Maybe once you are I’ll test your endurance but at the moment it has to be this way.” His voice was the sternest she’d ever heard it.

She threw her hands up. “I have an equal say in this.”

“I could drain you, kill you.”

“And I could get run over by a car tomorrow and die. You’re not going to hurt me, Brynn.” She cupped his face in her hands. “Think about it, all right? I just want you with us. I miss you when you’re gone.”

Brynn smiled down at her. “And I miss you, my own. More than you can ever know. But I would rather miss you and know you were safe than risk harming you in any way.”

She opened her mouth and he kissed her before she could talk.

She stared up at him, disgruntled. “You’re just as stubborn as Cain is, you know that, right?”

“Is that a compliment or insult?”

She snorted. “Why don’t you work it out.”

  * * * * *

Dusty sat in the enforcers’ headquarters. Nearly two weeks had passed since she and Cassie had been run off the road. It was time to act.

She glanced over at Laney, who was pale and tense. This couldn’t be good for the baby. Cooper sent his mate a look of concern and she knew he was thinking the same thing.

They needed to end this. Now.

“Right, so this is the plan,” Cooper began. “I’m going to hire a private plane. We’re going to make them believe that I’m sending Laney away to keep her safe. Tina, you’ll be wearing a wig, pretending to be Laney.”

“She’ll have to hunch over,” Dusty interjected. “You’ll all have to surround her thoroughly. She’s a lot taller than Laney.”

  Cooper nodded.

  “I should go,” Laney insisted.

Marcus and Reed scowled. Cooper shook his head. “No way. This is a trap, baby, and you are not going to be the bait. At least the real you won’t be. I simply won’t risk you.”

Dusty glanced at Laney, gauging her reaction.

The smaller woman narrowed her eyes, a clear promise of retribution in the depths of her gaze. Laney was no weakling. Hell, in some ways she was stronger than any of them. She was the only werewolf Dusty knew who’d been able to live away from a pack for any length time. Anyone else would have gone rogue.

If Cain had spoken to Dusty like that, she’d have his balls. Dusty stared up at Cain, who winked.

“I don’t see the advantage of using Tina. They could see through the disguise easily. If I go with you, I’ll have all of you to protect me. Here, I won’t be nearly as well guarded. You can’t leave a contingent of guards with me, you need them.”

“She’s right,” Dusty agreed. Laney turned to her, eyes widening with surprise.

“We’ll be leaving some guards.” Reed glared at them both. “They’ll be in the woods.”

Marcus leaned back in his chair. “And Dusty could stay in here with Laney. She can’t come with us, after all.”

The rejection was a slap in the face. She knew she wasn’t at full form, nowhere near it. But until now, no one had ever pointed out exactly how useless she was. She stared at the wall, determined not to let them see her shame.

“That’s an excellent idea,” Cooper spoke softly. “There’s no one I’d trust more than Dusty to protect my mate.” Dusty turned her head so quickly her vertebrae popped. Cooper nodded at her. He meant what he’d said. She let out a deep breath.

“So let’s go over the rest of the plan. We expect they’ll try for us at the hangar. We chose this airport because it’s small and not used often. Enforcers will be hidden, surrounding the place.” Cooper pointed to different spots on the large map. “We’ll wait for them to show their hand then move in on them.”

“A lot of this plan rests on the assumption that they’re watching us,” Marcus pointed out. “That they’ll follow Cooper and Laney and try to take Laney. It doesn’t actually give them much time to set things up. What if they don’t follow you?”

Cooper frowned. “We need to let them know what we’re doing somehow.”

“What if someone lets it slip around Landon that Laney is going away on a holiday?” Dusty suggested.

“Would they believe that? That we’re suddenly letting pack information slip?” Reed shook his head, disapproving.

“They would if it came from someone who’d had a few drinks. Someone who liked to get rolling drunk in town and was perhaps a little bitter at being left out.”

Everyone stared at Dusty thoughtfully. Cain narrowed his gaze and she tensed, waiting for his objection, but it never came.

  She relaxed as Cooper nodded.

“I like it. Let’s do it.”

By the time they’d hashed out some details, three hours had passed and Dusty was exhausted. It was a relief to let Cain drive home. Although she would have found it much more relaxing if he’d said something. Anything. She’d expected him to start chewing her out the moment they were alone but he’d remained silent, almost pensive.

He pulled up outside his house. Dusty followed him inside, tugged off her sweater and threw it down as she lay on the sofa with a plop.

  “Okay, let me have it.”

“What?” Cain replied as he picked her sweater up off the floor. She sighed. She really was going to have to try to pick up after herself. It must be driving Cain insane. And Brynn was nearly as tidy as Cain.

“Sorry,” she said, snatching the sweater out of his hand before he could fold it up and put it away. “I’ll try to be tidier.”

  “Hmm?” He looked around distractedly.

“Hey, earth to Cain, you paying any attention to me?”

Now he looked at her properly. He shook his head. “Sorry, sweetheart, I was thinking.”

“I can see that. What’s wrong? I thought you’d start in on me as soon as we left headquarters.”

  His gaze cleared, sharpening. “Why?”

“About volunteering to go into Landon by myself and spread the word.”

  “Oh that.”

“Yeah that.” She didn’t want him lecturing her, yet this lack of interest was really unlike him.

“I think it’s a good idea. Anyone else would stand out if they suddenly started getting drunk in
town. And it’s not like you’ll actually be alone, will you?”

He looked into the corner where Brynn suddenly appeared.

“No, she won’t.” Brynn winked at Dusty.

“You knew he was at the meeting?” she asked Cain. She’d known Brynn was there, but hadn’t realized Cain did.

“Yep, knew the nosy demon wouldn’t be able to stay away.”

“I prefer the word inquisitive.” Brynn walked over and placed a kiss on her forehead. His lips were cool. Low in her stomach, arousal stirred. Reaching up, she pulled him down for a real kiss, deep and hungry.

Brynn pulled away and cupped her cheek with his palm. “Hold that thought, my own.” Pulling up her legs, he sat beside her, settling her legs back down on his lap. He turned to look at Cain with a frown.

  “What’s wrong?”

Dusty stared over at Cain, who sighed and turned to look at them.

“I have a bad feeling about all of this, that’s all.”

“I’m pretty sure we can handle ourselves in town.” Brynn’s voice had taken a hard tone she’d rarely heard.

“What?” Cain looked at him as if he were crazy. He waved his hand. “Not that, I’m not worried about you two. Well, you know, I always worry a little, but not really. The pair of you can handle anything that comes your way. No, this plan, it’s so simple, it’s too easy.”

“Best plan is a simple plan.” Brynn squeezed Dusty’s hand, relaxing back against the sofa. She sensed his surprise at Cain’s agitation.

“I know, I know, but there is something we’re missing in all of this. I can’t put my finger on it but it makes me very uneasy.” Cain turned to them then shook his head. “Maybe I’m just overthinking this. You’ll be careful?” he asked Dusty. She nodded, sitting up.

  “I will. I promise.”

She cuddled into Brynn, frowning at how chilled he was.

  “You’re cold. You need energy.”

  “I’m fine.”

She rolled against his body, brushing her breasts against his chest.

“Brynn,” she said huskily, “are you going to turn me down?” She licked her lips, nearly smiling at the way his gaze was caught. His cock swelled against her stomach.
