I never knew that Mom was the type to say something so unorthodox, like there seems to be a dark logic behind it, Hitachi thought, walking casually behind the other two.

  ***

Shizuka had recently returned from the Northern Coast of the Intoxian Army, planning her strategy as well for next month and planning to create a special training system for her warriors, Lola, Tornado and Brook's Facilities. Her temple was no longer in pain, and she managed to recharge her mentality.

Black seems to undergo a startling alternation for Crystal.'s future Like. He would have been kidnapped her long ago as a younger child, but I guess fifteen years was more than enough for his plot to be set. Like, there's no limits to what a person is capable of doing. All that turmoil and mental images Crystal's has had when she was being abused by her peers, I'm more than certain that Black is determined to do whatever it takes to hurt her, Shizuka's thoughts on Black's actions and potential for manipulation is more than what she can clearly handle.

The Western Coast of the Intoxian Army had always been in second to the Northern Coast. Hence that both General have a great deal of respect for one another, it's the dislikes that each leader have with each other. The Western Coast was designed nearly half a decade after the Nothern Coast was created. The first General to take heed of the General of that coast was none other than Sayomi Poison of the Poison Bloodline.

The building was around twenty-five stories high. The accumulated number of soldiers are over seven-million in total.

I need to come up with a decent plan myself. It's been a while since I was able to do so. Now, I need to try and get to Lola's general level for that way we'd be even in combining both our plans without having a conflict of agreements, Shizuka went into her upstairs General room, which is highly recognizable to Lola's General office. She went into the direction of her closet to pick up her evening gown before heading upstairs to the restroom to shower. She placed her nighttime attire on the mattress as she claimed her towel and went up the stairs.

Two minutes later, Shizuka had approached the restroom with her red hair deforming from a pony-tail to long hair. She took off her bra and panties before stepping into the shower.

Oh, well, I'll just have to be patient. It's the only way in how I can concentrate the proper way in how I can set up a better system to have my warriors and everyone else join alongside as well, Shizuka thought mentally as she closed the door and begun to wash herself from bottom to top.

"Black, when can I get started?" Crystal as she stated looked on at Black, who was had finished talking with the Gurasa Knights and the Akuma Beasts; five of both races had all came together to speak with the Reaper and was unaware of Crystal.

Black's hearing caught the youngest disciple's words as he continued onward, so she was mature enough to wait for him to finish.

"Crystal, I'll begin training you in another hour or so, I need for you to wait once I'm done," Black had ordered without gawking down at her. "Now, like I was saying. We need to use both the power of the Sheruga DNA and the Aruba booklets that were written and illustrated by Diamond Aruba herself. Hence that the young lady right here is the final puzzle piece to solving our problems."

The male head-master of the Gurasa Knights, Yumiko Poison, replied, "I see. I thought that the Aruba Beast wasn't meant to be revived until next month. I do understand that you're anxious to witness its' divine appearance and learning the philosophy it holds, but need I remind you that it's also dangerous for you to use a gal's lack of usage of the Diary Symbols to trigger the reanimation of the Beast?"

"According to my logic, fifteen years may not seem like a long time when you're wasting it, but need I remind you that its' worth it. I don't need to repeat myself because of the way in how I do things," Black retorted a bit ferociously. "Maybe you should think about the things you're saying before you judge my capabilities."

"Then you were more than a fool to think that I'd be working underneath you. Sure you've managed to do something very foolish back in your time, but I must refresh your memory into saying that you just be sure that you have exactly what we all came here for," Yumiko replied with his arms crossed.

"Gentlemen, enough of this nonsense. It isn't worth it. We have more vital things that we need to worry about," a male head-master of the Akuma Beasts, Mikeru Amili uttered. "There's only a few Avarian Beasts on this planet that still lives on, but are cloaked in different corners. We'll seek them out once we've dealt with the Aruba Beast."

Traumatized at what she's hearing, it struck a nerve in her heart that neither of the three creatures were to be fooled around with. Hence that those who were foolish or brave enough to stand up to Black would pay the price.

I'm feeling a bit nervous about this. I would try to make a run for it, but then it'll just be pointless. Crystal's mind had been stuck on when can Black reveal some dark stories about Diamond.

Working up the courage to ask Black unexpected questions that he's willing to answer, Crystal remained still as she listened on.

"Do you have the Formula for the Gurasa Wolf Spirits?" Yumiko asked with somewhat of an unexpected tone. "It's only possible that we'll need to complete the experiment we've been working on for the longest time."

"I've been aware of you and your family's project and history. In exchange of staying here for the next month to witness the Aruba Beast's apperance, I'm more than certain that we'd be able to learn more about these Avarian Beasts when we get to see it," Black claimed, walking over toward Crystal as he placed his skeletal hand on her skull.

For an odd reason, Crystal's body felt physically calm as her eyes closed quickly as her body shivered from her arms down to her legs. Black had allowed his hand to slide down to her shoulders.

"Crystal, we'll begin our training in about thirty minutes, so I need you to get dress behind that door over there and don't come out until I say so," Black spread his right hand out with black and red sparkles spilling from his hand as a sudden dark color of a Bloodlust Revelation trainee outfit was summoned.

In terms of the outfit was the color of a samurai-like outfit with medium-sized collars unfolded and stretched out. Black long boots that were fitting for Crystal a symbol of a reaper holding a scythe in its' grasp on the back of the topping.

"I know it may seem somewhat difficult for you to understand, but trust me. This training method will help prove not only your intellects, strength and speed, but also your mentality and capabilities as an Aruba and what the Nature of that bloodline holds."

"Black, I have one thing that I'm desperate to know," Crystal's heart had encouraged her to ask the most difficult thing Lola would always keep dodging. "Diamond Aruba, Lola's told me that she birthed a child fifteen years ago. I'm scared to know the truth because I don't know how to react to it because of the mythical legend of a woman that I share a family-line with."

"What are you trying to ask of me?" Black bend down on his knees again before Crystal. "Wait. I know what you must know. I feel as if you have the right to know, now. Since you're mature, but incapable of handling the harshest truth in the history of your family's history."

"What question is that?" Crystal's was on the verge of tears bleeding from her ocean blue eyes. "I must know, Black. I beg of you to do something that Lola wasn't brave enough to do."

"Then here's what you're going to hear, Crystal. I know the connection between you and Diamond Aruba. Lola never told you the full detailed story about what had happened," Black's voice begun to fade away with everything going pitch black.

The words Crystal had heard that made her drown her clothes from her arms and down to the ground when Black spoke harshly. He knew that telling her would be the final nail in the coffin for her to bewildered tragically. Her knees were growing too weak for her to stand properly.

"Black," Crystal's choice of words were as if they're stuck in quicksand, just being suffocated by the extracting strength of the sand. "Black. I-- I ca-- I don't--"

  "B
elieve it?" Black hoisted the child's head up by her chin. "And why don't you believe it, exactly?"

"Wha-ha-ha-ha-ha-at?" Hitachi, Alex and Sonya's nerves had spun their minds upside down after hearing something Lola didn't want to explain about why she's always been expecting herself to keep for the Nature of the Aruba family and the conection between herself and the former Core General.

Tornado didn't know what else to add after the convient twist that made the three of them understand why Crystal's always so calm and understanding.

"Yes, up to this very day, I haven't told her the truth. There are some things in life that I'm not brave or crazy enough to say that could easily fuck up her childhood. That's something you all must understand that this is now a life or death situation," Lola clarified, trying her best to end all the conflict. "Crystal's life is on the line and they're going to do whatever it takes to steal it from her. Sonya, Alex, Hitachi, do you all feel that you clearly regret your abusive abilities towards her?"

Sonya was struggling the most to get an answer out and didn't know what kind of reaction she's getting from the others. Her aquarium-blue hair blocked out her whole face and didn't realize how much she's hurt a fellow comrade and classmate to the extent.

"Sonya," Lola saw a concerned and angry Sonya's expression. She knew what it was, even though the Amili gal tried her best to sugar-coat, it didn't work very well. "Look at me, Sonya."

She placed her right hand on the girl's left shoulder and knew she had to contain her anger, as always. It didn't seem as simple as she had hoped.

  "This is se--"

"I don't care. It's not like we're the ones you've worry about very often. Who cares what's happened to her?"

Alex was emotionless, not too concerned about their problems; too blinded by the frustration they've both dealt with as Crystal constantly always stayed at the top of Lola's 'favorite' list.

"You always make us feel as if there's something wrong with us being around you. Why don't you go and save Crystal then for all we cared?" Alex enraged with his arm swatting to the right.

Lola felt the disbelief in her heart, even though it's pitiful for her to realize that she's always taken Crystal side, based off the girl's actions and personality.

"I can't believe that just because she's someone important to you, that makes us three feel a certain way," Sonya replied hatefully with searing blood boiling in her veins. "I hate that girl. I hate her!"

Lola begun to understand how Sonya felt. She realized that they've all torn themselves one new asshole after another and still not a single term or inspirational praise from the General herself.

"Sonya, you don't mean it," Lola placed her hand back onto her shoulder. "I know that you were all determined to get my attention and that's something that I failed to realize."

"Well, you can save the apology for whenever Crystal understands us as well," Sonya bellowed, releasing all her emotions. "I can't stand the sight of her anymore. I fucking want her dead!"

Lola's face went black, feeling Sonya's body bumping passed the Core General. She ran down in the opposing direction and believed the reality of what she said. The psychological turmoil and rage that's been bottled up in her heart had broke in two with liquid of dark emotions spilling in every fiber of her body.

Hitachi and Alex went out after the Amili blue-haired to consult her.

Tornado on the other hand turned his back in their direction and saw Lola on the ground, looking in shame and guilt. The pressure had taken its' toll upon her as she stood casually. Looking at a broken arm of hers she thought of talking with Tornado.

"Sonya hates me now," Lola accused herself with how Sonya felt. "All that anger, came out when she thought that if it she's no longer important."

"Lola, I'm a three-decade plus General and I know the difference between anger and hatred. She may be angry with you, but it's difficult for a child to hate someone they've considered as their mentor and family," Tornado walked up toward Lola as he told her to sit down on the ground of the hallway. "You need to understand that she was wrong for wishing death on a new recruit that joined recently. But she needs to understand that there's no limits that she has love for you and Crystal. She was just trying to get you to acknowledge her skills. Every child has potential."

The hallways went into clear silence as Tornado continued to make Lola understand what it means to be a mentor and an inspiration to everyone.

"You've taken your distaste and mistreatment for those three way too far and at some point, there has to be a breaking point for either of them. And Sonya was the first to release that anger and took it out on you because she knew you were being scandalous as hell," Tornado stood on all four paws. "Stop making Crystal look so self-absorbed or else everyone is going to turn their backs on you, one way or another. You owe those three an apology."

"Are you kidding, Tornado? After what Sonya just said. Now she's really pushed all my buttons into wanting to hurt her," Lola snapped indiscriminately, lacking the strength properly due to her injury.

"That's what happens to people with strong personalities, they become so blinded and persistent into messing up the lives of those who no longer wants anything to do with their problems. Stop using a fifteen year-old to serve as your emotional therapist whenever you're around her," Tornado placed Lola back down, but pressured his paw on her injured shoulder. She yelped in pain but the Poison canine gave a damn less. "I'm determined to help you get your priorities straight, but I can't do that if you don't start making selfless decisions."

  "Shut up, Tornado. Shut up!"

"Ah, I see why you're trying to tell me to keep my mouth shut, to run away from the truth, huh? That's how pathetic and ill-tempered you are," Tornado quoted, standing his ground and not backing away.

"I swear on the light of Diamond, Tornado. Don't give me no lecture of how to be a character or how to have it like you're the smartest mutt in the world," Tornado's paw ram across Lola's right jaw.

"Who do you think you talking to?" Tornado graspsed Lola's face, forcing her eyes to stay focused on him. "Don't look down at the ground, look another person the damn eyes."

Lola seemed defenseless for a split second, that is until she retailated, "Why should I listen to you or anyone else?"

"Because the truth will be the only thing that gets all your emotions off your chest and not bottle it up so long that everyone will start evicting themselves away from you. When you have that level of anger then no one wants to be around you anymore, not even friends, family, collegues, not a single soul will take anymore of it," Tornado said.

"Then they can leave and I can take on the world on my own," Lola heavily swatted Tornado's paw away from her face and towered the Poison General. "I have my own problems to deal with."

"Not only are you narcisstic as hell, but you have a lot of anger management issues to deal with. Point blank. Maybe you've wasted your time in taking on the most powerful title on the face of this planet; The Core General of the Intoxian Army," Tornado stated in frustration. "I'll see you around, I'm done with this conversation."

"Well, I'm not, get back over here, now," Lola ordered.

Tornado continuously took his leave and not worried about Lola's anger or what she'd do to those who disobeyed her. Unfortunately for a creature that's ahead of by over twenty-nine years ahead of age, it wasn't respectful of Lola to disrespecting her elders. He went down in the direction to where Hitachi and the others had rushed to find Sonya.

"You owe your son, Sonya and Alex childhoods; rather you like it or not. You're going to improve yourself," Tornado said, but heard something far more ridiculous than his ears could understand.

"I owe nobody a damn thing," Lola stood silently and didn't bother changing the tone in her voice.

"I feel sorry for you," Tornado stated, ending their conversation. "I think it's best if you stayed here and allow Shizuka and I to train them for next month's mission. Remember that."

  "The hell with you
and everyone else, I'll go and rescue Crystal on my own. I never needed anyone's help anyway," Lola said relentlessly, trailing went in the opposite direction and retreated back to her office to regain her conscious thoughts and mentality.

Suddenly a flash of light surged through her mind as she closed both eyes and relived the tragic night she had to endure.

  ***

(Small portion of Lola's horrible night)

Stop. Get off of me-- Lola's voices screamed disturbingly. Help me! Ge-he-he-he-t off of me! Someone please help me! I'm... I'm scared.

Lola soon opened her eyes quickly as she tried to block off the images. She panted heavily, sweat spilling across her face as she stood. The Mizuka General had quickly discovered that her mistakes are defining her as a current character with huge variety of flaws of what a real General is supposed to be doing at the moment.

One of the key reasons for her lack of sleep and always staying morally focused on her job and is wearing herself down even more and more to the point where she's unabled to maintain the title of Core General. But as of right now, there isn't anyone else experienced enough to take on the excruciating task of running a multi-billion dollar organization.

Perhaps Tornado's right, Lola thought. I am being too aggressive. I don't even want to be angry anymore. I just wish that people would stop making me feel as if I'm abusing my title because of a damn title. A broken arm, my daughter-figure was taken away, my son and his friends are resenting me, Tornado's giving me some damn lecture and I'm too busy being so mad at the goddamn world when all I want to do wear two heels that can a fit a bitch's foot.

Chapter 14 - Small Portion of the Diary Symbols

  ***

For about a half-hour down in the Dragon Fortress, located on the bottom ground of Tomb of Leserado, Black was training his future apprentice of the Bloodlust Revelation after hearing everything that Crystal became so enraged by. Black knew that allowing the fifteen year-old to release all her anger would help her think about the past, but use all that negativity to her advantage for when she goes into battle next month.
