“Fuck. That was hot,” Zachary whispered. “Shit. You’re so good at that, Celeste. Can’t wait ‘til I have my cock in your mouth next.”

Zachary’s words created a pool of wetness between my thighs, as something clenched hard beneath my stomach. I couldn’t wait for Zachary’s cock to be in my mouth either, but first I needed to get myself settled onto Benjamin. I threw my legs over Benjamin’s waist, as I slid down far enough for his cock to meet the entrance of my pussy.

I pressed down onto him even further, letting his huge cock slide right into me, already wet enough to take all of him in. I shivered as I sat on his perfect cock, the electric shocks threatening to take me right over the edge.

“Are you okay?” Benjamin asked from underneath me.

“Yes. I mean, no,” I admitted. “Honestly, I think if I start to move I’m going to come, Benjie. Everything just feels too good.”

“Then come.” Benjamin smiled, before he started to push his hips up towards me.

With just a few thrusts from him, I was a goner. I came against him hard, as I whimpered through it all.

“Now, ride me for real.” Benjamin smirked up at me. “You should be able to last a little longer now, right? Since you already came.”

“I should be able to, but with all this—” My sentence was cut off by the feel of Zachary’s cock pushing its way inside of my mouth.

“Sorry. Couldn’t wait,” Zachary explained. “If I stayed back there to watch, I would’ve blown my load way too early.”

  It’s okay.

I wanted to tell him, but I knew that it would’ve just come out all muffled anyway. I began to bob my head up and down Zachary’s shaft, as I rocked my hips against Benjamin at the same time.

  Fuck.

The taste of Zachary’s cock in my mouth, the feel of Benjamin underneath me...

It felt so good that I almost wanted to cry.

I tried to keep my focus on the task at hand, soon bringing my palms towards Zachary’s sides for some sense of balance. I knew that if I didn’t get a grip on something right at that moment, that my legs were going to give out from shivering and shaking.

I wasn’t keeping track anymore of how often the shocks moved through me, setting off waves of pleasure against my skin. I just knew that every time I came, my pussy would clench around Benjamin, and he’d shudder in response. I thought that he had maybe shuddered a few times by now, but I wasn’t sure if it’d been three times or five.

I didn’t think it really mattered, anyway. We weren’t going to stop, not until I was glowing.

I heard a familiar cough, and I cracked open an eye to spot Charlie standing beside Zachary’s frame. “Sorry. Shit. I don’t even know how to say—Uh, I think I’m supposed to be getting a handjob?”

  Shit.

I’d forgotten all about Charlie. Not on purpose, but with the way the sparks were setting off all over me, I could barely tell that I was even in my own body. It felt like I’d ascended to some other planet, somewhere where pleasure was embedded beneath my bones.

I moved my mouth away from Zachary’s cock, just long enough to lick the palm of my hand. I brought that hand up to Charlie’s shaft, before I began to pump it. My mouth went back to sucking off Zachary, moving in time with my palm against Charlie.

Benjamin continued to groan, as my hips kept up a steady pace.

A few moments later, I felt Benjamin’s hips thrust upwards with a sense of finality, and I knew that he’d finished inside of me. I shifted my hips away from him, not wanting to keep riding him once he was already so sensitive, and Benjamin casually rolled away from me too.

Zachary pulled his cock out of my mouth, as he eyed me up and down. “Is it my turn now?”

I nodded, before I looked over at Charlie. “You can put your cock in my mouth now, if you want.”

“I do want.” Charlie smiled, taking a few steps to his left, his cock settled into place before me. I waited until Zachary slid down towards the floor, pushing up my hips and bringing my pussy back down onto his cock.

Once Zachary was securely inside of me, his hands gripped onto my waist and controlling the movement of my hips against his own, I took Charlie’s cock into my mouth.

Zachary didn’t fuck me like Benjamin did. Benjamin’s motions tended to have a sense of sweetness about them, as if even during sex, he was only concerned about what I wanted and when I wanted it done. With Zachary, he fucked me like he needed it, like he was going to die if he didn’t get inside of me. It was urgent and it was fucking hot, making me feel like I was the most beautiful woman on the planet.

And Charlie? Charlie fucked me like I was his first love. It wasn’t urgent like Zachary or super-sweet like Benjamin. Charlie fucked me like we had all the time in the world, like we were going to be together for the rest of our lives.

My heart warmed at the memory, as I continued to suck him off. Charlie groaned above me, his hand soon finding my hair, and gently twisting his fingers beneath the strands. Zachary pushed and pulled me where he wanted me to go, making me whimper and moan as his cock pressed up against my g-spot, over and over.

When I came against Zachary, I knew I was done for the day. My body felt like it’d finally reached its limit, my throat feeling sore from having to suppress my screams of pleasure. Zachary finished inside of me right afterwards, his grip still tight on my waist. He then moved away from me too, but not before playfully slapping me right on the ass.

“Fuck, Celeste. You got me again.” Zachary smirked.

I jokingly rolled my eyes, but I didn’t respond with my words. I was still working on Charlie, wanting him to spurt his cum right down my throat. It only took my tongue swirling along his shaft a few more times, and then he came between my lips. I swallowed every drop, making sure to look up at him as I did.

“I love you, Celeste,” Charlie whispered, when all was said and done.

“I love you, too,” I whispered right back, a smile then appearing on my face.

“You’re glowing,” Zachary remarked. “You’re glowing all over.”

I looked down at my skin, taking in my now golden complexion. The glow seemed to start at my palms and work its outwards, then leading to my arms and chest and stomach and legs. The glow was everywhere, and it came with a beautiful warmth.

“Okay,” I nodded. “Let’s see what I can do.”

“Are you sure we should be doing this?” Charlie had a concerned look on his face, as he glanced around the rooftop. “Are we even supposed to be up here?”

“No, but Micah is keeping lookout,” Benjamin replied.

“You know, I’m really starting to like that guy.” Zachary chuckled. “Why don’t we hang out with him more?”

“Oh, I don’t know, Zachary, probably because we’re trying to save the world.” Benjamin sighed. “Now, Celeste, it was written that when Michael was able to use God’s gift, he had the ability to do things that other angels could not.”

“Things like what?” I asked, as I stared down at the ground below. “I never thought about how high up we were last time, Benjie.”

“You’ve been up here before?” Charlie asked.

“For our first date,” Benjamin admitted.

“What? You two are going out on dates?” Zachary’s head whipped back towards Benjamin. “Ah, man. No wonder she likes you best.”

“She doesn’t like me best. She doesn’t like anyone best.”

“Eh. You’re right about one thing. She doesn’t like you best. She likes Charlie best.” Zachary grinned. “And then, you and then me. I’m not upset about it. I know my place in this.”

“You don’t have places. That’s not how this works.” I kept my attention on the grass at the very, very bottom of this very, very tall building. “What was Michael able to do, Benjie?”

“Well, it was written that he could fall from heights like this one, and not perish.”

I turned to look at Benjamin. “Wait. You want me to...jump?”

  “It
’s the only way to find out if Michael’s gifts apply to you,” Benjamin continued. “Of course, we will all pray over you once you land, assuming that the fall injures you greatly. However, with your training, you should know how to land from a height such as this one.”

“Yeah, I haven’t gotten around to learning how to fall to my death, just yet.” I laughed, trying to cover up the fact that I was terrified. “So, what? You just want me to—Shit!”

I screamed, and in the split second before my feet were off the building, I saw Zachary shrug out of the corner of my eye.

  He must’ve just pushed me.

  Asshole.

As I hurtled toward the ground, I came to several realizations. The first was that I definitely didn’t have Michael’s powers, since I felt absolutely nothing standing between me and certain death. The second was that I probably should’ve traveled more, as I was hit with a wave of regret as I thought back on how little I’d left the city. The third thing I realized was that I truly did care for each one of them, Charlie, Benjamin and Zachary, and if I died right now, it was really going to suck to be separated from them in the afterlife.

I closed my eyes, as the ground only got closer and closer. And then, I braced myself for the painful impact.

Except, the painful impact never came. I opened one of my eyes, and I was greeted with the sight of grass, a few inches away from my face.

  Huh?

Had I somehow frozen time to stop my fall? I couldn’t imagine that God would’ve bestowed Michael with that much power, but maybe he had.

“Celeste!” It was Charlie’s voice, calling from somewhere up ahead. “Celeste! Holy shit!”

  “What?”

  “Come back up here!”

“I don’t think I can,” I replied, still stuck in place right in front of the grass.

  “Just try!” Charlie called again.

I wanted to shrug, but I didn’t know if shrugging would end with my face planted onto the ground. Instead, I thought about going up and up and up. I thought about the clouds and the night sky and Benjamin’s spyglass and being able to see the universe all at once.

And before I knew it, I was moving away from the grass, back towards the rooftop of the main building. I continued to move upward, unsure of how I was doing it, but grateful that I hadn’t fallen to my death tonight. Once I reached the rooftop, I twisted my body around to face the guys, who looked at me with a mixture of shock and amazement in their eyes.

“What? What is it?” I asked, confused about the expressions on their faces. “Wait. Did I really stop time or something? Holy shit. Did I go through time?”

“No.” Benjamin shook his head. “Celeste, you’re flying.”

“I’m flying?” I spared a look towards my back, but I couldn’t see anything.

  Oh, right.

I wasn’t able to see my own wings, not even if I’d tried. It was part of being Lucifer’s daughter, I guess, unable to tell the difference between angels and non-angels, since if Lucifer came across an angel, there was no telling what he might do to one.

“Yeah. You’re fucking flying.” Zachary clapped his hands together, before he let out a shout. “You’re fucking flying!”

“I’ve never seen an angel do that before,” Benjamin marveled. “I knew it was possible, but you have to have the highest of blessings—”

“Can you come back onto the roof? Before your power wears off or whatever?” Charlie asked. “I just want to make sure don’t get hurt.”

“Oh. Right.” I nodded in agreement with Charlie, before directing myself back toward the rooftop. I softly landed on my feet, looking between the rest of the guys. “Cool. I can fly. What else could Michael do?”

Charlie, Benjamin, Zachary and I walked into the local animal hospital, all of us following right behind each other. I’d decided to wear shades, unsure of if I’d be recognized back in the city. It wasn’t like I spent a lot of time hanging around animal hospitals, but I didn’t want anyone to recognize me from my life as a bartender.

Besides, I wouldn’t even know what to say if someone did. I didn’t want to talk about Garry’s Funhouse, and I certainly didn’t want to talk about Garry. As we moved throughout the building, I quietly hoped and prayed that I wouldn’t have to have any awkward conversations.

“Good afternoon! May I help you?” A sweet woman at the front desk greeted us all.

“Yeah, uh, I was here about the foster program?” I asked. “The one where people can take an animal home, who might need to recover from surgery, stuff like that?”

“Oh, yes. Of course.” The woman beamed, before she pointed a finger down the hall. “Just go down that way. We have our furry friends who need a home out for your choosing. All we’ll need from you is a one-hundred-dollar processing fee and to fill out this application. We’ll need a good phone number and an address in the city, too. No P.O. boxes, please.”

“Got it.” I took some cash out of my pocket, before I placed it down on her desk. “I’ll fill out the application afterward, if that’s all right with you.”

“It’s fine.” She nodded. “Just let me know when you’re ready and I’ll break out a pen.”

“This might not work,” I muttered, as I looked around at all the animals in their pens. “I’ve never even tried something like this before, and it’s been hours since I got all glow-y.”

“The power should last, at least for a day. Maybe more, when you learn how to control it,” Benjamin explained. “Just try to focus, okay? And we’ll be right here to support you.”

I nodded over at Benjamin, before I folded my arms against my chest. I closed my eyes, before whispering a small prayer, “Sana eam.”

I waited to feel something different in my veins. I waited for the golden glow to radiate somehow, letting me know that it was working. However, just like when I was apparently flying, I didn’t feel anything different in my body.

I opened my eyes, as I looked around the room. I couldn’t visibly see a difference in any of the animals, not at first. That’s when I realized that the room had suddenly gotten a lot quieter, with no more of the poor animals screeching in pain or producing sad, defeated sounds.

“I think you did it,” Benjamin replied.

“Yeah, but how do you know for sure?”

“Look.” Charlie patted me on the shoulder, as he pointed out a beige cat, with a cast on its leg. The cat was casually using its leg to stand, as it gave me a curious look. “It worked, Celeste. You healed them. All of them.”

“Whoa.” I took in the potential reality, as a slight shiver went through my spine. I briefly wondered if I had both sides of a power like this, if I was able to hurt living things, just as much as I could heal them. I wondered if it was possible that Trinity had the same access to a power like mine, and the shiver turned into a full body shudder.

“Are you all right?” Zachary asked. “Or are you just cold or something? Although, I don’t see how that’s possible, with that jacket you’re always wearing.”

“I’m fine. This is just...a lot,” I admitted. “I don’t really know what I’m supposed to be doing with all this. I mean yeah, I’m eventually supposed to save the world or stop demons or—”

“Ah!” The woman at the front desk let out a small cry. “Not again.”

“Give me one second,” I directed my words towards the guys, before I jogged back up towards the front desk. “Hey. Is everything okay?”

“Ah, it’s nothing. Just my hands,” she explained. “Carpal tunnel. Twenty years as a secretary will do that to you.”

“You’ve been working here for the last twenty years?”

“Yes.” She smiled again. “It’s funny. I actually went to school and got a master’s in business administration but after one visit to this place, I just couldn’t let it go. And then, the old secretary quit, and I couldn’t have been happier to fill her place. I just wanted to do something good for the world, you know? And then I fell in love with it.”

“Being a secretary?”

“No. Helping people. Doing good in the world.” She lightly chuckled. “If you’re not careful, it can be addictive. But I think it’s the one thing that it’s okay to be addicted to. Now, if you’ll excuse me...”

The woman’s words trailed off, as she reached below her desk and pulled out what looked like a cast for her wrist.

“You’re not going to need that for much longer,” I replied, completely off the cuff.

  “Oh? I’m not?”

“No,” I answered. “Because I’m going to pray for you.”

“Ah, well. That’s sweet of you.” The woman slipped her hand into the cast, as she slightly winced with pain. “From your mouth, to God’s ears.”

“Yeah, I think that’s how it works.” I smiled down at her, before I whispered under my breath. “Sana eam.”

I headed back towards the guys, who were still standing in the center of the foster pet area. “Okay. I think I know what I’m supposed to be doing.”

“And what are you supposed to be doing?” Benjamin asked.

“As much as I possibly can.” I smiled back at the guys, as the possibilities danced through my head.
